Electric Bike Paradise Warranty Policy By Brands

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For One (1) year from the date of invoice issued by Afikim Electric Vehicles to Dealer, Afikim Electric Vehicle will repair or replace at our option with any new or
reconditioned components, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon
examination by an authorized representative of Afikim Electric Vehicle to be
defective in material and/or workmanship:

Structural Frame Components, Including:

  • Main Frame
  • Fork
  • Seat Post
  • Tiller Frame
  • Transaxle
  • Motor/Brake (electronic function ONLY)
  • Brake
NOTE: If there is an increase in the operational noise level in the transaxle, the
warranty does not apply. An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter.
For one (1) years from invoice, Afikim Electric Vehicle will repair or replace at our option with any new or reconditioned components, free of charge, any of the
following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Afikim Electric Vehicle to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
  • Bearings
  • Bushings
  • Rubber Components (except tires)
  • Plastic components (except body)
  • Electronic Controllers
  • Chargers
  • Harnesses
  • Any other electrical subassembly
The battery is covered by a separate warranty, provided by the battery
manufacturer. The batteries are not warranted by Afikim Electric Vehicle.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY

For your reference, please refer to below comprehensive warranty:

1. Frame – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for entire life. Paint finish is considered consumable and is not part of the warranty.
2. Display, Controller and Motor Assembly – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from purchase.
3. Original Batteries – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase as follows: full replacement during the first 12 months, while replacements needed during months 13-24 are prorated as per schedule.

The battery is sealed and cannot be opened or fixed. The battery should not have a percentage of nominal charge retention of 60% or less. Misuse of the battery, negligence or attempt to open or repair it will void the warranty.
4. General: The bicycle is backed up by a 18 months main warranty, certain components listed on this chart or consumables may be subject to a different period of coverage or not included in this warranty.

5. Consumables: Components subject to wear are not covered by the warranty: Tires, inner tubes, brake lines, brake pads, basket, wheel lining tape, light bulbs, LEDS, fuses, etc.

Exclusions: The other parts are Normal wear parts which are excluded from this warranty.
If any parts happen to be damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately after shipment arrival. Electric Bike Paradise will send a replacement part at our expense and will work with you to fix the issue.
Please note that for warranty issues,the customer is responsible for the cost of labor to install warrantied components, however, we will cover the Shipping costs of warranty parts.

If the warranty is void for any reason the customer shall bear any repair or replacement costs resulting from vehicle misuse, negligence or abuse.
Always follow care and preventive maintenance procedures.
Always keep receipts from any services performed to the vehicle by an authorized distributor or service center.

The warranty will be voided by any of the following circumstances:

  1. Failure to follow all directions or recommendations listed in the user manual.
  2. Cycling collision, accident or vehicle damage caused by careless parking 
  3. Acts in violation of laws 
  4. Never registered your ebike
  5. DIY repairs on electronics
  6. Abusive use the bicycle in off-road terrain, mud, snow, water, sand, gravel and water
  7. If the bicycle is used as rental unit 
  8. Damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, flooding and other hazards .
  9. Rust and/or paint fading caused to heavy exposure to rain, hail, snow or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.
  10. Overloading beyond recommended capacity .
  11. Damages caused by nails, needles, broken glass , debris , sharp rocks or other foreign objects .
  12. If the bicycle is used but not limited to stunts, jumping from ramps, stairs or elevated ramps.
  13. If vehicle is used in competitions or racing.
  14. If vehicle has been modified for any purposes on the motor, electrical system, suspension frame, and battery.
  15. Use of other components not approved by the manufacturer.
  16. Damages resulted from improper care and handling.
Due to the nature of the product some components must be exclusive from the manufacturer such as but not limited to the battery, motor, main gauge cluster, controllers, Led headlights, brake drums or disc rotors and pads etc. Other components such as tires, tubes, saddle, racks, baskets may be used from market-ready or compatible products previous approval from the retailer or manufacturer.

Warranty Policy

Our warranty includes 12 months on motor & battery, 12 months for controller and charger.This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty.

This warranty extends from the date of purchase, is offered only to the original retail purchaser, and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to Best E Bicycles purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Normal wear and tear
Improper assembly
Improper follow-up maintenance
Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or
compatible with the bicycle as sold
Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
Labor charges for part replacement or changeover
Bikes used for commercial activities, including those in rental, demo, or security fleets.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to support@electricbikeparadise.com, keep all original packaging and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. UPS will not pay a claim if original packaging is discarded.


Cancellations

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

In order to cooperate with you better(B2B), we have updated the after-sales process as follows:

1.Mid-drive motors/Hub motors:
warranty date:12+3 months,according to the production date of motors. Please send motors back to our warehouse in your local place,we will send it back with your next order after repairing . Customer need to pay the cost to our local warehouse, BTN will cover all the rest cost to send the goods back with next order. Please check production date on the products, if not under warranty,BTN will not send back to you after receive it.


2.Other electric components:
Warranty date:12+3months,according to the production date of products(controller, brake sensor,PAS sensor,display.......). Please send motors back to our warehouse in your local place,we will send it back with your next order after repairing . Customer need to pay the cost to our local warehouse, BTN will cover all the rest cost to send the goods back with next order. Please check production date on the products, if not under warranty,BTN will not send back to you after receive it.


3.Battery:
Warranty date: Chinese cells 12+3months,import cells 24+3months(SANYO,PANASONIC,SAMSUNG,LG cells). If you are in Europe, Please send battery back to overseas warehouse,we will send back to you after repairing.if you are not in Europe, Please send it back to our warehouse in your local place,we will send it back with your next order after repairing . Customer need to pay the cost to our local warehouse, BTN will cover all the rest cost to send the goods back with next order. Please check production date on the products, if not under warranty,BTN will not send back to you after receive it.


4.Bike frame: 5 years

5.Before customers sending products to our overseas warehouse, Please check production date on the products and weight(under 5kg ship directly, please confirm with us if the products more than 5kg ), if not under warranty,BTN will not send back to you after receive it.

7 Days Unused Return

When you receive the scooter, first confirm the appearance, size, style of the scooter, whether it is the type you like, we have 7 days of unused return, if you don't like the scooter, please keep the scooter unused , put it back in the box as it is, and contact us, we will arrange the return process within 24 hours, you only need to pay the return toll.

Please note: Be sure to keep the scooter in an unused state. If there are obvious signs of use, or the product is damaged due to improper packaging and logistics, you may be responsible for the corresponding loss.

Also, we kindly ask you to save your scooter box when you unpack it, because you have to use it when you return it, to avoid having to buy it again, (the box is expensive to transport).

6 MONTHS LIMITED WARRANTY

The limited warranty is only applicable to the list of covered components, which includes the following:

6 months:

  • Motor
  • Motor hub
  • Lithium ion battery
  • Frame
  • Handlebar
  • LED front lights
  • Throttle
  • Scooter stem
  • Forks
  • Controller
  • LCD display and wiring
  • Throttle

The warranty is applicable for the following components only if defects are reported within the first 30 days or 10KM of use (whichever comes first):

  • Kickstands
  • Brake discs
  • Brake callipers
  • Side Light Stripe
  • Rims

Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Battery failure caused by human damage, normal wear and tear
  • loss or accident caused by prolonged use
  • unofficial modification, non-compliance with instructions
  • commercial or competitive stunt use
  • peeling screws with excessive force water or improper winter storage
  • Any refunds or expenses incurred, such as Uber trips, public transportation, loss of time, indirect, special, punitive or collateral damage, loss of personal property
  • Any orders that have been rejected and are currently under investigation (warranty will lapse until a solution is resolved)

12 MONTHS WEAR PROTECTION

All scooters purchased directly from Yumeway are eligible for up to two years of ride wear protection plan to deal with wear and tear problems they face while riding,This protection plan coverage is only applicable in the following circumstances:

  • Brake pads
  • tires
  • Inner tubes

The components are free of charge, however the customer is responsible for the shipping charge

Customers are limited to 2 inner tubes or tires per month and 2 brake pad sets every 500KM

The purchaser will not be entitled to the protection plan after transferring or transferring the scooter

LIFE LONG AFTER-SALES SERVICE
YUME Lifetime travel companion service, even after the expiration of the warranty period, you can still get spare parts for the scooter at cost price, just pay the cost and shipping to restart the journey.
Claims Process

In order to confirm the defect of the scooter and solve the problem more quickly, you need to send the defect video to us. Then, our team will review it and contact you to confirm the situation within one working day. After confirming the defect, Send you replacement parts and written/video instructions or face-to-face online guidance on how to repair or replace the component.

If you do not have the time or convenience to repair yourself, you can use one of our repair centers (labor is free). However, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs, taxes and obtaining the scooter box if it is still not owned. Customers can also take the scooter to the service center themselves if needed. Contact us to determine your nearest location center.

*The repair service must first receive a video or image showing the alleged defect, failing which YUME will not be able to continue to provide you with limited warranty services

*In addition, please note that any form of harassment or assault of YUME employees or YUME certified technicians is not permitted and may result in the void of your warranty.

*The above settlement is YUME's sole and exclusive remedy for any limited warranty claim made by any manufacturer. YUME shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly in the process.

Owner's Responsibility

As a buyer and owner of electric scooters, we require all customers to do due diligence before purchasing scooters to understand the maintenance needs of these machines. Electric scooters always need to be screwed, cleaned to avoid rust and squeaky brakes, and properly stored in winter (75% battery capacity in room temperature),check air pressure and brakes before each trip. If you have any maintenance problems, our team is always here to help, and yes, we would like you to ask us more than try to do it yourself. We also hope that you always keep your motorcycle box that you may need to repair or maintain in the future (the box is expensive to transport).

Supports its products in times of distress. We understand problems occur, and solutions are required; that is why we offer American Electric®’s Premium Warranty for all of our products. Even if you did not buy directly from AmericanElectric®, this warranty still applies, provided you purchased the product from an authorized AmericanElectric® dealer.


American Electric® offers a full 1-year even-trade warranty on defective batteries, a 2-year factory warranty on electrical, controller, and frame,and a 4-year warranty on the motor. We also offer a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty on certain parts, such as: pedals, cranks, bulbs, mirrors, rearnstorage, alarm  system, etc. This warranty is effective the day the product is delivered, and it applies to factory defects and defaults only. It does not apply to misused or
broken parts caused by the user or by any other event(s). AmericanElectric® will pay for standard shipping service costs on the first warranty shipment only. Customer must pay shipping costs for any additional warranty parts. Original purchase receipt is required.


If any battery should become faulty within the specified warranty period, we will replace that battery free of charge.

Please return defective batteries to American Electric®.
 
American Electric® does not pay shipping fees for incoming batteries; however, we will pay to ship replacement batteries to you.

American Electric® does not offer this warranty on products purchased from secondhand sellers, non authorized AmericanElectric® dealers, products purchased used, products purchased via outlet centers, etc. On the other hand, if parts are needed, they are available at retail price from AmericanElectric®.

1.SHIPPING DAMAGE: Should your item arrive with damage that is a direct result of the assigned shipping carrier’s mishandling, AmericanElectric® will replace those damaged parts free of charge under warranty, as long as the damage is reported immediately after delivery (Damages reported after 3 business day, are considered not valid.) In the event that the damage is determined to be extensive(digital photos may be required), AmericanElectric®
may arrange to pick up and replace the item free of charge.

2.TIRES, TUBES, & KICK STANDS: The warranty does not apply to these items unless they are damaged as a result of shipping.

AMIGO MOBILITY HEALTHCARE WARRANTY 

General Warranty Provisions Amigo Mobility International, Inc. (AMI) warranties the original, completed Amigo it manufactures only to the original owner. If warranty card or proof of purchase is not received, warranty begins on the date the Amigo was shipped. This warranty supersedes and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and no person, agent or dealer is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of AMI, nor to assume for AMI any other liability concerning any of its products unless made in writing and signed by an official of AMI. This warranty gives you specific rights, with the possibility of other rights, which vary depending upon your locality. The warranties on this page do not cover the failure of any part or accessory due to: 

  • Shipping damage 
  • Abuse, misuse, accidental damage, or acts of nature 
  • Exceeding the specified weight capacity of the model 
  • Improper installation or opening sealed components 
  • Modifying the Amigo or installing accessories not authorized by AMI 

Warranty Coverage: AMI will repair or replace a part that is defective in material or workmanship under normal use. AMI may use factory-recertified parts (rather than new parts) for some warranty repairs. Warranty replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the Amigo unit warranty. AMI Covers labor warranty at factory headquarters in Bridgeport, MI for the first 60 days of ownership. Freight charges are not included under labor warranty. 

  • Structural components - platform, frame and lower seat post (non PSL) have a limited lifetime warranty (seven years). 
  • Main components - controller, charger, motor, powered seat lift (PSL) and transaxle have a two-year warranty. 
  • Seats and other components have a one-year warranty (cuts and tears in seats are not covered by warranty). 

Batteries supplied by AMI are warranted for one year (freight not included after six months) and carry Amigo brand labels. Damage caused by battery moisture, spillage, or leakage is exclusive of warranty. Lithium-ion batteries carry the following warranty: 

  • Warranty period is 60 months; beginning when the Amigo healthcare model or batteries are shipped from AMI factory. 

Serial number of unit/date code on battery will be required. 

