Our warehouse and fulfillment center is based in Oakland,CA and Mobile, AL. Our orders are shipped directly from there.

SHIPPING METHOD
Shipping is offered through UPS/FEDEX/USPS, which is free everywhere within the lower 48 states. Usually we ship spare parts by USPS and ship ebikes and batteries by UPS or Fedex. So please give us your right shipping address. If you write wrong and insuficient shipping address, you will bear the second shipping cost. Once your bike ships, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can see when the scheduled delivery time will be!

HOW THE BIKE IS SHIPPED
Ecotric Electric Bikes are shipped 95% assembled. When you receive your bike, you just need to attach the front wheel, set up the handlebars and screw in the pedals, and you’re done.

    Most items on our site are “In Stock” and ready to ship. Some items may be either temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment until a specific release date, or require extra time for assembly or other adjustments. For more information, please read the details below.

    In-Stock Items 
    Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.     For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday.     Advanced Sale Items

    Shipping Rules and Restrictions

    We are more than happy to ship orders to an alternate mailing address, but for your security there are some restrictions.

    Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover: When shipping to an alternate address, we verify the order manually. The verification process is quick and typically completed by the next business, however to avoid shipping delays we recommend scheduling shipment to your billing address or paying by Google Checkout. To verify your order, we ask for the billing phone number on file with your credit card company at checkout. We then contact you to verify your order through the confirmed phone number. To expedite processing, please contact your credit card company to update your phone number if you believe the correct number may not be on file.

    Debit Cards: We are unable to ship orders placed by debit card to an alternate address. However, you may use your debit card when paying by Google Checkout. Google Checkout allows you to use your debit card to ship to an alternate address.

    2. Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be expedited.

    An Oversized Item that is sent via a freight trucking company will usually arrive to your designated shipping address within 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.) Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    The delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a minimum of a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and an adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery.

    The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address. The freight delivery company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building.

    Your package is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help unload the item from the truck. The total charge does not include inside delivery, removal of cartons, or assembly.

    When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow these steps:

    1. Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately. Please have your order number available when you call.

    2. If there is extensive damage to the carton, contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately .  

    Tracking Your Order

    When can you track your order? When your product ships from our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to your packages. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

    Orders placed on our web site may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s). Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.

    Finding Your Order Status

    The status of your order is easy to find.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as UPS, FEDEX or a Freight Delivery Service) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible through the carrier’s website when it becomes available.

    *Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.

    Estimated Delivery Dates

    Shipping your items on time is very important to us. For many items, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive.      Shipping Options: 

    1) FREE UPS Ground Shipping

    2) Inside Delivery - Inside Garage, or threshold 

    3) Local Bike Shop Assembly & Pickup: We leverage our nationwide relationships with local bike shops. We will ship to the bike shop close to your home. Then they will assemble the bike if necessary, for example put the pedals on the bike. The bike shop will make any adjustments to brakes , and other basic tuning. Then you can pick up the bike at your convenience. 

    4) White Glove Assembled At Your House: We will ship the bike to your home, and a tech will assemble the bike directly at your residence. You will need to arrange a time with the local tech. And when everything is done they will remove the packaging for you. 

     * Different model bikes have slightly different packaging and assembly needs. 

    Damages:

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to support@anywherebikes.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING IN USA:

    Backfire Skateboards USA ships from California warehouse and Virginia Tech Center to all states of United States (excludes some minor islands) using major carriers' services including: USPS, UPS and FedEx ground. The transit time is depending on the origin to the destination distance and carriers' advertised transit time, which is in general within 2 to 5 business days. Disclaimer: With the COVID-19 impact, the transit time for USPS priority mail has extended from 2 to 3 business days to 3 to 4 business days respectively.   UPS and FedEx ground shipping might have 1 to 2 business days delay than normal in some areas.

    Certain products can not be shipped to PO box, APO, FPO address due to the product size and battery, so valid street address is required for shipping. A phone number is also required for shipping purpose only and protected under our privacy policy.

    INTERNATIONAL AIR SHIPPING FROM CHINA:

    In the case that California warehouse is out of stock (which we state on the product page or via other notices), we will process the order and ship the package directly from China to you with an email notice of tracking number as well. The transit time could vary from 7 to 20 business days via Air shipping. In most countries our final price include the import fee, duty, and taxes.

