How fast do you ship out?

Answer: Usually within 1-2 business days unless the item is a pre-order or out of stock in which case you'll receive an email within 1 business day to notify you about your options.

 

When will I receive tracking for my order?

Answer: As soon as your package ships out. You'll also receive updates for when your order has shipped and when it is due to arrive, and when it is out for delivery, so you can be ready to receive it. You'll also get a notification if there is any delay with your shipment so you know ahead of time what is going on.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Answer: Usually between 3-10 business days depending on which shipping method you paid for. If your item is a special order or on backorder or is a pre-order, it may take longer. We will contact you and let you know if that’s the case.

 

Which courier will deliver my package?

Answer: We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and select LTL freight companies. It usually depends on the size of your package and the destination.

 

If I'm looking for something that you don't carry on your website, can I special order it?

Answer: Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders except international orders or orders shipped outside the continental 48 USA.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Answer: At this time we don't offer international shipping directly through the website because each order requires a special shipping price quote. If you live outside the continental USA please call us or write to us to get a shipping price quote.

 

Do you have a showroom?

Answer: We operate out of an office/warehouse in Wyoming and at this time we are not set up as a showroom. Our entire catalog selection is online. We have warehouse locations across the USA where products ship from.