  • Warranty covers defects in workmanship and material. 
  • Failure constitutes a fully recharged battery with less than 50% of its rated capacity under normal operating/charging 

conditions and is covered within the 60 month period. Lithium-ion batteries must be returned to AMI. Upon receipt, batteries will be tested to confirm warranty conditions are 

met. 

  • First 36 months' replacement batteries will be lithium-ion; 37 months and older may receive sealed lead acid batteries. 
  • AMI is obligated to repair or replace products/parts returned by the purchaser and found to be defective under warranty at our 

factory in Bridgeport, Michigan. 

  • If inspection determines that a returned part or unit is fully functional or inoperable due to a non-warranty nature, it will be 

returned at expense of the owner. 

  • Parts purchased separately from the original unit, or rebuilt units, carry a one year warranty against defects in material and 

workmanship. 

Customer Satisfaction Complete satisfaction with your Amigo is our main goal. If you are not satisfied with any maintenance or repair work completed by a local Amigo dealership, please follow these two steps:

  1. Review your concerns with the dealership's management (service manager or general manager). In most cases, a satisfactory 

solution is found. 2. Occasionally, an Amigo owner will not be fully satisfied with a dealer's decision or actions. In that case, contact Amigo customer service. Having the following information available will expedite response time: 

  • Serial number of your Amigo (see page 13 for location of serial number). 
  • Name, city and state of the dealer who sold you the Amigo. 
• Date and reason for each visit to dealership.

THREE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Three (3) years from the date of purchase on all structural frame components; including platform, seat post, and frame.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

One (1) year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the Scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced, at EV Rider, LLC’s option, without charge. Labor charges are NOT included. The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase, serial number and the date of purchase are always required. For warranty service, please contact the dealer/company from whom you purchased your EV Rider product.

SHIPPING - DOMESTIC: All warranty items will be shipped via Fedex Ground. Requested expedited shipping will be at the expense of the purchaser. 

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL: Parts will be provided under warranty at no charge, but shipping to any offshore and/or international location will be the responsibility of the purchaser. International and offshore end-users must contact the dealer/distributor directly to initiate the warranty process. 

ONE-YEAR WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS
Motor: In cases where there is an increase in the operational noise level, the warranty does not apply. (An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter). The batteries that are purchased separately or in addition to the batteries provided with the scooter are warranted by EV Rider for one year after the purchase of the Unit with the exception of the Stand-N-Ride scooter. 

Service: Warranty service can be performed by EV Rider, LLC or by an authorized EV Rider, LLC service facility. Do not return faulty parts to EV Rider, LLC without prior consent. A request for a Return Authorization is required prior to returning items. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting units and/or parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser. In the event replacement parts are sent to a customer or dealer, EV Rider may require any damaged or defective parts to be returned to EV Rider. Parts not returned to EV Rider will be billed to the customer or dealer. 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the Scooter. This Warranty excludes:

  • Batteries that are provided free with the scooter. See the EV Rider invoice/packing slip for additional detail.
  • Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, belts, bulbs, upholstery and seating, motor brushes, fuses, plastic shrouds and footrest covers, etc.)
  • Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, or storage, commercial use or use other than normal.
  • Used other than for the purpose of the purchaser’s mobility.
  • Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the scooter without specific and prior consent from EV Rider, LLC.
  • Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product not approved by EV Rider, LLC.

Batteries: Batteries carry a limited warranty which is subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any battery faults due to a defect in the original manufacture will normally become obvious within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normally associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. There is no other express warranty. 

Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of the original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded. 

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages. So, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Warranty-Mobility Scooters

Models:   EW-01, EW-02, EW-07, EW-08, EW-11, EW-20, EW-21, EW-29, EW-32, EW-36, EW-37, EW-38, EW-42, EW-44, EW-52, EW-54, EW-66, EW-72, EW-74, EW-77.

Three Year Limited Warranty

Three (3) years from the date of purchase on all structural frame components; Seat post and frame.

One Year Limited Warranty

One (1) Year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be replaced at E-Wheels’ discretion.

The batteries are warranted by E-Wheels for 2 months after the purchase of the Unit.

Labor and service calls are NOT included: The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase is always required for warranty service. Please contact the dealer/company from whom you purchased your E-Wheels product.

SHIPPING - DOMESTIC: Parts will be provided under warranty at no charge. All warranty items will be shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping fees will be at the expense of the purchaser.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL: Parts will be provided under warranty at no charge, but shipping to any offshore and/or international location will be the responsibility of the purchaser. International and offshore end-users must contact E-Wheels directly to initiate the warranty process.

Used other than for the purpose of the purchaser’s mobility. 

Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the scooter without specific and prior consent from E-Wheels.

Labor, service calls, shipping (including warranty claims), and other charges incurred for repair of the product are not approved by E-Wheels unless authorized.

Scooter Not Working Properly:

  • Advise us by email at support@electricbikeparadise.com within 3 days of the issue.
  • You will provide video evidence of the issue you are having to us. Send video to support@electricbikeparadise.com.
  • The technician will review it and deem if the item is fixable or defective.
  • If the item is deemed fixable he will send replacement parts to replace those parts.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to replace those parts as per the warranty.
  • It is the discretion of the technician to deem a scooter defective entirely and deem a replacement.
  • If the technician hasn't deemed this and you would like to return the scooter, it will be your responsibility to return the item, allowing that the return window is still open. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

ELECTRIC WHEELS LLC warrants to the original owner of each new EWHEELS brand electric bicycle, when purchased directly from an authorized ELECTRIC WHEELS reseller, to be complete and that the following components will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period indicated below.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, SHIPPING DAMAGE, ALTERATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, MISUSE, NEGLECT OR ABUSE.

Warranty
EWHEELS branded electric bicycles: three months (90 days) from purchase date by the original owner. ELECTRIC WHEELS replacement or maintenance parts & accessories: One month (30 days) from purchase date when purchased directly from ELECTRIC WHEELS.

Specific Warranty Items 
Tires and inner tubes are warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects for One month (30 days). The tire and inner tube warranty does not include damage from normal road hazards, flat tires, tire cuts and the like, skid wear or blowouts from over inflation or other such misuse, or normal wear.

Batteries (factory-installed in an EWHEELS bike) are warranted to the original owner to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three months (90 days) from the date of purchase by the original owner. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, or normal wear. Batteries purchased as maintenance or accessory parts are warranted for One month (30 days) from the date of purchase by the original owner, when purchased directly from ELECTRIC WHEELS.

Items Not Covered 
Warranties are limited to replacement of parts and/or products determined by ELECTRIC WHEELS, at its sole discretion, to be defective. In cases where multiple components are missing, you may be redirected to the retailer for assistance. ELECTRIC WHEELS Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to the following: Normal wear and tear; any damage, failure and/or loss caused by accident, shipping damage, misuse, neglect, abuse and/or failure to follow instructions or warnings as stated on the product or in the applicable owner’s manual or other printed materials provided with the product; damage, failure and/or loss caused by the use of the product for stunt riding, ramp jumping, competition, off-road use, acrobatics, trick riding or other similar activities, or use in any other manner for which such products were not specifically designed. This warranty does not apply to any products or components, mechanical and/or electrical, which have in any way been altered from their original configuration by any person. ELECTRIC WHEELS will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. The ELECTRIC WHEELS Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to any ELECTRIC WHEELS product used for rental or commercial purposes unless the specific product is designated, labeled or marketed by ELECTRIC WHEELS as acceptable for rental or commercial use. The ELECTRIC WHEELS Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to any ELECTRIC WHEELS product sold by a non-authorized reseller or retailer. The ELECTRIC WHEELS Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to any replacement, maintenance or accessory parts not sold directly by ELECTRIC WHEELS to the original retail purchaser.

Warranty Claims 
Those parts and/or products which are determined by ELECTRIC WHEELS to be defective and to qualify for warranty replacement will be provided at no charge, only after a valid warranty claim is processed by ELECTRIC WHEELS Customer Service Department. Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser by contacting the ELECTRIC WHEELS Customer Service
within the warranty period (stated above). Standard Shipping & Handling fees will apply to all orders placed for warranty parts and/or products and will be charged to the customer/warranty claimant at the time said parts and/or products are shipped from ELECTRIC WHEELS. ELECTRIC WHEELS, at its sole discretion, has the option of replacing with a new part, or factory re-certified part. The Limited Warranty stated herein is in lieu of and expressly excludes all other warranties not expressly set forth herein, whether expressed or implied by law or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any warranties for merchantability and/or fitness for any particular purpose. ELECTRIC WHEELS shall in no event be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses in connection with their products. The liability of ELECTRIC WHEELS hereunder is expressly limited to the replacement of goods complying with this warranty or at the sole discretion of ELECTRIC WHEELS to the repayment of an amount equivalent to the purchase price of the product in question.

Shipping & Handling fees will apply to all claims made under this warranty and will be charged to the claimant at the time products are shipped from ELECTRIC WHEELS distribution center.

Limited Warranty
EZ Carrier LLC


This product is warranted to be free from any defect in materials used in the manufacture, and/or workmanship at the time of its manufacture. The manufacturer’s warranty period is one year unless otherwise specified at time of sale. Any part found to be defective during this period will be repaired or
replaced at the discretion of EZ Carrier, LLC. Any part replaced under the warranty will be covered for the remaining period of the warranty. Any parts replaced under the warranty must be returned to EZ Carrier, LLC and will become the property of EZ Carrier, LLC. EZ Carrier, LLC may, at its discretion make any repairs or replacement of defective parts but such work shall not be deemed to be any admission of liability. EZ Carrier will bear labor charges for work carried out under the warranty. The warranty may not be transferred to subsequent owners for the balance of the remaining warranty period.


Conditions and Exclusions:
1) The product must not have been used for competition, misused, inadequately
maintained, or incorrectly serviced or maintained.
2) The product must not have been subject to any modification, repair, or replacement
other than as authorized by EZ Carrier, LLC.
3) Defects caused by faulty adjustment, neglect, or repairs and alterations performed by
anyone other than EZ Carrier, LLC are not covered by this warranty.
4) Defects caused by the use of parts and accessories not authorized by EZ Carrier, LLC
are not covered by this warranty.
5) The warranty does not cover the cost of transportation of the product to or from EZ
Carrier, LLC, or expenses incurred while the product is out of use and under warranty
repairs.
6) The warranty does not cover product used on a commercial basis.
7) The warranty does not cover defects, which have not been reported to EZ Carrier,
LLC within the immediate discovery of the defect.
8) Should a warranty claim become necessary, EZ Carrier, LLC shall not be liable for
loss of use, inconvenience, lost time, commercial losses or other incidental or
consequential damages.
9) If for any reason, the carrier does not appear to be in good and sound condition, it
must not be used. Any loss as a direct or indirect result of the use of the carrier in a
compromised condition is the sole liability of the user.
10) Paint finish will diminish, scratch, and chip over a period of time due to normal use
and therefore paint is not covered under warranty, nor is rust that has resulted from
exposed surfaces. We recommend to wash clean the salt and chemicals during winter
months.
11) Actuator and motor on the lifts carry no warranty other than that of the manufacturer
of them; actuators, one year; motors, one year (EZ Carrier LLC does not make these
specific parts).
12) Must present copy of this paper work along with copy of proof of purchase as in copy
of credit card statement or such. at time of warranty work.

Any statement, condition, representation, description or warranty otherwise contained in any other publication or advertisement shall not be construed as enlarging, varying or overriding anything contained herein.

EZ Carrier, LLC reserves the right to make alterations or improvements without notification to any model without obligation to do so to products already sold.

Liability Disclaimer:
The purchaser of the carrier is solely responsible for the installation, use, and the securing of any item being carried. In no event shall EZ Carrier, LLC be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profit, or other intangibles, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, unauthorized use, performance or nonperformance of our products. Even if EZ Carrier, LLC has been advised previously of the possibility of such damages and whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law or otherwise. In no circumstance shall EZ Carrier be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever. All matters are interpreted under Oklahoma law.

Safety Considerations:
Stopping distance – a carrier and cargo add weight to the vehicle and lengthens the time and distance that it takes to stop. Be sure to review the guidelines provided by your automobile manufacturer’s manual and adjusts your riding accordingly, allowing extra time and distance for slowing and stopping.
Passing – due to the extra weight of the carrier and cargo, be sure to allow extra time and space for passing. The combination of carrier and cargo extend the length of your vehicle and should be considered when merging and passing.
Tire Maintenance – be sure tires are inflated to the proper psi. Consult your automobile manufacturer’s operations manual for recommendations.
Check your hardware – make sure all hardware is tightened and secure prior to beginning any trip. Alterations – changing, adding to, or removing parts of a carrier may adversely affect the handling of the product and is strongly not advised.

We at Elby stand by the quality of our ebikes, which is why we automatically offer a warranty covering a one-year period on all parts for the original owner. By registering your new ebike within 60 days of purchase, your warranty will be extended to cover a two-year period.

Returns are only allowed within 7 natural days of receiving the purchased vehicle and only if the manufacturer fails to solve any mechanical or technical problem related to manufacturing defect or severe shipping damages.
If the return claim is valid the customer will receive a refund for the amount of the purchase price minus a repacking and restocking fee of 20%.
For a claim related to shipping damages you must present pictures of the damaged product at the time of the delivery. Please request a Return and Exchange and Authorization. (Contact customer support for a REA form).
Once the return and exchange authorization is issued we will email you a RAM number and return instructions. You must have the REA number when shipping back the returned unit.