    The whole process of Air shipping from China could take :

    • 7 to 15 business days to United States
    • 15 to 20 business days to European countries
    • 15 to 20 business days to Canada
    • 15 to 20 business days to Australia and New Zealand
    • 7 to 10 business days to other Asia countries

    There are some extra steps for the international shipping because UPS and FedEx do not accept such big battery products via directly air shipping from China mainland. We have to use special air cargo planes from Hong Kong.   Details are as below:

    1. We send the packages from our factory to forwarder's warehouse in Shenzhen
    2. Our forwarder print and put the UPS/FedEx label on the package
    3. Meantime, forwarder feedback the tracking number to Backfire, our team update in the order and notify customer.
    4. Forwarder moves these packages to Hong Kong airport and books the air cargo airplane from Hong Kong to Germany , USA or other destination counties.
    5. Packages have to go through the Germany or Belgium customs in EU, or go through customs in California of USA, and customs in other countries. (customs clearance is out of our control, which could take as smooth as 2 business days or as long as a couple of weeks depending on the situation)
    6. Packages pass customs clearance and will be sent to UPS or FedEx or local carriers. ( Customers will see the tracking number update on the carriers website at this point)
    7. Normally, UPS/FedEx make the final delivery via ground shipping within 2 to 5 days in USA, or similar transit time in destination countries.

    INTERNATIONAL SEA SHIPPING FROM CHINA:

    Sea shipping takes about 35 to 40 days in total, while during this special time with COVID-19 caused supply chain delay, the sea shipping time could be between 40 and 60 days in some cases.  It is generally with the lowest price, but slowest transit time since we have to accumulate the orders in volume and put hundreds of packages together on a boat to USA or Europe.  Once our USA or Germany warehouse receive the container, we will send them out via ground shipping.  

    You normally will receive a tracking number showing from local warehouse 5 or 7 days before you receive your package. Sometimes, we print the labels early, so our warehouse could turn around the packages quicker.  Please kindly wait for your tracking update when the carrier pick up the package. 

    FAQ IN SHIPPING:

    1. How long do I get a tracking number after my order?

    You will receive the tracking number in

      - 3 business days after order if you select air shipping from China (Unless the website specifically stated an air shipping date, for example:  6/22/2021, then count 3 business days, it will be 6/25/2021) 

      - Around 30 to 35 days if you select sea shipping from China, which is the transit time for a boat from China to arrive to the local warehouse

      - 2 business days if we ship from domestic USA

    2. Why my tracking number does not move, only show label created or why my tracking shows an estimated delivery date today no movement at all?

    If your package is from China via air or sea, it has to pass the customs first before the carrier could scan and move it.  Once it pass the customs, the tracking number will update on carriers' website with a final delivery date. The estimated delivery date is NOT accurate if the package did not show " in transit" to you, which means it has not pass customs or has not picked up by the carrier.  Most people will see the tracking number remain the status of " label created" for 4 to 7 business days.  Do not try not call UPS or FedEx asking the package, because they will simply ask you to contact Backfire again. Please kindly wait patiently for the package status update once it pass the customs. 

    3. Does the package require signature? What if I can not be home to sign for it?

    Given the high value of the product, we do require signature for most or almost all of our deliveries. So you or someone has to be present in delivery to sign for the package. 

    If you are not home for the delivery date, the carrier will not leave the package at the front door. The carrier will try to make the 2nd delivery next business day. You can also call the carrier to request them hold the package at the local store or partner's location, so you can pick it up from them at your continent time.  

    4. What can I do if the tracking number says the package was delivered, but I did not receive it?

    Few things you have to do first before calling us:

    - Check if any family members or receiving office in your apartment received the package for you. 

    - Call the carrier as soon as possible to file a claim and provide the claim reference number to Backfire afterwards. If you do not know how to file a claim with carrier, please inform us as soon as possible, so we can contact the carrier from our end. 

    We reply ONLY on the carriers' tracking status and investigation result to make a final conclusion.  If carriers approved lost package claim, we will send a replacement package. We will NOT approve any lost package claim if: theft from your property after delivery; wrong shipping address in the original order; carrier's final investigation report confirmation for the delivery to the correct address.

