Answer: Usually within 1-2 business days unless the item is a pre-order or out of stock in which case you'll receive an email within 1 business day to notify you about your options.

You'll also receive updates for when your order has shipped and when it is due to arrive, and when it is out for delivery, so you can be ready to receive it. Answer: No, we do not accept insurance (i.e Medicare, etc.) but you have three options for financing: Paypal, Klarna, and Shop Pay Installments.
Answer: Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders except international orders or orders shipped outside the continental 48 USA.
Answer: At this time we don't offer international shipping directly through the website because each order requires a special shipping price quote. If you live outside the continental USA please call us or write to us to get a shipping price quote.
Answer: We operate out of an office/warehouse in Indiana and at this time we are not set up as a showroom. Our entire catalog selection is online. We have warehouse locations across the USA where products ship from.

Fairly simple install, huge improvement. Rides like a completely different bike now. If you have an old R750 it's worth the money IMO.
This is a great bike. Your customer service team is great. My wife, who is 70 has no problem with it. The only complaint is that there were no assembly instructions with the bike. One of your team sent me an assembly video but it was lacking detail. I’m a pretty good mechanic and actually had I together before I got the video but it would have been very hard for the average person. Assembly instructions attached to your website would have been great.
This bike has a lot of pep. It takes a bit of getting used to all of the controls with difficult to navigate directions, but take it slow. Try the different gears and settings to find your sweet spot. And do it in a safe area for learning if you are new to this as I am.
Overall. The bike is heavy duty/sturdy. The tires are rugged. The handle bars turn inward and not straight across. This was a big selling feature for me for comfort. The ox is a comfortable ride.

The Santa Monica is an excellent street cruiser. Very easy to operate.

I recently bought a Trivel e-Azteca 14Ah/48V 500w e-trike and I'm very happy with it. Adjusting the seat position and handlebars has made it very comfortable. It runs smoothly and has enough power that I don't expect to have any trouble with hills. Unlike other e-trikes I've seen and owned it even has a rear view mirror that's very helpful. Plus it's only 28" high when folded, which will allow me to transport it in the back of my compact SUV. The only problem I've had with it is that the parking brake doesn't stay on very well. So far I haven't been able to adjust it to fix the problem, but if I can't I'm guessing a bike shop will be able to. Overall, the trike is outstanding and a pleasure to ride.

I am not ready to review. But when I do ride, I enjoy this bike a lot. It will get a high rating. Flag me in another month.
Mobility Scooter Multipurpose Organizer
Drove like 200 yards quit burned fuse had to order fuses. Now every time put fuse in give throttle blows fuse.
Great experience placing the order went smoothly. Arrived in a timely manner. Free gifts came from Amazon not Electric Bike Paradise. Free gifts helmet, cable and lock. Received cell phone holder in place of the cable and lock. Contracted customer support they were going to send my concern to the warehouse. Never received an answer still will give a five star rating on the bike.