To make a warranty claim always keep handy the vehicle model, date of purchase, vehicle serial number as well as information from the retailer where you purchased the vehicle from.

The warranty is limited to the terms listed below:

  • Frame, Suspension, Motor: 1 year for parts. 3 months for labor.
  • Controller, Charger: 1 year for parts.
  • Battery: Warranty on the battery starts the date of purchase of the vehicle as new. The battery is sealed and cannot be opened or fixed. The battery should not have a percentage of nominal charge retention of 60% or less. Misuse of the battery, negligence or attempt to open or repair it will void the warranty.
  • General: The bicycle is backed up by a 1-year main warranty, certain components listed on this chart or consumables may be subject to a different period of coverage or not included in this warranty.
  • Consumables: Components subject to wear are not covered by the warranty: Tires, inner tubes, brake lines, brake pads, basket, wheel lining tape, light bulbs, LEDS, fuses, etc.

If the warranty is void for any reason the customer shall bear any repair or replacement costs resulting from vehicle misuse, negligence or abuse.
Always follow care and preventive maintenance procedures.
Always keep receipts from any services performed to the vehicle by an authorized distributor or service center.

The warranty will be voided by any of the following circumstances:
  1. Failure to follow all directions or recommendations listed in the user manual.
  2. Cycling collision, accident or vehicle damage caused by careless parking 
  3. Acts in violation of laws 
  4. Never registered your ebike
  5. DIY repairs on electronics
  6. Abusive use the bicycle in off-road terrain, mud, snow, water, sand, gravel and water
  7. If the bicycle is used as rental unit 
  8. Damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, flooding and other hazards .
  9. Rust and/or paint fading caused to heavy exposure to rain, hail, snow or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.
  10. Overloading beyond recommended capacity .
  11. Damages caused by nails, needles, broken glass , debris , sharp rocks or other foreign objects .
  12. If the bicycle is used but not limited to stunts, jumping from ramps, stairs or elevated ramps.
  13. If vehicle is used in competitions or racing.
  14. If vehicle has been modified for any purposes on the motor, electrical system, suspension frame, and battery.
  15. Use of other components not approved by the manufacturer.
  16. Damages resulted from improper care and handling.

Due to the nature of the product some components must be exclusive from the manufacturer such as but not limited to the battery, motor, main gauge cluster, controllers, Led headlights, brake drums or disc rotors and pads etc. Other components such as tires, tubes, saddle, racks, baskets may be used from market-ready or compatible products previous approval from the retailer or manufacturer.

We include a 1 limited warranty no to cover customer abuse.

Warranty

Probity Cell LLC, dba Glion® (“Probity Cell”) warrants to the first retail purchaser of this product that it is free from defect in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper maintenance, storage or use of the Glion electric scooter. This limited warranty will be void if the product is ever used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation, modified in any way, or rented.

If you purchased your product directly from Probity Cell, or authorized resellers that are not authorized to perform warranty service, you will be required to send the product, pre-paid and insured, to our service center for warranty repair. You will be advised of shipping instructions in reply to your email. Please include a brief description of the problem and a dated proof-of-purchase receipt with any product returned for warranty repair. Products returned to Probity Cell for warranty repair, which upon receipt by Probity Cell are confirmed to be defective and covered by this limited warranty, will be repaired or replaced (at Probity Cell’s sole option) at no cost to you and returned pre-paid to customers located within the Continental United States. International customers (customer located outside of the Continental United States) will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced with new or factory-rebuilt parts at Probity Cell’s option.

If you purchased your product from an authorized reseller that is authorized to perform warranty service, you will be required to return the product to that reseller for warranty repair.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, AND NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES WILL EXIST OR APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NON-DEFECT DAMAGE, DAMAGE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER OPERATION, MAINTENANCE OR STORAGE OF THE PRODUCT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ABUSE, MISUSE, FAILURE TO PROVIDE REASONABLE AND NECESSSARY MAINTENANCE, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS OR ANY ALTERATIONS TO THIS PRODUCT).

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PROBITY CELL BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN CONNECTION WITH USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL PROBITY CELL’S LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY EXCEED THE COST OF THE PRODUCT COVERED HEREBY. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME FOR PROBITY CELL ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THIS PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential, incidental or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

The GoLite Lift comes with a limited warranty and the following coverage: 

Frame - 2-Years 

Mechanical Parts: One-year (1) limited warranty. 

  • The remote control and cable assembly will not be warranted if there is physical damage to pins, connectors, or cables. 

  • Any damage physical damage to the plastics or platform surface will not be covered. 

Battery: One-year (1) limited warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Failure to follow the proper use, operation, and maintenance

  • The use of non-authorized parts

Annual maintenance at the bicycle owner’s expense is required. A claim may not be considered without proper maintenance records.

DAHON Limited Warranty (excluding China)

We warrant our bicycle frames, handle posts and rigid forks to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years. In addition we warrant all non-wear components for a period of 2 years. Certain individual component warranties and local law may supersede this warranty policy.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame, handlepost, fork or component, and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty applies to the original retail purchaser of the bicycle and is non-transferable. This warranty only covers DAHON bicycles sold through authorized DAHON resellers, and maintained per the Scheduled Maintenance explained above. Any replacement item is covered by the original warranty term, being from the purchase date of the complete bicycle.

Your warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, stunt riding, commercial use, improper assembly or maintenance, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible, installation of power systems such as engines or electric motors, damage due to accident, weather or neglect, or modification of the bicycle.

A defect in material or workmanship is defined as; “A flaw, failure or cosmetic blemish caused by the manufacturing process or material that was not consistent with the original design”. This warranty implies no strength or fatigue value beyond regional government standards. This warranty does not mean “indestructible” as all materials can fail if pushed beyond design and manufacturing limits.

Wear items are defined as; tires, tubes, brake pads, brake and gear cables and housing, chains, gears, grips, and saddles. All of these items are subject to varying wear life depending on use, load, weather, road conditions etc. Premature wear or “defect” will be taken into account in any claim involving a wear item.

Exclusions

All damage resulting from Commercial use, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or from anything other than normal and ordinary use of the bicycle.

All damage resulting from off-road or stunt riding, multiple passengers, or cargo hauling.

Any paint damage, rust, or modifications made to the bicycle.

DAHON bicycles sold in mainland China fall under a separate policy which is non-transferable outside of mainland China.

Green Bike – Electric Motion  One Year Limited Warranty 

Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC warrants that all new  Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC  electric Bicycles and main components therein sold by an authorized Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC retailer are warranted to the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

This warranty pertains to any of the essential electric bicycle components that are found defective, provided that the product was used in a standard and controlled manner, and that it was maintained according to the manufacturer’s instruction manual. Essential components include the bicycle frame, electric motor, battery, display console and controller.

If a defective part is found during the warranty period and the customer notifies us immediately, the seller will repair or replace the part based on his sole discretion. This warranty will be void if any repair or change is performed or has been performed by any third party aside from an authorized dealer or service center.

It is expressly agreed that this warranty applies only to the cost of repair or replacement of the product and its accessories and the seller is not liable for any financial loss and / or prevention of profit and / or any consequential loss that may be caused by non-standard usage of the product. We hereby inform the buyer that Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC is not responsible for any liability that may occur which could possibly apply to the product and / or its user due to the usage of the product and that the customer alone is solely responsible for third party insurance and / or other insurance as required by the nature of the particular product. The seller is not responsible for any possible damage including bodily harm and damage to property. The warranty does not apply if any part of the product is damaged as a result of negligence, an accident, or inadequate maintenance.

As mentioned above this warranty does not apply to the tire, spokes, brakes, rims, and other mechanical components of the bicycle.

Our warranty includes 18 months on motor & battery, 12 months for controller and charger.This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, is offered only to the original retail purchaser, and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to Green Bike bicycles purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Improper assembly
Improper follow-up maintenance
Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold
Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect

Cycle Force Group dba NAC warrants its bicycles to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in material and in workmanship as outlined in the following:
. Limited Lifetime warranty on bicycle frame, as long as the bicycle is owned by the
original purchaser excluding the following models: -downhill, jumping, freestyle -suspension related equipment (bushings, bearings, pivot pins, pivot tubes and bolts) including complete forks except as warranted by the original equipment manufacturer.

If there is a quality defect during normal use, it is eligible for free repair or replacement within one year after delivery. For broken parts that cannot be repaired or replaced, we will send a new complete product free of charge.

Merits Health Products, Inc. warrants the main frame against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime expectancy of this power chair (5 years).

For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Merits will replace at their option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative in the material or workmanship: Electronic controllers, harnesses, chargers, motors. Labor charges incurred in the installation or repair of the above mentioned parts plus all freight charges are not included in the warranty

Warranty exclusions: Tires, plastic or rubber parts, upholstery/armpads, painted surfaces, seating, bearings.

Merits Health Products, Inc. will repair or replace parts as required, provided that an authorization for such return has been acquired by an established dealer and that the part or parts in question are returned fully insured with freight prepaid to us within the prescribed period of warranty. Labor charges incurred in the installation or repair of the above mentioned parts plus all freight charges are not included in the warranty.

Merits Health Products, Inc will not warranty any parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner’s neglect, accident or misuse, nor those parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by us.

  • Labor charges for part replacement or changeoverThis warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty extends from  the date of purchase, is offered only to the original owner, and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to Enzo eBikes LLC purchased through an authorized dealer  or distributor.  Enzo eBikes LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. Any claim against this warranty must be made through an authorized dealer or distributor. Proof of purchase is required.  The eBike must be registered at the time of purchase with Enzo eBikes LLC before a warranty claim may be processed. Claims made outside the country may be subject to fees and additional restrictions. Warranty, duration, and detail may differ by frame type and/or by country. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and those rights may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. The English version of the warranty shall prevail.

MovingLife warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship with the exclusions & exceptions specified below.

Two-year limited warranty: Structural frame components, including mobility scooter chassis, steering mechanism, rear wheels extensions, welds on entire  products.

One-year limited warranty: All electronic parts, including controllers and battery chargers. Servicing to the controller or battery charger must be carried out by    an authorized Moving Life dealer. Any attempt to open or dismantle these items renders the  guarantee  void  on  that  item  Drivetrain,  including  motor  and  seat mechanism. Batteries are covered by a one-year warranty from the original manufacturer. Gradual deterioration in battery performance due to not following usage instructions specified in the owner's manual or worn out through heavy use is not covered.

If within such warranty period, any such product shall be proven defective, such product shall be repaired or replaced at MovingLife's discretion. This warranty does not include any shipping charges incurred in replacement part installation or repair of any such product.

MovingLife’s sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to such repair and/or replacement.

Any part replaced under warranty is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects until expiry of the original ATTO warranty.

The warranty shall not be affected by change of ownership of the ATTO within the warranty period. Such change of ownership must be registered in the MovingLife’s registration database.

For warranty service, please contact the authorized MovingLife dealer where you purchased your ATTO.

Your warranty may be invalidated if you continue to drive your ATTO when a fault becomes apparent.

In the event you do not receive satisfactory warranty service, please write directly to MovingLife at the address on the contact information section, provide authorized MovingLife dealer’s name, address, and the date of purchase, indicate the nature of the defect and, if the product or the defect part carries a serial number, indicate the serial number. Do not return products to our factory or shipping center without our written prior consent.

This warranty does not include worldwide warranty service outside the country where ATTO was purchased.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS & EXCEPTIONS

  • ATTO Battery - one-year limited warranty. Gradual deterioration in battery performance due to not following usage instructions specified in the owner's manual or worn out through heavy use is not covered. The ATTO Warranty includes an ATTO Battery Warranty against failures of the high voltage battery as a result of manufacturing defects. The capacity of a lithium-ion high voltage battery naturally decreases over the period of use due to inherent technical reasons (natural wear and tear). Should a capacity check at a MovingLife authorized dealer within the warranty period of one-year show that the net battery capacity has dropped below 70% of its original value at the delivery of the new ATTO, the portion below 70% will be regarded as excessive capacity

  • Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the product or accessories without specific and prior written consent from MovingLife
  • Circumstances beyond the control of MovingLife

  • Labor, home repair, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product
  • If the serial number has been removed or defaced Such evaluation will be solely determined by Moving

Moving Life shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever. There is no other express warranty.

Implied warranties, including those of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one year from the date of original purchase and to the extent permitted by law.

Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from country/state to country/state.

Five-Year prorated limited transaxle warranty.  Three-Year limited warranty on main frame components.  One-Year limited warranty covering virtually all internal components including the electronics.  Batteries are not included in the warranty.

We sourced Qualiebikes from reliable suppliers like Samsung, KT, Wuxing, Dahon supplier system. so Qualibikes are quite durable. If you have any problems, our warranty policy is as follows:

Exceptions
The warranty will be automatically expired if any unauthorized modification occurs. During the service ordering process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modifications, or any repairs or replacements not performed by Yamee/Rattan, that have been made to your product. We will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is a result of any unauthorized modifications or repairs or replacements not performed by Yamee/Rattan. 
The warranty will NOT cover the problems caused by any of the following causes
  1. Any misuse of the product, such as using the bike for commercial/rental uses, play dangerous act, etc., riding the bike on the abnormal road conditions
  1. Any unauthorized modification to the product, such as disassemble the bike without direction by Rattan/Yamee, faulty installation, repair, or maintenance by anyone other than Rattan/Yamee,
  1. The product has been in any accidents, such as traffic accidents
  1. The product has been in extreme environment (including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or interference, fluctuation or surges of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, acts of God or other external causes 
  1. Anti-rust layer damage caused by misuse (the damage of anti-rust layer can lead to the corrosion and fracture of the parts).