    UNITED STATES (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES)
    The cost for shipping is calculated. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days and will arrive in 3-7 days using UPS Ground. Two day or Next day shipping may be selected for an additional cost calculated at the time the order is placed.

    CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
    Customer is responsible for Canadian taxes and duties when shipping to Canada addresses.

    ORDERS CONTAINING 10 OR MORE ITEMS
    For orders containing 10 or more items going to one address, please call to place order. Order may be shipped on a pallet, via LTL and cost calculated at the time order is placed.

    Delivery

    Free shipping applies to bath lifts, batteries, and wheelchair lifts delivered anywhere in the lower 48 states. Products such as stair lifts, dumbwaiters, vertical platform lifts, walk in tubs, and some lift chairs have additional freight charges. Products can be delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, and internationally with additional charges for freight. All products will be drop shipped directly to you. Delivery time will depend on your location and which item you select. An elevator must be available for second story or higher deliveries.

    What is a "Quick Ship Product"? Items labeled "Quick Ship Product" are shipped within 3 business days, Monday through Friday, from receipt of a complete order. Look for this label when time is of the essence.

    Stair Lifts: New stair lifts ship in 3-5 business days. Factory Reconditioned units ship in 10 business days. HD units ship in 10 business days. Used Stair lift availability depends on current inventory and they typically take 10 business days to recondition and ship. Call for more info on used stairlift availability. All units ship via UPS or Fed Ex ground.

    Vehicle Wheelchair Lifts:
     Most are in stock and will ship in 3 business days from a variety of warehouses. They generally ship by Fed Ex or UPS.

    Dumbwaiters:
     Build time is 15-20 days. All units are shipped via common carrier (truck) from the KC factory.

    Vertical Platform Lifts: Residential lifts in 52" and 72" heights ship in 3-4 days via common carrier. Lifts over 72", Portable lifts, and Commercial lifts require 2-6 weeks to build depending on the time of year and options selected. They also ship via common carrier. Freight costs are extra and depend on the height of the unit and the delivery options selected.

    Walk In Tubs: Sanctuary Walk In Tubs take 7-14 business days for delivery.

    Lift Chairs: Most Lift Chairs are Quick Ship and inside delivery is available to first floor delivery locations only, to the residence's first threshold and no farther, barring physical obstacles.

    Cartons that do not fit through the residence doorway will generally be delivered to a garage or similar dry area. However, we cannot guarantee that commercial LTL carriers will perform the requested service, as all commercial LTL carriers operate based on their specific carrier's tariff rules and liability policies.

    We cannot force the carrier to deliver the freight to the 2nd floor or higher. For this service, you will need to arrange for White Glove or Platinum delivery service by speaking to one of our sales representatives.

    If you would also like someone to set up your product, this service is available. However, you will need to set up an appointment for the technician to show up at your residence after the product has already been delivered. The technician cannot carry the product into your home.

    Step 2: Tracking Number

    - You'll receive a tracking number only once your product has been shipped and has left the factory or distribution centre. Please be aware that the tracker may be issued differently depending on the products delivery time.

    Step 3: Pending/Confirmed Tracker

    -If the tracking number reads "Pending" or "Confirmed" this means it is on route or currently in customs clearing (Ontario). The courier at this time still has NOT picked up the product. The tracker will change to "in transit" when the courier actually has the product and it has cleared customs in Ontario. Then "Scheduled for Delivery" status is given where an accurate time will be given for arrival. All orders typically arrive between 2-3 days once shipped,(Delivery time for the West Coast of the United States is 2-3 days, and for the East Coast of the United States is 5-6 days). depending on your location and method of shipment chosen at checkout. Additionally you will be provided tracking information which will give you a better estimate for order arrival.

    Signatures Required

    Shipments containing e-bikes are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended, although starting with the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.

    Samebike ships using DPD in EU , FedEx and USPS in USA, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments: for example, if you’ve ordered several large/bulky items.

    Refused Shipments – Flat Fee

    If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $160/pc to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $160/pc.

