It is a very good piece of equipment i am very happy with it.
It is taking a little getting used to but I have used it three times now and I am VERY happy with this scooter. I am able to lift the folded base into my trunk. I have MS and have been unable to walk long distances now for quite a few years. I have a cane and walker but those dont work for "going to the mall" or going shopping in an outing. I feel like a kid again. Speed one is a bit too slow and speed 2 is a bit too fast. Only will use on the freeway with speed 3 and very carefully at that. The wind blows through my hair! Be sure not to "stop" in the middle of a busy sidewalk as you are getting used to it. It confuses and upsets the people behind you.
Excellent scooter. I use it to commute to Chicago and fits easily into the back of our Prius by just taking off the seat. My wife takes it out of the back of the car, unfolds it, re-add the seat and I'm on the scooter ready to get on the train in less than a minute. Comes in very handy if you're running late :-). Highly recommended.
Great on a trip out of town. I loved having my independence all the way to the door of the plane, without my husband or other person having to push me in a transport chair. And unlike another similar product, you don't have to pick every pary a la carte and end up with a huge price tag or a less than perfect product cos you're skimping on the additions.
The best motorized vehicle for the impaired. It makes it thru doorways I thought impossible!