Parts and Labor. Rattan/Yamee may provide both parts and labor, but may direct that you replace certain readily installable parts yourself, as described below. In most cases, we do not require you send the defective parts back to us. If applicable law requires Rattan to return a replaced item to you, you agree to pay Rattan/Yamee the retail cost of the replacement item and shipping.
Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Parts Service. DIY Parts Service allows you to service your own product. If Rattan/Yamee determines that DIY Parts Service is available to you, Rattan/Yamee will ship to you a replacement part for your product. The replacement part will be accompanied by instructions on installation and any requirements for the return of the replaced part. Rattan/Yamee reserves the right to decide if the labor costs relating to DIY Parts Service will be covered or not.
For any repair outside the Warranty. Even if your problems are not covered by the Warranty, you can purchase the replacement parts from us. As the manufacturer, we offer competitive prices for the parts of our bikes. To purchase replacement parts from us, please contact us for further information.

What is the warranty policy? We offer 6 months (180 days) warranty on Backfire Electric Skateboards from the date when you receive the product. Parts purchased from Backfire separately has a 90 days warranty. 1 year (365 days) warranty apply to Backfire Ranger X3 and Backfire Hammer only.

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Company will, at is options:

1). Send the new parts to replace the defect parts.  Most of the parts are fairly easy to be replaced under our design with our YouTube video instructions. 

2). exchange the affected Products with functionally equivalent Products that are new or formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts (grip tape, wheels hardware & bearings) unless due to a defect in materials or workmanship; and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect, abuse, water damage, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.  

FOR WARRANTY REPAIRS IN UNITED STATES, HERE ARE THE PROCESSES:

  1. Contact our Support Team via email support@electricbikeparadise.com to provide your order number and detail information of the defectiveness, some photos or a short 15 seconds video will be helpful.  A prepaid return label will be provided to you via email once the case of warranty is confirmed. (Kindly keep in mind: our tech support bases on the information you provide with us and according to our best experiences and knowledge with the product to diagnose and determine the issue, the better information you could provide, the quick the process can be) 
  2. Pack the products in original packaging or mail in a sturdy box to ensure the products will be returned without damage.
  3. Once the products are received and fixed, you will receive an email detailing the warranty service along with the return shipment’s tracking number. 

 

SHOPRIDER MOBILITY PRODUCTS - LIMITED WARRANTIES

Shoprider Mobility Products, Inc. ("distributor") warrants its electric scooters and power chairs ("products") against certain defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, subject to certain conditions and exclusions, as defined below. Please take the time to read the following terms and conditions under which the Distributor agrees to provide repair services.

1. This warranty is valid and enforceable on products purchased in the United States from an authorized Shoprider provider.

2. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the product from an authorized Shoprider provider and shall not apply to any subsequent purchaser, assignee or other recipient of the products.

3. This warranty is for the replacement or repair, at the option of Shoprider, of defective parts only. This warranty does not cover any labor charges including but not limited to, charges incurred for installation of replacement parts, shipping and/or transportation charges to and from an authorized Shoprider provider, or additional fees, (including expedited shipping), which may be charged to the provider.

4. All warranty replacement parts are under warranty from the date of purchase of the original product and not from the date of part replacement. If a certified refurbished part is not available, Shoprider may determine, at its own discretion, to have the part replaced with a new part. To present a claim under this limited warranty, customer shall deliver the product to an authorized Shoprider provider together with proof of purchase; i.e., sales receipt. This warranty does not cover pick-up, delivery or house calls.

5. The warranty covers the drive train ( including the transaxle, motor and brake) in the following way:

6. This warranty is valid and enforceable only on products purchased in the United States and from an Authorized Shoprider provider.

7. This warranty is applicable only to the customer as an original purchaser of the product from an Authorized Shoprider provider and shall not apply to any subsequent purchaser, assignee or other recipient of the scooter or power chair from customer.

8. No provider or other similar person has any authority to make any warranties or representations concerning Shoprider Mobility Products, Inc. products, or to extend this warranty beyond the express terms contained within. Distributor assumes no responsibility for any warranties beyond the express terms contained in the warranty. Customer releases and holds distributor harmless from any claims stemming from any unauthorized representations.

9. This warranty shall be void if the Customer modifies the product in any respect including but not limited to the use of parts other than genuine Shoprider parts.

10. This warranty does not apply unless the Registration Card is signed, completed and returned within thirty days (30) from the date of purchase. Manufacturer reserves the right to dispose of the Registration Card once it is received.

11. Warranty exceptions:

A. Transaxle: In cases where there is an increase in the operational noise level the warranty will not apply.

B. Motor: If damage occurs to commutator of motor as a result of not replacing motor brushes after heavy wear to brushes. Motor brushes are wear items but will be warranted for one year.

C. Brake: Brake pads are a wear item and will be warranted for one year.

D. Maintenance: Annual maintenance schedule must be followed.

12. This warranty does not cover batteries or damage caused by battery leakage. Warranty is covered by the battery manufacturer. The battery charger is only covered for a period of one year from date of purchase of unit.

13. This warranty does not cover controllers. Warranty is covered by the controller manufacturer. Manufacturer can void the warranty due to user negligence or liquid damage.

14. This warranty does not cover plastic shrouding or covers, seat upholstery, arm pads or tires as these components are considered wear items.

15. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.

17. Any implied warranty imposed by state consumer law is limited.

18. Customer represents and agrees that any claims which it may assert against Distributor shall be limited to those which may be asserted under the foregoing warranty.

19. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. The Customer irrevocably consents that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in any way connected with this Guaranty shall be instituted or brought by the Creditor or its agents in the courts of Los Angeles County, California; and the Guarantor irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction and venue of that court in any legal action or proceeding.

20. Distributor makes no warranty, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Distributor expressly disclaims all warranties.

21. Your exclusive remedy and Distributor¡¯s entire, collective liability in contract, tort or otherwise, under this Agreement is the repair of the defective system or components in accordance with this Agreement. If Distributor is unable to make such repair, your exclusive remedy and Distributor¡¯s entire liability will be the payment of actual damages not to exceed the charge paid by you. Under no circumstances will the Distributor be liable to you or any other person for any damages, including, without limitation, any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This agreement gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of (i) incidental or consequential damages or (ii) implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply.

22. No provider of Distributor and no person other than an officer of Distributor may extend this warranty, nor may they modify it in any respect. No modification or extension is effective unless it is in writing and signed by the President or Vice-President of the Distributor.

Replacement Parts Warranty:

Parts warranty is 3-months or the remainder of the unit warranty, whichever is longer.

Innovative Mobility Products SmartScoot™ (IMP) warrants your SmartScoot™ against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the original retail purchase as follows:

2 Year Limited Warranty:  Structural Frame under normal use conditions.

1 Year Limited Warranty:  All components, including motor, brakes, electrical, and axles under normal use conditions.

1 Year Limited Warranty:  Battery under normal use conditions.

This limited warranty extends only to the original owner and is not transferable to anyone else.

If a defect exists, IMP will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law either (1) provide components to repair the SmartScoot™ using new or refurbished parts at no charge to you; (2) exchange the SmartScoot™ with a functionally equivalent product that is new or refurbished; or (3) refund the original purchase price.  After repair or replacement, the SmartScootTM/functionally equivalent product will be covered by this limited warranty for the longer of the remainder of the original limited warranty period, or 90 days after IMP ships the SmartScootTM/functionally equivalent product to you.  IMP’s responsibility to repair or replace the SmartScootTM, or to refund the purchase price, is your exclusive remedy.  This warranty excludes damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications, failure to follow instructions in the User’s Instruction Manual and battery Operating Instruction, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship for which IMP is responsible.

This Limited Warranty does not cover parts which may, under normal wear and tear, require replacement including, without limitation, tires, upholstery, fuses, etc.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IMP IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR SERVICE OF THE SMARTSCOOT™.  THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES STATED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES OR CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESS, STATUTORY, OR IMPLIED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.  IMP SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  IF IMPLIED WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.  Any recovery is limited to the original purchase price.  No person is authorized to modify this Limited Warranty.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages and the above limitations may not apply to you.  This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

This warranty and all lawsuits, disputes, and claims will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, regardless of any conflict of law principles.   The parties also irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the State Court of Fulton County, Georgia, and agree that the State Court of Fulton County, Georgia shall have exclusive jurisdiction and be the sole venue for the consideration of any lawsuits, disputes, and claims between the parties.

The parties hereby waive the right to any jury trial on any lawsuit, dispute, claim, or controversy.  The parties also waive any right to consolidate or to have handled as a class action any proceeding on any lawsuit, dispute, claim, or controversy.  The parties agree that any proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis.  The parties agree not to seek to have any lawsuit, dispute, claim, or controversy heard as a class action, private attorney general action, or in any other proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity.

If any provision herein is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be severed with the remaining in full force and effect.

WARRANTY – MOBILity scooter

Twelve- Month limited WARRANTY (from the date of purchase).

  • This warranty only applies to parts that are mandatory for operating the scooter.
  • Tzora will cover, free of charge, any defected part which was identified by one of our authorized maintenance & service companies, after examination. 

Six-Month limited warranty (from the date of purchase).

  • The battery has a six-month warrant effective from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear:

  • Plastic Shrouds 
  • Color fixing
  • Motor Brushes
  • Upholstery and Seating
  • Brake Pads 
  • Tires and Tubes 
  • Fuses/Bulbs
  • Circumstances beyond the control of Tzora
  • Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Tzora 
  • Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Tzora

    • Contamination
    • Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
    • Battery fluid spillage or leakage
    • Use other than normal design specifications

WARRANTY: The scooter is under warranty for 1 year (within the 1 year from date of purchase), and at this time, if the customer has issues with the scooter they would like us to look into, they can send the scooter back to as follows:

  • Within 1 month from date of purchase, we can send a call tag to pick up the scooter or any parts
  • After 1 month from date of purchase and within the 1 year from date of purchase, the customer will have to pack and send the scooter  or any parts, to Zipr at their own expense. At this time, if there is any defects found, we can repair any issues or replace** the scooter and return to customer without additional charges. 
  • Please go through the Exception list on Warranty in your manual – Not all items are under warranty
  • Batteries that come with the purchased scooter, have three (3) months warranty only.

**Scooter replacements are as follows:

  • New replacements will only be made to those scooters found defective within 1 month from date of purchase
  • Refurbished scooters will be replaced for those scooters that have already been used for over 1 month from date of purchase and found defective and still within the 1 year warranty period (from date of purchase).  Replacement will only be sent after the customer has shipped the original scooter back to Zipr.

 

Furthermore within the 1 year (from date of purchase) warranty period, if customers need any parts, that are NOT on the Warranty exception list, to replace or repair, those parts will be sent to customer or customer’s choice technician at no charge. 

 

REPAIRS: Zipr does not have any external facilities or affiliations with any repair services or technicians.  Any repair services will be at the expense of the customer.

Technician/Repair Services:

Find one that does repairs on mobility scooters, wheelchairs or scooters.  Inform technicians to contact us via email (service@zipr.com) for parts they might need for your scooter repairs with the following info:

  1. Full customer name (to determine if customer still has warranty or in system)
  2. Type of scooter & serial # (can be found under the rear end of the scooter or in the battery “well” on the scooter base)
  3. What is the problem or part needed to be repaired (send picture of the part if possible)
  • If your scooter is still under warranty, Zipr will send those items to you or repair technicians/service companies at no charge.
  • Repair services fees or charges are strictly between customer and the repair technicians/company.

If there is a quality defect during normal use, it is eligible for free repair or replacement within one year after delivery. For broken parts that cannot be repaired or replaced, we will send a new complete product free of charge.

Wear and tear is not covered under warranty. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance, or other such misuses, normal wear, or water damage. We believe that communication is the best way to solve the problem. Please contact us in time. Warranty & Liability will VOID if the bicycle is altered or any customizing is made.

Warranty is only valid for original parts or goods from MBI Sport Inc. The warranty
will be voided once the original parts are replaced or removed.

MBI Sport Inc. offers warranty in all parts for 6 months and 1 year on the
frame after the received date in all of the manufacturer defectives. Defectives
can be replaced for no cost with proof of the damages and purchase.

What the warranty DOESN’T cover:
a. Normal Wear and tear
b. Improper assembly
c. Improper maintenance, including follow-up maintenance
d. Damage or failed use due to accidents, misuse, neglect, or abuse
e. Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally used
for or compatible with the bicycle as sold.

Every QuietKat electric bike and electric trike include a one-year, 1000-mile limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its battery, controller and motor assembly.  QuietKat frames come with a lifetime warranty.

This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the QuietKat and is not transferable.

This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accidents, or other improper use.

The one-year warranty on QuietKat’s lithium-ion batteries from the date of original purchase does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

If a component is deemed to be defective or damaged without user error or other improper use, QuietKat will assist in replacing that part.  This includes any parts deemed to have been damaged in shipping.   We will not replace any part deemed to be damaged by the user.