    Additional Drop Shipment Information

    Delivery does not include

    • White Glove Delivery is not included in any purchases. The package will not be brought into a home or business or delivered to a room of your choice.
    • The unpacking, packaging, and assembly of a purchased product are not included.
    • Removal of other products, furniture unpacking or packaging debris for removal product assembly is not included.
    • Additional packaging will not be provided, the customer should keep the packaging intact as it is required for ALL return circumstances. If a return is received not in original packaging, no refund will be given.

    Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada

    If you are purchasing items that ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada, the order must be more than $500 and the additional shipping cost will be included in the invoice as an additional shipping charge. Freight shipping takes approximately 5-15 business days and may not be expedited. If you are purchasing items that ship by freight to these locations an additional charge will apply.

    No freight shipping will be provided for heavy or oversized items to these locations and will need to be arranged by the drop ship company and paid by the drop ship company alone.

    All customs and importing fees will need to be paid by the drop ship company, this charge is subject to being added after the original order has been paid and shipped.

    Countries outside Europe will not be provided any services.Nothing in this Terms and Conditions shall be constructed to exclude limit any rights you may have as a consumer to the extent taht such liability and rights may not be excluded or limited under the law of France.

    If you successfully change your address, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.

    Most of the time, FedEx Ground Service will be used to ship your order. Except for larger orders which may be shipped by a trucking freight service. Your shipment is fully insured against liability of damage. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to us and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf and work with you to find a resolution to the issue as best as we can.

    Shipping times vary from 1-3 business days and delivery time varies between 1-7 business days if your electric bike is in stock.

    Order Processing
    we only process orders during business days, which is Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process an order before it is shipped. During periods of higher demand, orders may take up to 5 additional business days to process before being shipped.

     Build time is 15-20 days. All units are shipped via common carrier (truck) from the KC factory.

    Vertical Platform Lifts: Residential lifts in 52" and 72" heights ship in 3-4 days via common carrier. Lifts over 72", Portable lifts, and Commercial lifts require 2-6 weeks to build depending on the time of year and options selected. They also ship via common carrier. Freight costs are extra and depend on the height of the unit and the delivery options selected.

    Walk In Tubs: Sanctuary Walk In Tubs take 7-14 business days for delivery.

    Lift Chairs: Most Lift Chairs are Quick Ship and inside delivery is available to first floor delivery locations only, to the residence's first threshold and no farther, barring physical obstacles.

    Cartons that do not fit through the residence doorway will generally be delivered to a garage or similar dry area.     If you would also like someone to set up your product, this service is available. However, you will need to set up an appointment for the technician to show up at your residence after the product has already been delivered. The technician cannot carry the product into your home.

    Where do you deliver to?

    At present, we can deliver orders exclusively to Mainland US. Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to FPO/APO addresses and PO boxes at this time.

    Delivery Times
     
    The expected delivery day for your order will be communicated to you on the product page after entering your postcode. This will then be confirmed at checkout and in your confirmation email. Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery.

    Delivery Amendments
     
    If there is important information missing from a delivery address, such as house number or postcode and we haven't sent your tracking number, we can make this amendment free of charge.
     
    If we are not able to directly amend the address, we can pass this information to the courier FedEx before they deliver your order. A $20 fee will apply when the amendment is successful.
     
    If the order has been delivered to the original address successfully, a $150 fee will incur for amendments.

    There may have a 1% rate that the products are broken during shipping. If that happens, please contact our customer service immediately.

    You can check your order even if you aren't a registered Magicycle user. You just need your email and order number.

    1. In-Stock orders are typically shipped out the next business day via Fedex/USPS.  Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive and depending on your location, the duration may vary. If there is an unexpected delay or if any item is on backorder, we will email you to let you know.
    2. Signature on Delivery:  All orders over $300 will require a signature on delivery. If you wish to waive the signature requirement, you must indicate that on the COMMENT section of your order. By waiving a signature as proof of delivery, you accept responsibility and liability for any potential damage, loss, or theft of your order AFTER your order has been delivered to your shipping address and/or upon which a delivery confirmation has been issued. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery notification with a tracking number that will allow you to track and manage its delivery.

    9. Orders received before 12:00 noon are given priority to be shipped out the same day.     Order Tracking

    As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information.     Your Shipment is Insured

    With signature confirmation, your parcel is worry-free from unattended drop-off. In addition, insurance is included on all scooter orders for no extra charge, which covers up to $1000 worth of accidental loss or damage to your shipment while it is in the possession of the shipping carrier.

