I like the bike but it's not the one I wanted I wanted a folding ox I got a Nakto what's the difference the front crank is smaller and the tires are just generic black no name but other than that it's ok I am going to have to eat the cost of changing the front crank and adding extra chain with links good thing I am able to do this.

The service I got for your store was great! No wonder you call it a Zip'r! Was that a cup holder? Well, it is nice. I like the way the scooter breaks down into parts, so it is easy to load. I can go all over and not use much battery. It is nice for going into stores.

This e scooter is addictive. I ⚠️ caution all buyers. Once you purchase this scooter, you will find reason not to drive your vehicles. I have had this scooter about a month and even though it's 30 degrees or below, I find myself still excited to jump on it and blast through the city doing about 51MPH. Everywhere I go I get thumbs up and questions about the price and the light show. I smile and tell them about this website which I purchased mines from. The customer service is fantastic. If they don't answer when u call, they will return your call shortly. I only wish my electric company would take some pointers from this company. Amazing product!

Rear axle bracket broke at the welds. Called to get replacement bracket and was told the bracket is a wear item and isn't under warranty. Replacement is $55. Front brake cable broke and that part wasn't covered by the warranty because it's a wear item. Replacement was $88. Nuts and bolts loosen so get some thread lock for these items.
I've given up trying to get any support from this company.