In the case of a repair or parts replacement under warranty, we will work with the owner to find a local certified bicycle repair shop to make the necessary fix.  QuietKat will also cover the associated repair labor fees, only if the scope of service is agreed upon prior to the fix.   The owner may also return the unit to QuietKat to make the needed repairs, but will be responsible for shipping costs each way.

Warranty Claims

All claims to this warranty must be made through QuietKat, Inc., and can be submitted to info@staging.quietkat.flywheelsites.com.  Proof of the original purchase may be required with any warranty request.  Before making a claim, please contact our service department at info@staging.quietkat.flywheelsites.com as there may be a simple fix for the problem.   Valid warranty claims will be processed within one year of the initial purchase.

One Year Warranty

  • All Nakto’s electric bicycles is covered under manufacturer's 1 year warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. 
  • NAKTO 1 Year Warranty includes main bike components: motor, battery, controller, throttle, brake and PAS system.
  • Parts are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase

    Shipping damages must be reported to NAKTO E-BIKE within 48 hours after shipments arrivals. IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept freight damage claims later than 7 days from reception of products. Note any damage to your products on the Bill of Delivery before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete.     NOT included in the warranty

    NAKTO E-bike will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged part. We will not offer warranty service to second owners. We will not replace any part damaged by the user. We will not pay for any third party service or part replacement unless agreed by NAKTO E-bike upon prior to the fix.

    This warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts after 30 days including but not limited to wheels, pedals, chain, spokes, tires, tubes, brake pads, and grips. This warranty also does not cover damages caused by not proper assembly and maintenance required by NAKTO E-bikes, including but not limited to proper adjustment of the bike after assembling, proper storage of the e-bike, proper charging of the battery and use of the e-bike. Please note that this NAKTO E-bike is not set for extreme use including contest and water wading.

    NAKTO E-bike will not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.

    Terms of warranty

    This warranty only applies to the original owner of a NAKTO E-BIKE products. This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance. NAKTO E-bike will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. In no event shall NAKTO E-BIKE be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.

    CLAIMS

    All claims to this warranty must be made through NAKTO E-BIKE.COM Proof of purchase or registered warranty card MUST be required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact our technical support service team as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through NAKTO E-BIKE within one year of initial purchase.


     

    LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS

    All GoPowerbike’s ebikes (the “ebike”), and their individual Covered Components (as defined herein), are protected against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year, 1200 miles (whichever comes first ) after the date of a qualifying purchase (the “Warranty Period”). This Limited Warranty is only applicable to United States and Canada ebike purchases and in accordance with the following terms:

    • Only the original owner of an ebike purchased from GoPowerbike’s online or physical store is covered by this Limited Warranty. The Warranty Period begins upon your receipt of the ebike and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period or any sale or transfer of the ebike to another person, and under no circumstances shall the Limited Warranty apply to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the ebike.
    • The Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective lithium ion battery (the “Battery”), frame, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware (each a “Covered Component”).
    • The Covered Components are warranted to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during the Warranty Period.

    This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:

    • Normal wear and tear of any Covered Component.
    • Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (including without limitation tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain and spokes).
    • Any damage or defects to Covered Components resulting from failure to follow instructions in the ebike owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the ebike as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance.
    • For the avoidance of doubt, GoPowerbike will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.
    • The Battery is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
    • Any products sold by GoPowerbike that is not an ebike.

    DETERMINING WHETHER DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO AN EBIKE OR COVERED COMPONENT IS PROTECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF GOPOWERBIKE.

    Shipping Damage:

    Damage to a Covered Component during shipping is not covered by this Limited Warranty, but GoPowerbike will replace such damaged Covered Components if you:

    • Notify GoPowerbike of a Covered Component damaged in the shipping process within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the ebike;
    • Provide GoPowerbike with a dated picture of the damaged Covered Component;
    • Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the ebike; and
    • Note any immediately recognizable damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading prior to signing off on the shipment.

    Shipping damage claims are very time sensitive and it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the ebike for damage upon receipt.

    If you choose to set up your own independent shipping method, such as use of a freight forwarder or other similar service, GoPowerbike will not replace any Covered Components damaged during such shipping method.

    Credit Card Chargebacks:

    If any ebike purchase becomes subject to a credit card chargeback in any amount, and you are still in possession of the ebike, then this Limited Warranty shall be invalidated until the credit card chargeback has been resolved.

    CLAIMS PROCESS:

    GOPOWERBIKE WILL NOT REPLACE ANY COVERED COMPONENT UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WITHOUT FIRST SEEING PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF THE DAMAGED COVERED COMPONENT.

    In order to exercise your right to receive a replacement for a Covered Component under this Limited Warranty, you must:

    • Contact Us. The Technical Support team will initially work with you on the problem with your ebike to identify potential simple fixes.
    • If the Technical Support team determines that a Covered Component must be replaced, they will provide you with a set of instructions for returning the defective Covered Component and receiving the replacement.
    • After you receive the replacement Covered Component, the Technical Support team will also assist in determining how to replace or install the new Covered Component into your ebike.
    • Replacement Covered Components under this Limited Warranty shall only be shipped to the address of the original purchaser.

    THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND GOPOWERBIKE’S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. GOPOWERBIKE’S LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE EBIKE, NOR SHALL GOPOWERBIKE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

    SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

    THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

    TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, GOPOWERBIKE DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.

    SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

    Each product manufactured  by GOPOWERBIKE has been in conformity with all applicable contractual commitments and all express and implied warranties, and GOPOWERBIKE has no liability (and to the knowledge of GOPOWERBIKE there is no basis for any present or future action, suit, proceeding, hearing, investigation, charge, complaint, claim or demand against it giving rise to any such liability) for replacement or repair thereof or other damages in connection therewith. No product manufactured, sold or delivered by GOPOWERBIKE  is subject to any guaranty, warranty or other indemnity beyond GOPOWERBIKE's applicable standard terms and conditions of sale, copies of which have been delivered to Buyer.

    Warranties exclude: what is considered wear and tear, acts of god, accidental, misuse, neglect, abuse, modification, improper assembly, or improper maintenance. 

    For a warranty claim to be valid, any claim must be made through GOPOWERBIKE. Proof of purchase must be provided from an authorized GOPOWERBIKE retailer. Warranty claims must be made within 1 year of purchase and has to have a valid proof of purchase.

    If there is a quality defect during normal use, it is eligible for free repair or replacement within one year after delivery. For broken parts that cannot be repaired or replaced, we will send a new complete product free of charge.

    Long Warranty Time: 1 YEAR warranty.

    Razor Limited Warranty

    Here at Razor, we warranty our products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days (for electric powered products) and 6 months/180-days (for non-electric powered products) from date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, wheel, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or mis-use.

    Razor’s Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever:
    • used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation;
    • modified in any way;
    • rented.

    Razor is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.

    For your records, we recommend you save your original sales receipt with your Razor product manual and write the serial number directly on your product manual for reference.

    Extended Warranties

    If you have purchased an extended warranty, please contact the retailer from which it was purchased for assistance.  Razor does not offer nor support extended warranties.

    We sourced All Bikonit ebikes from reliable suppliers such as Bafang, RST, LG Chem, Sram, Sturmey Archer, Tektro, Kenda, Maxxis, SR etc. Every single Bikonit ebike was built under strict production processing and QC system. If you come across with any questions, our warranty policy is as follows: 1)Frame warranty lifetime. 2)All other components on the bike and extra-bought accessories warranty 1 year. 3)Battery warranty: All batteries come with a 2 years warranty(Battery circle lifetime is 600~800 depends on the environment).     This GlareWheel product, including all mechanical and electrical components, moving parts, motors and structural components, with the exception of Light, traction tires are warranted to the original owner-purchaser for a period of half year from the original date of purchase against original defects in materials or workmanship when purchased through a GlareWheel Authorized Retailer.

    This arranty does NOT cover the following:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • LED light

    • Defects appearing in the course of commercial use

    • Damage resulting from abuse/misuse of the product

      Transfer of this product by the original owner-purchaser to another person voids this warranty in its entirety. Modification of this product in any way; visually mechanically or electronically, voids the warranty in its entirety.

      Any warranted product which is defective in original materials or workmanship and is delivered by the original owner-purchaser (this warranty is non-transferrable) to GlareWheel MUST be accompanied by the original receipt for purchase ( or copy) from an Authorized GlareWheel Retailer, will at the discretion of GlareWheel, be repaired or replaced, without charge for parts or labor. In the event the defective product cannot be repaired, and a suitable replacement is not available, GlareWheel will offer to replace the product with a comparable model (determined by GlareWheel), if available. In the event a comparable model is not available the customer will be refunded the original purchase price(requires proof of purchase from the Authorized GlareWheel Retailer it was originally purchased). Any products on which warranty service is sought must be sent freight or postage prepaid( GlareWheel will refuse any package when postage is due).

      Transportation and shipping charges are not covered as part of this warranty.
      NOTE: Products that require service that do not have a receipt from an GlareWheel Authorized Retailer will be required to pay for all parts required to repair the product(labor will not incur a charge) providing the product is not older than one years from date of manufacture and is within half year from date of purchase. A copy of the original sales receipt is required.
      In no event shall GlareWheel be held liable for incidental or consequential damages.
      Some states do not allow the exlusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exlusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to sate.

    • Instruction for Obtaining Service

    • If service for this GlareWheel product is required, first write to us. Please have the product UPC number, the date of original purchase, the dealer where the item was purchased and what seems to be the problem. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number to ensure your merchandise will be properly tracked and handled upon receipt at GlareWheel.

      Once you have your Return Authorization number(RA) , make sure the item is packed in its original foam inner container which is placed inside the original outer display box(this will help prevent damage during shipping and handling). This shipment MUST be prepaid and we recommend that it be insured with the carrier of your choice.

      Please make sure you have followed all of the above instructions carefully before retuning any merchandise for service. You may choose to have your product repaired by one of Monster Wheel’s Authorized Service Sations after its warranty has expired. All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.

    BELIZE BIKE LIMITED 2 YEAR WARRANTY:

    Tri-Rider and Capri trikes, Twin-Rider tandems, Porta-bike folding electric bicycles,Toucan push scooters, E-Rider electric bicycles and electric tricycles are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period from date of purchase for the following period:

    *Two years on frames and welded joints.

    *One year on E-bike/trike motors and on E-bike/trike and hub kit lithium batteries.

    *Three months on most other components including SLA batteries.

    *Shimano components are warranted by Shimano.

Atom Surf warranty term is 1 year. Warranties are limited to manufacturer's defects in workmanship or materials. Warranties are voided if the product is damaged due to misuse or abuse, modifications to the product, damage incurred in competition or commercial use, or damage due to improper assembly or repairs.

    This board is covered by a 90 days manufacturer’s warranty that defects in workmanship and material.This does not cover damage caused by abuse.misuse,negligence,accident,or riding in water.The AEboard can be easily repaired by replacing the broken part. We will always diagnose and send free replacement parts for boards under warranty, shipping fees will be collected.The water damage ,wheels wear ,and artificial damage are NOT included in the warranty.

    WowGo offers a 180 days warranty covering any manufacturing defects for the WowGo 2S/KT/Mini/3/3X/Knight. WowGo offers a 270 days extended warranty covering manufacturing defects for the WowGo AT2 board.

    (The warranty for the WowGo 2S/KT/Mini has been extended from 3 months to 6 months starting on from 2020.4.14. Orders placed before 2020.4.13 still have a 3 month warranty)

    WowGo boards are built using the best motors, ESC, and batteries. We test all individual parts and run each WowGo Board for 210 minutes before packaging it for shipment to ensure it is built to last.

    All components, such as an extra remote or battery, can be purchased separately in our shop. If you do not see the part listed, please contact us. We also provide a 90 days warranty for the parts and components you bought separately on our website.

    The WowGo board can be easily repaired by replacing a broken part. We are happy to diagnose and send replacement part/s for your board free of charge if the board is still under warranty. Free shipping and free parts.

    If the problem should still persists after our diagnosis, we will continue to help you finding the correct replacement part until the problem is solved.

    We reply to all questions within 24 hours during working days. If a question is sent during the weekend,please expect out response after the next working day. Replacement parts will be sent 3-8 days after your request has been submitted.

    Water damage, wheel wear, belts wear and any artificial damage is NOT covered under the warranty. Always charge the board with the original charger. Otherwise the battery might be damaged or even catch fire. This damage is NOT covered under the warranty.

    For the USA repair center,here is the process:

    1. When there are any manufacturing defects with the product you received during the warranty period, please contact us. You must provide your order number and some information on your product, such as photos or videos. When we confirm that your product meets the warranty status, we will provide you with a prepaid express label.

    2. When you need to send your board to the overseas repair center, please pack your product in a sturdy box to ensure it will not get damaged during shipment.You can then contact the shipping company to arrange delivery.

    3. When our repair center receives your product, we will fix it within a week and make arrangements to return it. A tracking number will be provided.

    *The repair center is located in Texas, USA. Currently, only customers in the continental  US are covered

    We offer a full 2 year warranty on the bike, 5 year on frame.