    Order Cancelation/Modification

    You can cancel your order before the package is shipped free of charge. However, if the package has already been shipped out, you need to pay a $50 shipping fee for canceling your order. If your order has already been shipped and your shipping address needs to be edited for any reason, we will try our best to accommodate and a $30 redirecting fee will apply.

    International Orders

    All orders are dispatched from our US warehouses. Please be aware that local taxes and duties may apply to you (including import taxes, duty, customs, brokerage fees, etc).     1. Goods ordered by the Buyer on the Site will be shipped after the seller receives full payment for the goods.

    2.  After proper preparation for transportation, the goods will be handed over to the carrier. It should be noted that from the moment of goods transfer to the carrier, the delivery address specified by the Buyer cannot be changed. Important! The buyer is solely and personally responsible for the accuracy of the indicated delivery address.

    3. Delfast will keep the customer updated on preliminary date of shipping and send a notification when a bike is ready to be shipped. 

    4. Ownership of the goods and responsibility for their condition will pass to the Buyer upon Buyer’s physical receipt of the goods.

    5. After receiving the order at the pick-up point or at the designated address, the Buyer undertakes to check the integrity of the package completed by the company at the place of issue in the presence of an employee of the carrier company or point of issue. Important! If the inspection is not carried out, the Buyer will be deprived of the right to report a violation of the integrity of the package.

    6. If a breach of package integrity is detected during the inspection, the Buyer undertakes to draw up an Act on this incident in the presence of an employee of the carrier company or point of issue. The act must be signed by the Buyer and the relevant employee.

    7. As for the issues of non-compliance of the received goods with the initially declared quantity, assortment, shelf life, safety of packaging, they are resolved with the Seller in the presence of a duly prepared statement. Important! It is recommended to use photo / video shooting when unpacking the goods. The storage of related evidence that may be claimed in the event of complaints against the Seller is the responsibility of the Buyer.

    8. Payment of import duty, taxes and additional fees is carried out by the Buyer independently and cannot be forwarded for payment to the Seller. The Buyer must have an import license if it is required by his/her country import regulations. If the Buyer does not have an import license, he/she can find a local brokerage agency to assist with the customs clearance procedure. The rule specified in this clause does not apply to Buyers from US.

    9. Delfast is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, VAT).

    10. We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.S. as these are specific to each destination country. Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.

    11. Delfast will not be responsible or liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods due to any cause which is unavoidable or beyond Delfast’s reasonable control. In such cases, Delfast will have the right, at its option, without penalty or any liability for breach, to terminate all or any part of any order or to reschedule delivery within reasonable time.

    12. Delivery Schedule. Although Delfast will make efforts to begin delivering your Delfast bike or other product as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is a subject to change, and Delfast does not guarantee that the company will be able to ship your Delfast bike on an estimated ship date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of a Delfast bike is not met, Delfast is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. Delfast will provide you periodical updates with information regarding the delivery schedule.

    Shipping Fee & Time

    Free shipping for all orders in the contiguous U.S. Currently, we only ship orders to the USA.

    Products shipped via free shipping service are normally delivered within 3-5 business days after placing the order. You have the options to choose faster shipping if you pay additional cost.

    Shipping Orders

    Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after processing payment. The estimated delivery date may be delayed due to some unexpected events. Order(s) of various products may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

    Order Cancellation

    We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

    Delivery Address

    A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Currently, we only ship orders to the USA (The states of Hawaii and Alaska are excluded due to the inability of our shipping couriers).

    Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.       Usually, the USA Ship From address zip codes are Walnut CA 91789 or Chino CA 91710. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages from different locations.

      1.   2-day or 1-day shipping. An extra shipping charge would be applied. Please note that not all items are eligible for Two Day or One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address. Expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes.
      2.   Signature confirmation. Your order can add the signature confirmation for the shipping. An extra shipping charge would be applied. 
      3.   Expedite Processing. As soon as you place an order, inform ACOPOWER team for the expedition requirement. Processing times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends.
      4.   Pick-up: If you are in the area and would like to pick up your order from our warehouse, please call us to confirm.
      5.   Freight: Orders larger than 150lbs could be shipped by freight. Talk with sales rep. for discount and shipping fee. Please note that return orders by freight will have the shipping charge for delivery and return transportation.

