I haven’t been able to ride the bike the book that came with it said the key just locked and unlocked the bike so I called tech support they said no room in there mail box finally got a qualify person to look at it and the key also starts the bike so now everything works

We live in the Catskills, and I needed an ebike that would perform. The Lark has performed very well. Biking with my children is a delight! I had to locate the digital manual, because the printed manual that came with my bike was incorrect.