    Warranty

    The GOTRAX Electric Scooters come with a six month warranty that is non-transferable after the product’s initial sale. Covering parts due to manufacturing defects. If a defect arises during the warranty period, GOTRAX will repair the affected product at no charge, exchange with an equivalent refurbished replacement (refurbished units might have cosmetic signs of use), or supply a replacement part if the problem is isolated and can be rectified with new part(s). 

    Items damaged due to misuse of the scooter, or incidental issues due to normal wear and tear (such as flat tires, screws, tire tubes, kick stands, worn brakes, joints loosening), are not covered under the warranty replacement program.  However, parts can be purchased directly from our website in these situations. 

    No reimbursement is provided for towing, loss of time, loss of use, inconvenience, incidental or consequential damages.

    During the warranty period the customer is responsible for return shipping, and can purchase a shipping label at a discount rate from our customer service team. 

    Battery Related Issues:  Lithium-ion battery packs are consumable products that can lose charge capacity over time. See here for tips on prolonging the life of your battery. Defective batteries are rare, but they are covered under warranty.  Receiving a defective battery would usually mean it can not be charged or operated inside the scooter.  If you believe your battery is defective, please upload photos of the battery's serial number below. If due to manufacturers defect customers are issued either a 1 time replacement battery or scooter. 

    Dead on Arrival: In the rare case where your scooter arrives defective, GOTRAX will either replace the defective component, repair the scooter, or send a replacement unit at no charge.  In situations where the scooter needs to be sent back to us, we will provide a prepaid return label. Dead on Arrival claims must be made within the first 14 days.

    Modifications to product: No unapproved modifications can be made to the product, its performance or otherwise, in order for this Limited 90 Day Warranty to remain in effect.

    Aging: This Limited 180 Day Warranty will not cover any damage which results from aging, such as fading of paint, deterioration of plated surfaces, deterioration of rubber or plastics, or rusting.

    Cosmetic Damage: T Warranty does not cover minor surface blemishes, rips, tears, or other cosmetic damage due to normal use, or other intentional or unintentional damage to the product.

    Neglect: Damage due to misuse or neglect, use other than as specified in the Owner’s Manual, or use under abnormal conditions are not covered by this Limited 180 Day Warranty.

    Weather: Warranty is void if weather related water damage is determined. Owner is responsible for storage and protection from the weather.

    Second Hand Purchase: This limited warranty does not cover products sold second hand, open box, including but not limited to floor models (unless manufacturer’s warranty approved upon date of purchase). Refurbished equipment, equipment sold without a manufacturer’s warranty or sold “as is”.

    Warranty is void if your Hoverboard/Scooter shows visible signs of damage or has been misused beyond what is considered normal use, including water damage. Wear and tear is not covered under this warranty, only defects in craftsmanship such as receiving a product DOA or a bad chipboard.

    Mulberry Extended Warranty The extended warranty is available to purchase at checkout or up to 30 days after purchase.  For more details on the extended warranty, including instructions on how to submit a claim - please contact us.

    For customers experiencing issues that fall outside the warranty period, we are still here to help.  Spare parts can be purchased directly from our online store, and we provide detailed instructions for replacing common components. 

     

    International Customers

    The same warranty and return conditions outlined above also apply for international orders shipped outside the US.  However, the buyer will be responsible for shipping and customs duties & taxes when shipping the product back for a return or repair.

    270-DAY WARRANTY

    Get a 270 day warranty from us when ordering.

    We back up our products with a nine-month warranty. If you encounter quality issues with our board in some way, please email us directly. We will help you find the problem and provide you with free replacement parts. If the nine-month warranty expires, we will still offer you replacement parts at a very low price so that you can secure the board and continue riding.

    Generally speaking, the repair takes about 15 days. But if the relevant accessories required for the repair are out of stock, we need to send the relevant accessories from China, then the repair will take a little bit longer.     We warranty our battery and Coaxial Bottom Bracket Motor™ for 2 years (please note that we only warranty the battery and motor on the Cypress model for 1 year), and our bike frame for 5 years. The warranty is valid for the intended use of the bikes. Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear or any loss or damage caused by negligence or improper assembly, repair, modification or use and so on. For example: brake parts, tubes, tires, chain, cables, bulbs, kick-stands, seat, and hand grips, etc. are not covered. Warranty will not cover a bike that is not registered or does not match the original registration serial number on the bike frame, motor, and battery. 

    Limited Warranty Conditions 

    The above Limited Warranty is further subject to the following conditions: This Limited Warranty extends only to Products distributed and/or sold by AmeriGlide, Inc.. It is effective only if the Products are purchased and operated in the USA. (Within the USA including US 48 States, Alaska and Hawaii.)

    This Limited Warranty covers only "normal use" of the Product ("Normal Use" as used herein, is defined as "the use by a single individual who meets the maximum capacity designated by the unit data tag and operates the unit as defined by the guidelines and instructions presented in this document"). AmeriGlide, Inc. shall not be liable under this Limited Warranty for any damage or defect resulting from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping, storage, or operation; (ii) service or alteration by anyone other than the company; or (iii) damages incurred through irresponsible, non-intended, or any other use other than Normal Use.

    You must retain your bill of sale or other proof of purchase to receive Limited Warranty service. No Limited Warranty extension nor extension of the Warranty Period will be granted for any replacement part(s) nor any new Product furnished to the purchaser in fulfillment of this Limited Warranty.

    Please note, any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the serial number, located on the chassis of the lift. This number serves as your warranty number and must be retained. AmeriGlide, Inc. will offer no warranty service without this number.

    All warranty claims must be reported to the dealer from whom the lift was purchased as they have responsibility for handling your warranty claim. The dealer is to contact the Service Department of AmeriGlide, Inc. and provide the serial number of the lift along with a description of the events leading to the warranty claim. Dealers may charge for labor, service, travel, or other associated costs to make repairs, and such charges are not covered by this Limited Warranty. All parts used to replace defective materials must be genuine AmeriGlide, Inc. parts to be covered by this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you many have other rights which may vary from state to state.

    Mobility Scooters:  Most AmeriGlide Mobility Scooters come with a 1 year parts and in-home labor warranty that only covers the original purchaser.  Customers can also opt for extended warranty options that are available at affordable prices.

    Warranty is 6 months all parts

    The standard parts only warranty is for 1 year on parts and the battery or 1,500 miles - whichever comes first. Battery warranties are for total failure not reduction in range over time. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs of parts that are sent out or the scooter if necessary to be shipped to our warehouse for repair. Labor is not included but can be waived if the scooter is shipped to our facility.

    The warranty covers this product for one year from the date of purchase and includes the battery pack for total failure not a deduction in range. This warranty is limited to what is defined as “normal use” of the product; examples of activities or uses that would void the warranty include: exceeding the weight and/or speed limits (check individual model specifications as weight and speed limits differ); impacts resulting from collision, dropping, water damage or improper use.

    While the products are designed with water protection in mind, they are not intended to be ridden in heavy precipitation or standing water above 2 inches high. The scooters are water resistant not water proof so avoid heavy rain and deep puddles.

    Consumables such as tires and inner tubes are outside of the scope of the warranty. We stock a wide variety of parts such as tires and inner tubes, batteries, control boards, chargers, and other components in the U.S.  We can repair or replace faulty parts that fall outside of the warranty at an additional charge.

    The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear including but not limited to, riding on dirt or uneven surfaces, damage due to excessive sun exposure, damage caused by improper handling or storage, damage caused by impact, damage caused by use in contravention of local law, or damage caused by anything other than defects in material and workmanship. Water damage is not covered under any part of the warranty.

    Parts purchases have a 60 day warranty for defective parts only. Defective parts must be shipped back to our service center for inspection before warranty can be approved.  If parts or scooters are damaged by water or dropping of the scooter they will not be covered under any warranty.

    LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY FOR PARTS ONLY

    NO FREIGHT OR LABOR COSTS INCLUDED.

    Detailed warranty conditions

    Generally we grant a warranty of 24 months upon first sale on all products on the basis of the EU common warranty (except battery, motor and wear parts).

    Please keep the proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) in a safe place. These documents are considered necessary proof of purchase for your product. If this proof of purchase cannot be provided, SOFLOW AG reserves the right to refuse a repair under warranty.

    In case of a warranty claim, SoFlow has the option to repair or replace the defective parts at its own discretion. If a component of the same type, size or colour is no longer available, SoFlow can provide a successor component to settle the warranty claims.

    The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. No further claims can be made beyond this. This shall also not lead to an extension of the device warranty.

    Note: A detailed error description enables targeted troubleshooting, which in turn facilitates and accelerates the case-handling process.

    Should it be necessary to return the product to us during the warranty period despite telephone or e-mail support, then please do so via our service partner. In case of a return, please choose an appropriate and secure packaging, such as by using the original packaging (please note the packaging instructions for returns).

    Damage incurred during transport due to improper packaging is not covered by the warranty. In such a case you will receive a cost estimate. SOFLOW AG does not accept any liability for additional materials sent in which are not included in the original scope of delivery of the product (such as attachments or labels).

    Report any damage or defects that may have existed at the time of purchase to your authorized dealer immediately after unpacking. Repairs after the warranty period are subject to a charge.

    Scope of warranty and exclusions

    Our products are produced according to strictly defined quality guidelines and are thoroughly tested before delivery. The warranty applies to material and manufacturing defects of any kind that may occur during normal and proper use of the product. The determining factors for the proper and intended use of the product are the instructions listed in the user manual which are to be strictly adhered to. Applications and actions which are not recommended or which are indicated as potential hazards in the user manual must be avoided at all costs (please observe the information sheet: Do not – prevention).

    Product parts that are subject to normal wear and tear and are therefore to be regarded as wear parts are subject to separate warranty periods. This applies in particular to batteries, motors and accessories subject to mechanical wear such as wheels and tyres. Warranty services are also excluded for normal wear and tear of wear parts, such as: tyres, brakes/brake pads, bottom bracket, saddle, suspension fork, Bowden cables, handlebar grips, tubes/covers, bell, reflectors, front/rear light, kickstand etc. This also includes flat tyres, if these were caused by the rider himself (for instance when driving over sharp objects). Furthermore excluded from warranty services are types of maintenance work or other work that are caused by wear and tear, accidents or operating conditions as well as driving in disregard of the manufacturer’s instructions and all incidents such as noise generation, vibrations, wear and tear etc. that do not significantly impair the vehicle and drivability that, for example, are attributable to:

    – leaving the device in unsuitable surroundings
    – the installation of non-original components or
    – the user or third parties not authorized by SoFlow trying to repair the damage themselves
    – previous falls or accidents
    – etc.

    A warranty claim will also become void in the following cases:

    – In case of unintentional damage, use of force, improper and/or unintended use and treatment (e.g. use of liquids and/or chemicals of any kind).
    – If modifications made to the product, such as conversions and extensions, use of foreign components, use of accessories not approved for your product, neglect (e.g. deep discharge or exposure to extreme temperatures, wetness or humidity), either independently or by third parties not authorized by SoFlow, have caused the damage.
    – If the battery has been charged with chargers that are not approved by SOFLOW AG for the respective vehicle.
    – If damage to the battery has been caused by overcharging or undercharging, or if the instructions in the user manual for handling batteries have not been followed.
    – Software manipulation by the user or third parties.

    ATTENTION

    If the device has been modified by third parties or by the installation of foreign components, or if defects that have occurred are originally related to such modifications, the warranty claim and, if applicable, the operating permit shall become void. Furthermore, the warranty becomes void if the instructions on the intended operation of the device are not followed.

    If the defect is covered by our warranty, either the repaired or an exchanged device will be returned to you. The exchanged device can either be as good as new (for example and overhauled device) or a new device. The old device becomes property of SOFLOW AG.

    If during the repair it is found that the defect is not covered by the warranty, SOFLOW AG reserves the right to charge a flat rate of € 39 for inspection. The customer has to pay this flat rate if he does not wish to have a chargeable repair. In case the chargeable repair is approved and ordered by the customer after a cost estimate has been prepared, the inspection fee is no longer applicable.

    Attention! A cost estimate is drawn up after an initial inspection of the device and on the basis of the information provided by you and can therefore only serve as a guideline. The actual repair costs can exceed or be lower than the estimated costs

    Our bicycles have a one-year warranty period, and the warranty period for wearable parts is half a year (such as tires). We are responsible for all quality problems of bicycles, but we are not responsible for man-made damages.

    6-Month Chargiot Limited Warranty

    EnSkate offers a 6 months' warranty to the skateboard itself and 3 months' warranty to parts and accessories (consumables, like the battery, motor, ESC).

    Details Announcement:

    7 days after the date delivered:
    1. Quality issues about the e-skateboard, buyers may be offered a full refund or provided with a new e-board.
    2. Quality issues about the parts and accessories, enSkate will provide free skateboard parts and accessories and arrange the shipment within 7 days.
    3 months after the date delivered:
    1. Quality issues about the e-skateboard, enSkate will assist buyers to repair the skateboard and provide free parts and accessories, such as motors, batteries, remote controller.
    2. Quality issues about the parts and accessories, enSkate will provide the relative skateboard parts and accessories freely, and arrange the shipment within 7 days.
    Over 3 months and within 6 months:
    1. Quality issues about the e-skateboard, enSkate will assist buyers to repair the skateboard. If there are parts or accessories (except the battery, motor, ESC) broken and need replace, enSkate will provide free skateboard parts and accessories and arrange the shipment within 7 days.
    2. Quality issues about the parts and accessories(like the battery, motor, ESC), buyers should buy these and repair the skateboard under the assistance of our technical worker, enSkate will provide a 30% discount.