      Some other conditions: 

      Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.

      Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.

If you notice any damage, you should note it on the freight bill when signing for delivery.  If your product is defective or sustains damage during shipping, please contact us right away. Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. The returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed.

      If delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier’s bill. After contacting the carrier, please contact Customer Service for further assistance with the damaged shipment. Please note, signing for your delivery without noting any damages or inability to inspect the delivery on the relevant paperwork legally states that you have received your freight in good condition and ACOPOWER cannot be held liable for any damages, missing pieces, etc. that may be incurred as a result of this decision. Leaving a note or instructions for the driver is considered to be the same as signing for your products in good condition. If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, ACOPOWER cannot be held liable for any damages, missing pieces, etc. that may be incurred as a result of this decision. If you choose to sign for a visibly damaged please note on the relevant paperwork that you are signing for a damaged package; however, ACOPOWER cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces for accepted via signature delivery.

      Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

      Yes, ACOPOWER can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico via USPS for small parcels and UPS 2nd Day for larger packages, but there is typically a surcharge.

      1. Please note Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands can’t be shipped now.

      2. Please note we don't accept APO、FPO、DPO.

      3. Please note not each product can be shipped to Canada now.

      Ground: Most Renogy products have free ground shipping offered and can take between 3-5 business days.

      Two Day: Two Day shipping is available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if placed by 12:00pm PST on a business day or processed the following business day if placed after 12pm PST.

      All orders must have a valid street address, expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes. Again, as mentioned above, not all items are eligible for Two Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address.

      One Day: One Day shipping is available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. One Day delivery orders will only be processed on the same day if placed by 12:00pm PST on a business day or processed the following business day if placed after 12pm PST.

      Freight: Panels larger than 200 Watts must be shipped by freight and do not qualify for free shipping. Please note that return orders by freight will have a $500 charge for delivery and return transportation ($250 each way).

      Other freight delivery charges are listed below:

      • Delivery to remote areas may incur additional cost up to $50 - $280.
      • Delivery to limited access areas such as schools or churches will incur additional cost starting at $50.
      • Deliveries that require a change of address or rescheduling will be subject to storage fees ($20/day) and/or rerouting fees ($75 - $300). 

      ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO AND GUAM

      Yes, Renogy can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam via USPS for small parcels and UPS 2nd Day for larger packages, but cannot ship batteries and solar panels that over 320W. And there is typically a surcharge. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please contact us.

      INTERNATIONAL

      Depending on where you’re located, Renogy may be able to ship a purchase internationally. Please submit a case so that we can check the rate and service area to confirm if shipment is possible. International orders may take 5-7 business days for shipping.

      Batteries ship UPS Ground + Tracking for domestic shipping. Typical freight time is 5-8 days. You will receive a tracking number when your battery ships.

          If your order is received Monday - Thursday then it will ship within 24 hours.

          Freight/LTL Orders

          If ordered Monday - Thursday, any orders that must be shipped on a pallet via a Freight carrier will be shipped the following business day to account for the proper carrier pick-up schedule.

          Windy Nation will ship orders as soon as possible Monday through Friday excluding holidays, which in many cases is same day.           Expedited Shipping

          Windy Nation also offers 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day Air shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00pm PST will ship on the same day that the order was placed. Expedited orders placed Monday through Friday after 2:00pm PST will ship on the following business day. Please note that expedited orders cannot be shipped on holidays that the major shipping companies recognize (i.e. Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, etc.). Ship times are from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days and we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery via UPS. The fee for expedited services will be calculated and charged at checkout. This fee is non-refundable due to a return.

          U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO Addresses

          Windy Nation ships to Postal Boxes within the U.S., U.S. Territories (ie Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands), and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS.

          For many smaller items, there is no additional charge for this service. If a fee is applicable, this fee will be presented and charged at checkout. This fee is non-refundable due to a return.

          International

          Windy Nation ships globally, excluding certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If your order cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you via email or phone as soon as possible.

