Great scooter

The scooter itself is great. Only one issue, never received the helmet. Twice Tried getting customer service to send it but they sent the tracking number of scooter each time. Hit dead end in getting the helmet. Besides that, overall good experience. Would have gave 5 stars if they solved the issue with sending the helmet.