    PROCESS:
    ● Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase, such as order ID.
    ● It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
    ● Buyers must provide sufficient proof of the quality problems about the skateboard or the accessories.

    The warranty is not eligible for any malfunction caused by misuse, such as doing difficult trucks on e-sakteboard, drops, and accidents.
    This limited warranty only applies to skateboards purchased directly from enSkate or from an enSkate authorized reseller.

     

    BY USING YOUR URBAN MACHINA ELECTRIC SCOOTER YOU AGREE TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. PLEASE READ THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, DO NOT USE YOUR URBAN MACHINA ELECTRIC SCOOTER. RETURN IT UNUSED FOR A REFUND. To benefit from the limited warranty, the customer is advised to read Urban Machina Inc. (“Urban Machina”) Limited Warranty terms together with the “important” and “care and maintenance” sections provided in the user manual. This limited warranty applies to the extent permitted by law and unless restricted or prohibited by law.


    LIMITED WARRANTY DETAILS

    Urban Machina warrants that Urban Machina Inc. Electric Scooters (“Products” or “Product”), distributed by Urban Machina, are free from defects in material and workmanship.  Limited Warranty is applicable under the following terms and conditions:

    1. This Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser (name listed on the shipping address) of the Product only, during the first twelve (12) months, beginning on the date the purchaser received the Product (“Warranty Period”). Original purchase receipt is required to proceed with warranty repairs.

    2. This Limited Warranty is terminated on the first day of the second year of ownership or when the scooter is resold to another individual.  This Limited Warranty is non-transferable. 

    3. This Limited Warranty covers the following component parts (“Components”) of the Product only, during the Warranty Period:
      • Hub motor;
      • Battery packs;
      • Controller;
      • Throttle and battery indicator unit;
      • Charger unit;
      • Scooter frame;
      • Scooter stem;
      • LED lights; and
      • Electrical wiring and components.
    The following components are covered only if defects are reported within the first 30 days or 10 KM of use (whichever comes first):
      • Rims;
      • Brake calipers;
      • Brake discs;
      • Kickstands; and
      • Forks
    4. During the Warranty Period, Urban Machina or its authorized service centres will repair or replace, at Urban Machina’s SOLE DISCRETION, any defective Components with new or factory rebuilt replacement items, and return the Products to the customer in working condition, provided that the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty are met. All defective Products or Components that have been replaced shall become the properties of Urban Machina.

    5. Products and/or Components that have been repaired or replaced pursuant to the paragraph above will be covered by this Limited Warranty for the balance of the Warranty Period.

    6. This Limited Warranty will only be effective when presented together, to either Urban Machina or its authorized centers, with proof of date and place of purchase of Products such as the purchase receipt.

     

    WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

    1. Normal wear and tear of any covered component.

    2. Products used for commercial purpose(s) including but not limited to leasing/hiring, use in competitions etc

    3. Any logistical costs of returning the Product to Urban Machina or its authorised service centres for servicing or the cost of returning the Product to the customer after servicing.

    4. Defects or damages resulting from use of the Product(s) other than its normal and customary manner as stated in the user manuals accompanying the Products.

    5. Battery failures resulting from water damage (including exposure to moisture or dampness), improper charging, power surges, after market chargers, lack of proper winter storage, seals of the battery enclosure or cells being broken or tampered with, and/or the battery was used in equipment other than its intended use;

    6. Defects or damages from improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, modifications, connections, misuse (including but not limited to exceeding manufacturer’s published weight limit), neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, or other acts which are not the fault of Urban Machina, including damage caused by dropping, blown fuses, spills of food or liquid.

    7. Loss of screws or stripped screws due to over forcing.

    8. Unauthorized service center repairs.

    9. Product rusting, blemishes, and/or loss of color due to sun exposure and usage.

    10. Defects or malfunctions of the product not notified by customer during the Warranty Period.

    11. Any orders that have received a chargeback.

    12. Products which have had their serial numbers removed or tampered with.

     

    DISCLAIMER:

    1. The customer understands the risk of serious injury or death in the operation of such products and shall agree to take the necessary precautions and exercise good judgement to avoid hazards and dangerous situations which may result in serious injury or death.

    2. The customer shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless Urban Machina from all injuries or death arising from the operation of the product.

    3. The use of safety and protective gear such as bicycle helmets is strongly encouraged. And so is the use of Good Judgement.

    4. The customer is advised to take the following precautions:
      • Do not ride on wet ground or in heavy rain;
      • Take corners slowly and look out for pedestrians;
      • Avoid potholes, curbs and debris on the ground;
      • Keep tires pumped to the specified pressure;
      • Dismount in places with heavy human traffic and push the scooter manually;
      • Service the product every 3 months on regular usage, 6 months for non-frequent usage;
      • Do not use product on public roads and respect local road regulations.

    HOW TO REQUEST SERVICE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY:

    To obtain performance of Urban Machina to repair and/or replace the Product or its Components under this Limited Warranty, the customer must, during the Warranty Period:

    1. Bring proof of purchase and the Product to Urban Machina.
    2. Submit a service ticket here, along with a photo of video showing the claimed defect.
    3. The average repair time is 3-7 days, excluding shipping time to and from our service center. This warranty does not cover the shipping costs associated with the transportation of the scooter to and from our service center, and a fee will be charged for return shipping or pick-up and delivery service.

    Warranty Information - USA

    Standard Warranty Conditions

    The trolley and charger are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse (as set out in the relevant manual) or commercial use is not covered. Motocaddy batteries are covered by a separate warranty (12-month Lead-acid / 24 month Lithium) and can be registered online using our Battery Warranty Registration form.

    The standard Motocaddy warranty only covers purchases made in the United States and the use of the trolley, battery, and charger in the United States. If you encounter a problem with your trolley, battery, or charger within the warranty period, please contact the place of purchase or call us to allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In the unlikely event you need to make a claim you must provide your proof of purchase so please ensure this is retained.

    If we diagnose that you require a spare part, we will send it to you by first class post with easy-to-follow fitting instructions. Failing which we will collect, repair (if possible), and return the faulty product (or its replacement) at our cost (in the case of a faulty trolley, this must be in its original packaging). If the fault is not covered by these warranty conditions, you will be liable for the courier and admin charges plus the costs of parts and labor. A repair will normally be carried out but in the unlikely event that the trolley, battery, or charger cannot be fixed, a replacement will be given. Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase.

    The warranties contained herein are offered as an extra benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. These warranties are non-transferrable.


    Motocaddy Lithium Warranty (valid for sales from 01/01/17)

    The Motocaddy Lithium battery and charger are both covered by a full 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. In addition to the standard 24-month warranty, Motocaddy now offers a 5-year warranty (additional 3-years) on the battery (this excludes the charger). Both the standard and 5-year warranties only cover purchases made in the United States, for use in the United States.

    In order to qualify for the 5-year warranty (additional 3-years) the battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase.

    The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse or commercial use is not covered. Motocaddy warrants that all LiFePO4 Lithium batteries will retain 75% of the original rated capacity (Wh).

    Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase. The warranties contained herein are offered as an extra benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to request proof of purchase. We also reserve the right depending on location to charge for shipping on any new replacement battery and this will be at our discretion at the time of replacement.

    Motocaddy Lithium Batteries are subject to the standard Motocaddy warranty terms & conditions.


    Motocaddy Accessories & Bag Warranty

    Motocaddy Accessories and Bags are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse, misuse, or commercial use is not covered.

    The standard Motocaddy warranty only covers purchases made in the United States and use within the United States. If you encounter a problem within the warranty period, please contact the place of purchase or call us to allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In the unlikely event you need to make a claim you must provide your proof of purchase so please ensure this is retained. Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase.

    The customer receives a 3-month warranty from the skateboard. But the customer needs to pay the freight for the accessories.

    UniEbike provides warranty and after-sales service for any defects in materials and workmanship of the electric bicycles sold within one year after the dealers and drop-shippers receive the goods.

    We do NOT directly provide warranty or after-sales service for customers who purchased products from our dealers and drop-shippers.

    Parts covered by the warranty: frame, forks, stem, handlebars, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, display, kickstand, reflectors, battery, and hardware. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of 3rd party charger, improper maintenance or other such misuses, normal wear, or water damage (including rust). Necessary precautions must be taken to ensure the bike and battery are not exposed to severe weather conditions. Exposure to very wet, hot, or cold conditions may void the warranty. Stolen bikes are not covered under warranty.

    This Limited Warranty does not cover:

    1. Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
    2. Defects or damage caused by private modification;
    3. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by UniEbike;
    4. Products that have the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
    5. Ordinary wear and tear do not result from defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by UniEbike. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
      • Brake Pads
      • Rotors
      • Spokes
      • Tires/Tubes
      • Chains
      • Chain Rings
      • Cassettes
      • Crankset
      • Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
      • Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
      • Frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware. Warranty within one week after receiving the goods.
    1. Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by UniEbike with the Products.
    2. Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
    3. Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
    4. Goods damaged, lost, or stolen due to the handling by the third-party carrier after the goods are out of the warehouse.

    The warranty policy is limited to parts replacement. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover are not under warranty. You will NOT be refunded as compensation for your time or efforts in replacing damaged parts.

    Replacement parts will not be sent until photographic evidence has been provided to UniEbike. Lectric eBikes may request additional documentation (such as video) to accurately diagnose the problem and process the warranty claim. DETERMINING WHETHER DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO AN E-BIKE OR COVERED COMPONENT IS PROTECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF UniEbike.

    Most warranty parts are fulfilled 3-10 business days after the request is put into our system by a customer service representative. Warranty parts are sent using USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on the size of the part. Warranty parts will not be expedited.

    UniEbike provides warranty and after-sales service for any defects in materials and workmanship of the electric bicycles sold within one year after the dealers and drop-shippers receive the goods.

Exposure to very wet, hot, or cold conditions may void the warranty. Stolen bikes are not covered under warranty.

    This Limited Warranty does not cover:

    1. Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
    2. Defects or damage caused by private modification;
    3. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by UniEbike;
    4. Products that have the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
    5. Ordinary wear and tear do not result from defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by UniEbike. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
      • Brake Pads
      • Rotors
      • Spokes
      • Tires/Tubes
      • Chains
      • Chain Rings
      • Cassettes
      • Crankset
      • Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
      • Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
      • Frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware. Warranty within one week after receiving the goods.
    1. Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by UniEbike with the Products.
    2. Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
    3. Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
    4. Goods damaged, lost, or stolen due to the handling by the third-party carrier after the goods are out of the warehouse.

    The warranty policy is limited to parts replacement. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover are not under warranty. You will NOT be refunded as compensation for your time or efforts in replacing damaged parts.

    Replacement parts will not be sent until photographic evidence has been provided to UniEbike. Lectric eBikes may request additional documentation (such as video) to accurately diagnose the problem and process the warranty claim. DETERMINING WHETHER DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO AN E-BIKE OR COVERED COMPONENT IS PROTECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF UniEbike.

    Most warranty parts are fulfilled 3-10 business days after the request is put into our system by a customer service representative. Warranty parts are sent using USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on the size of the part. Warranty parts will not be expedited.

    The specific warranty covering your Samebike bicycle is governed by the law of the country in which it was purchased and applies only to bicycles purchased from Authorized Samebike Retailers or directly from Samebike.

    1. 14-Days Money Back: For 14 days after the date of purchase, return your Undamaged / Unused SameBike product and receive a refund.

    2. 1-year Warranty: We offer 1-year warranty for the bike and battery.

    What if I bought a second-hand Samebike?

    You can enjoy the warranty only if(not optional):

    1. The 1-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it

    2. You have the initial owner's name & the initial order number.

    What if my bike was stolen?

    We are sorry that the stolen bike is not covered by the warranty. We recommend investing in a quality lock to protect your bike when you're not riding.

    SameBike Bike 1-Year Warranty

    All bikes are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service)

    The 1-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it.

    Replacement Procedure

    Samebike will replace any and all component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error.

    1: Claims

    Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product is required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Heybike within 1 year of initial purchase.

    Samebike will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. The customer needs to provide us with evidence by email.

     2: Shipping Damage Claims

    In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact us and provide us with photo or video proof.

    All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.

    NOTICE: We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

    Frame

    SAMEBIKE Ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 1 year.

    This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized Heybike.

    Samebike reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of Heybike.

    Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:

    • Corrosion
    • Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
    • Impact damage
    • Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
    • Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable

    Batteries

    Samebike batteries are covered by a 1 year prorated warranty.

    During 1 year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.
    After the first 1 year of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery. Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new 1-year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date.

    No cash reimbursement will be made.

    Batteries can be assessed and found defective only by directly by samebike.

    This Limited Warranty does not cover

    • Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;

    • Defects or damage caused by the assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual;
    • Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source;
    • In addition, with respect to the Battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage;
    • Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger;
    • Where any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;
    • Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified;
    • The corresponding issues on battery and e-bike will not be covered by the warranty after using a battery that is not specific to your e-bike model. We do not recommend you to use a battery of other brands on Heybike e-bike, although the output voltage of the other's battery may also be 48V, the battery protection system may not be the same, there may be incompatible situations leading to damage to our motors and displays.