          Windy Nation prefers UPS for all International deliveries due to improved reliability. The cost to ship with any available options, will be presented and charged at checkout.

          Customs, Duties, and Taxes

          Shipping Issues

          Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

          In the event UPS or USPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer or delivery is refused, Windy Nation is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery and is non-refundable.

          Service Delays

          Windy Nation is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays.

          Lost or Stolen Packages

          Windy Nation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in cases where the shipment tracking information states that the package has been delivered. In the event a package is lost or stolen, either the receiver or Windy Nation will need to contact the courier to open an investigation. We are unable to move forward until the investigation is complete and in some cases, may require a police report.

          Damages

          If you received your order damaged, immediately document and photograph (if possible) the packaging and the damage. Pleasesave all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact Windy Nation with all details, including the photographs.

          Shipping Changes

          Shipping changes after the order has shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $25 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).

          Order Cancellation

          If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.

          Orders can be modified or cancelled only prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled or modified.

          Before Shipping

          Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order within 3 hours, no handling fee will be charged. If a customer has ordered the wrong model and wants to place a new order, after the second order is received, no processing fee will be charged for the original order.

          If you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet, 5% of the ebike cost will be charged as a processing fee.

          Change of Address: No charge fee.

          Replacements and exchanges: No charge fee.

          After Shipping

          Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

          Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, $30 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.

          Replacements and exchanges: If you successfully exchange the item, $30 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.

          Signatures Required.  All bike shipments are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended, although starting with the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.

          Addresses to Which We Ship. We ship to addresses in the 48 continental U.S. states and the U.S. territories of Guam and Puerto Rico as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses, plus all provinces in Canada. Orders ship from Chino, California.

          No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.

If you write incorrect and insufficient shipping address, you might bear the second shipping cost. Once your bike gets shipped out, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can see when the scheduled delivery time will be!

            HOW THE BIKE IS SHIPPED

            Senada Electric Bikes are shipped 95%~99% assembled. When you receive your bike and do not sure how to assemble the bike, just contact us, we are here to help!

            ABOUT DELIVERY

            By default, the delivery of the packages does not require signatures. If you need a signature requirement service, please contact us, after placing the order (recommended to contact us within 24 hours), we will help you add a FedEx signature service. Please note that accessory packages are not applicable to signature service.

            Normally will ship out within 2-3 days after we receive the payment. It will take 4-5 business days for delivery to FL.

            All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive shipment notification with tracking number when your order has shipped.

              There are two key factors that will decide when you will receive your package.

              1. Item Processing Time: The processing time is the time it takes for the seller to prepare the item(s) for shipment. There are different processing times for different items depending on product category and volume. Usually it is around 5 to 10 working days to process.

               

              2. Shipping Method: Delivery time varies with shipping method. Time in transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from.

              Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm EST may take an extra business day to process. How long it takes to deliver depends on your shipping method selected at checkout. If you choose our standard Ground shipping options, your order will arrive within 3-6 business days, depending on your location.

              Shipping times can be affected during public holidays; as couriers can limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

              Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer to arrive. Please allow an additional 2 business days to all orders to local areas, and 3 business days to remote areas. Customers in Hawaii and Alaska will be responsible for a portion of the shipping costs and are not eligible for entirely free shipping.

              At this time we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

              Bikes will ship within 5 days from the order date. You can expect to receive the product within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

              Currently, we offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States only. Products shipped via the free shipping service are usually delivered within 3-7 business days of the order being placed.

              Shipping Orders

              Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is processed. Estimated delivery dates may be delayed due to some unforeseen events. Orders for different products may be shipped separately. All purchases through Enernova are made under a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of these items passes to you when the items are delivered to the carrier.

              Order Cancellation

              We accept cancellation of orders prior to the shipment or production of the product. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the products have already been shipped.

              Shipping Address

              A correct and complete shipping address is essential. Currently, we only ship orders to the United States (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded due to our shipping company's inability to ship). Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately to make corrections and the package will be reshipped with additional shipping charges. You must provide a reachable phone number for all orders.

              Shipping Carrier and Status

              Orders will be shipped by Enernova in the United States. When you place an order on the Enernova website, you will automatically receive a shipping information email from us. Please check your email address. If you do not find that email, please check your spam folder and add Enernova to your contact list.

              We ship using ups, it usually takes between 2-7 Days. Depending on Location. 

               All orders in the U.S. will be shipped via UPS or DPD service for free. Please allow 3-7 working day to receive the item.

              Taxes and shipping costs are included. The buyer is responsible for the customs duties in regard to the local law.

              Affected by the COVID-19 EPIDEMIC, the delivery time of the local logistics company and the expected deviation, please understand.

              Usually after order payment, if item has storage, we will arrange delivery within 48 hours.

              Please read through this instructional guide so you can understand how the process works and what you should expect to happen once you place your order with us.

              Order Confirmation:

              • You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order.  This means that we have authorized your credit card for the purchase and are preparing your order for shipment.  
              • As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  
              • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email.
              • If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

              Order Shipment:

              • If your order is stock and your credit card is approved by our fraud guarantee department, the product ordered will usually ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order, unless it is a backorder or built-to-ship product.
              • We will send you the tracking information as soon as it ships to the email address you provided when checking out.  
              • We ship daily via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, and various LTL Freight carriers to the lower 48 states. 
              • Shipping costs are included with any unit going ground to the lower 48 states. AK & HI ship by AIR at an additional cost. 
              • We do not offer Cash On Delivery.  
              • A phone number is required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made.  
              • Failure to provide a good phone number you can be easily reached at may cause a delay in delivery as freight items will not be delivered without an appointment.   
              • A delay in delivery may also cause additional storage fees to accrue that will need paid prior to delivery.
              • Note to international customers: You are responsible for any and all duties or taxes that may apply. (see details below)
                • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. We report the amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual purchase amount. It is the customers responsibility to know the legality of the products ordered in their country. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
                • As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. Please contact your local customs office for information.
                • To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
                • Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
                • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
                • We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
                • We will deduct all additional fees resulting from refused international shipments from your refund.
                • If we are charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment or incur any penalty or lawsuit related to your order or shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card.
                • If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will NOT issue you a refund since, obviously, local laws and regulations determine the fate of the package. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges and any other fees plus penalties incurred.
                    • We ship via UPS and Fedex for most products, USPS for small parts and accessories, and freight for large products.
                    • If you don't receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order confirmation, feel free to follow up with us at support@electricbikeparadise.com.

                Damages:

                    • Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive.
                    • If there are any products damaged upon arrival, you can file a warranty claim to get replacement parts for anything that's damaged.  
                    • If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@electricbikeparadise.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

                Cancellations & Refunds:

                • All orders canceled are subject to an administration fee equal to 15% of the total order amount, whether or not your order has shipped. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.
                • If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we will hold your payment until the product ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and is processed for shipping, we will not charge a fee. 
                • If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

                Backorders:

                • From time to time, a product may run out of stock at our warehouse and the website wasn't updated when you placed your order. In that case, we will send you an email right after you place your order notifying you of the backorder, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting a bike sooner.
                • The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.
                • If the arrival time changes on your order, you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute for a different product, or cancel the order altogether. 
                • Once back orders arrive, we will notify you by email with your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days. 

                This section will give you the essential information about what to expect with the delivery of your item. If you purchased one of our large and heavy items your item will ship freight LTL will be delivered via a lift gate truck. 

                Important Freight LTL Shipment

                1. When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.
                2. You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item. 
                3. The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday thru Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery windows of 8 am - 12 pm or 12 pm - 4 pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time cannot be scheduled. Example 9:00 am. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame. 
                4. Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.
                5. Don't screen your calls until your item has been delivered. 
                6. The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your door or the closet area near your door. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door. 
                7. Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.

                How to Handle Damages, Exceptions or Discrepancies at time of Product Delivery (Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing):

                • Carton damage requires visual inspection of contents of the unit. 
                • ElectricBikeParadise.com recommends IMMEDIATE inspection, with driver present, to verify damage. If contents are damaged, indicate damage on carrier’s paperwork and notify ElectricBikeParadise.com immediately. 
                • IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage. 
                • Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier

                Carton packaging has excessive damage with the exposed product:

                • Refuse shipment
                • Sign carrier paperwork: “Carton damaged and refused”
                • Notify ElectricBikeParadise.com immediately.