    Original samebike parts & components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. (When all the spare parts for warranty are sent to the customer, the customer needs to bear the freight.)
    This Limited Warranty does not cover:

    1. Ordinary wear and tear is not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by Heybike. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:

    Every bike is covered under a limited one (1) year warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Warranty parts will only be shipped within the continental United States and Hawaii.

    Ridel Bikes’ bicycle components include:

    • Electrical parts: motor, controller, LCD display
    • Mechanical parts: forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, throttle, wiring harness, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware

    These parts are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a one (1) year period from the date of original purchase.

    Wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Ridel Bikes’ lithium ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a one (1) year period from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage caused by power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, and normal wear or water damage.

    Scope of Warranty Service

    What will we do to correct problems with your bike?

    • If a component is deemed defective or damaged prior to usage by the owner (including damage from shipping), we will issue a replacement part. In addition, we will assist in replacing any defective part(s).
    • We will provide the original owner with a replacement product if the product cannot be repaired after a reasonable number of tries, as determined by Ridel Bikes.

    If a component is deemed to be defective or damaged, and the cause is not determined to be user error, we will issue a replacement part. We will assist you in replacing any defective part. We will replace any parts deemed to have been damaged during shipping. We will provide you with a replacement product if the product cannot be repaired after a reasonable number of tries, as determined by Ridel Bikes.

    What will we not do?

    • Ridel will not replace any parts without first being provided with photos or videos of the damaged part.
    • We will not offer warranty service to second owners.
    • We will not replace any damaged parts if the damage is determined to have been caused by the user.
    • We will not pay for any third-party service or part replacement unless agreed upon with Ridel Bikes prior to any services.
    • Ridel Bikes will not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner arranges their own shipping option, or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.

    Warranty Exclusion

    The following situations are excluded from this warranty, or lead to exclusion from this warranty:

    • Wear and tear are not covered under warranty for components.
    • The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or misusage, normal wear, water damage, or improper upkeep (refer to the manual for upkeep).
    • Damage resulting from omitted or incorrect adjustment(s) or worn components.
    • Warranty claims not made in accordance with our Warranty Claims Process (see below).
    • Damage to or failure of products resulting from weather or normal wear and tear.
    • Theft, robbery, vandalism, intentional damage, damage resulting from bumps and scrapes after possession of the product has been transferred to the customer.
    • Products with damage resulting from improper maintenance (e.g., storing battery fully discharged over the winter).
    • Any electrical component that has been opened, altered, partially disassembled, or completely disassembled, except by Ridel Bikes or an authorized Ridel Bikes dealer.
    • Products that have been lent, leased, or rented commercially.
    • Bicycles not registered with Ridel Bikes by the customer within 60 days of delivery/sale.
    • Any damage resulting from the use of a third-party battery charger.
    • If the customer arranges their own shipping option, or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.

    Claims (Warranty Claims Process)

    Register your bike within 60 days of purchase. Other goods purchased from partner sites do not require registration.

    • If you suspect that any part/component is defective, do not attempt to repair or replace it yourself, or try to have it repaired or replaced before contacting Ridel Bikes. Doing so may invalidate your warranty and may cause additional damage, not necessarily limited to the products in question, and may also create the risk of injury.
    • Contact Ridel Bikes via email to submit your warranty claim: support@ridelbikes.com. Ridel Bikes will not replace any component without first being provided with photos or video of the damaged part.
    • We will contact you to make plans for inspection and any warranty repairs

    All claims to this warranty must be made through Ridel Bikes. Proof of purchase may be required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact our Technical Support Team as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Ridel Bikes within one (1) year of initial purchase.

    So the warranty on all power mobility is the same: 6 months on the battery, 1 year on the motor and electrical components, 3 years on the frame. Also, we carry replacement parts for everything.
    At Rattan, we provide up to 1 years warranty for our bikes. In general, we will cover most problems of the system and defects from the factory.

    Exceptions
    The warranty will be automatically expired if any unauthorized modification occurs. During the service ordering process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modifications, or any repairs or replacements not performed by Yamee/Rattan, that have been made to your product. We will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is a result of any unauthorized modifications or repairs or replacements not performed by Yamee/Rattan. 
    The warranty will NOT cover the problems caused by any of the following causes
    1. Any misuse of the product, such as using the bike for commercial/rental uses, play dangerous act, etc., riding the bike on the abnormal road conditions
    1. Any unauthorized modification to the product, such as disassemble the bike without direction by Rattan/Yamee, faulty installation, repair, or maintenance by anyone other than Rattan/Yamee,
    1. The product has been in any accidents, such as traffic accidents
    1. The product has been in extreme environment (including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or interference, fluctuation or surges of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, acts of God or other external causes 
    1. Anti-rust layer damage caused by misuse (the damage of anti-rust layer can lead to the corrosion and fracture of the parts).

    Parts and Labor. Rattan/Yamee may provide both parts and labor, but may direct that you replace certain readily installable parts yourself, as described below. In most cases, we do not require you send the defective parts back to us. If applicable law requires Rattan to return a replaced item to you, you agree to pay Rattan/Yamee the retail cost of the replacement item and shipping.
    Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Parts Service. DIY Parts Service allows you to service your own product. If Rattan/Yamee determines that DIY Parts Service is available to you, Rattan/Yamee will ship to you a replacement part for your product. The replacement part will be accompanied by instructions on installation and any requirements for the return of the replaced part. Rattan/Yamee reserves the right to decide if the labor costs relating to DIY Parts Service will be covered or not.
    For any repair outside the Warranty. Even if your problems are not covered by the Warranty, you can purchase the replacement parts from us. As the manufacturer, we offer competitive prices for the parts of our bikes. To purchase replacement parts from us, please contact us for further information.

    HandyScoot™ warrants your mobility scooter against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the original retail purchase as follows:

    2 Year Limited Warranty: Structural Frame under normal use conditions.

    2 Year Limited Warranty: All components, including motor, brakes, electrical, and axles under normal use conditions.

    2 Year Limited Warranty: Battery under normal use conditions.

    This limited warranty extends only to the original owner and is not transferable to anyone else. If a defect exists, HandyScoot™ will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law either (1) provide components to repair the unit using new or refurbished parts at no charge to you, (2) exchange the HandyScoot™ with a functionally equivalent product that is new or refurbished; or (3) refund the original purchase price. This warranty excludes damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship for which HandyScoot™ is responsible.

    This Limited Warranty does not cover parts which may, under normal wear and tear, require replacement including, without limitation, tires, upholstery, fuses, etc.

    TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HANDYSCOOT™ IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR SERVICE OF THE HANDYSCOOT™. THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES STATED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES OR CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESS, STATUTORY, OR IMPLIED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. HANDYSCOOT™ SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF IMPLIED WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. ANY RECOVERY IS LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO MODIFY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

    THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

    Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages and the above limitations may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights in your state.

    This warranty and all lawsuits, disputes, and claims will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Mexico, regardless of any conflict of law principles.  The parties also irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the State Court of Santa Fe County, New Mexico, and agree that the State Court of Santa Fe, New Mexico shall have exclusive jurisdiction and be the sole venue for the consideration of any lawsuits, disputes, and claims between the parties.

    The parties hereby waive the right to any jury trial on any lawsuit, dispute, claim or controversy.  The parties also waive any right to consolidate or to have handled as a class action any proceeding on any lawsuit, dispute, claim, or controversy.  The parties agree that any proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis.  The parties agree not to seek to have any lawsuit, dispute, claim, or controversy heard as a class action, private attorney general action, or in any other proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity.

    If any provision herein is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be severed with the remaining in full force and effect.

    Waiver of Liability, Disclaimer and Indemnification

    When utilizing a HandyScoot™ and equipment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and had the opportunity to ask questions regarding this Waiver of Liability, Disclaimer and Indemnification and agree to these as a condition for the use/purchase of the HandyScoot™.

    I hereby guarantee that I, the “Purchaser”, am of sound mind, am over the age of 18 years old and acknowledge and recognize that the equipment is unfamiliar to me, and it is my sole responsibility to use utmost care and caution when determining where and when I ride the scooter utilizing the guidelines in the HandyScoot™ Instruction Manual.

    I agree to be the sole person driving the scooter and I am fully responsible for any person or persons who, with or without my consent, sit on, or ride the scooter.  I hereby release, waive, and discharge the right to seek medical reimbursement or the legal prosecution of HandyScoot™ for any physical injury resulting to myself or someone else or property damage from the equipment provided by HandyScoot ™.

    I hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless HandyScoot™, its managers, members, employees and agents for any loss or damages awarded by a court of competent jurisdiction resulting from any claim, action, or demand including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or related to the HandyScoot™ and equipment provided by HandyScoot™.  It is my express intent that this Waiver of Liability, Disclaimer and Indemnification shall bind my family, my heirs, assigns and personal representatives.  I am aware that the operation of a personal mobility device such as the HandyScoot™ has inherent risks.  By reading, understanding and signing HandyScoot’s™ Waiver of Liability, Disclaimer and Indemnification I fully accept and assume responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs and damages incurred as a result of operating the HandyScoot™.

    Okai will be responsible for correcting any and all manufacturing defects incurred under normal use within the allotted warranty period. For your records, we recommend you save your original sales receipt along with your product manual. Note the serial number directly on your product manual for reference.

Paselec Bikes warrants this product, including all individual components against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

    Paselec Limited Warranty Paselec’s bicycle components(accessories) including forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 5 months period from the date of original purchase. Wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Five-year warranty for the frame.

    Paselec’s lithium ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 2 year period from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

    What Will We Do to Correct Problems with Your Bike?

Paselec will not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.

    Terms of Warranty This warranty only applies to the original owner of a Paselec bicycle. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective parts at the sole discretion of Paselec. This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance. Only in extreme cases will an entire replacement bike be issued, in these cases the original bike may have to ship to the Paselec facility for inspection/repairs before a new bike is sent out. If repairs can be made, a new bike will not always be sent. This warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain, spokes).Paselec will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. Shipping damage must be reported to Paselec within a reasonable amount of time after shipment arrival. In no event shall Paselec be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.

    Claims

    All claims to this warranty must be made through Paselec. Proof of purchase may be required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us, as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Paselec within one year of initial purchase. Warranty claims may be submitted to us.

    Shipping Damage Claims

    IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept freight damage claims later than 10 days from receipt of product. Note any damage to your product(s) on the Bill of Lading before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. Report damage claims within 10 days of delivery to us.

    All new products have a limited warranty. All batteries have a six-month warranty. Spare parts have a one-year warranty. The limited warranty does not include labor or device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, non-durable components and components subject to normal wear and needs replacement from time to time (for example rubber materials, accessories, wheels or brakes, and plastic parts). All warranty claims require proof of purchase and the serial number. The customer must provide the complete serial number, model number, purchase channel, and order number to the Company. For products under warranty, the Company reserves the right to send a free-of-charge repair part to the customer.

    Warranty Information


    All Geo Cruisers come with a limited warranty and the following coverage:
    • Frame - Three (3) years
    • Mechanical Parts: One (1) year parts and labor
    • Battery: One (1) year parts and labor


    Warranty Exclusions


    • Failure to follow the proper use, operation and maintenance
    • The use of non-authorized parts
    • Mechanical damage caused by an accident or misuse.
    • Consumables such as the inner core and outer tires as well as bearings are not covered
    • Any unauthorized changes to vehicle design.
    • Any damage caused by a natural disaster such as a flood, earthquake or fire will not be covered.
    • This limited warranty does not cover normal maintenance service or periodic adjustments required for normal use.
    • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a Geo Cruiser and is not transferable.

    Please note that warranty period may vary according to local laws and regulations. Some countries, states and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the limitation described above may not apply to you.     · Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;

    · Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;

    · Lost or stolen products;

    · Free products.

    Most of our products have an over 12-month warranty. Because most shipping information cannot be found online after 6 months the transport ends (if the original purchaser can’t find it online), the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. We will extend the warranty period for you by one month.

    WARRANTY POLICY

    1. DWMEIGI EBIKE recommends professional assembly of our e-bikes and damage caused by improper assembly is not covered

    2. DWMEIGI EBIKE will not warranty products or service related to accident, acts of God, modifications, incompatible replacement parts not intended for use on our bikes, commercial use, abuse, neglect, operator error, stunt and extreme riding, water damage or improper maintenance

    3. Consumables such as batteries, tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, spokes, and cables are generally not covered under the terms of the limited warranty but may be replaced at the discretion of DWMEIGI EBIKE

    4. As noted in (3), batteries are considered consumables, and replacement is strictly limited to defective batteries

    5. Customization of the motor, gears, and controllers will void warranty claim

    6. Normal wear and tear are not covered

    7. DWMEIGI EBIKE may not be exactly as shown in the photos on the DWMEIGI EBIKE' website and third party websites due to shortages of parts (related to the supply chain) and/or upgrades to components of the bikes. Substitution of parts is not considered sufficient cause for the return of a bike or replacement of parts

    Pushpak Motors

    Has provided information throughout the owner’s manual in regards to proper usage and care of your Pushpak. Failure to adhere to this information will void the warranty of the vehicle, its parts and the batteries supplied by Pushpak Motors.

    The following warranty is granted only to the INITIAL Consumer who has purchased our product, and commences on the Date of Purchase by the Consumer from an Authroized Pushpak Motors Provider. The Consumer must have a warranty registration card filed with Pushpak Motors to receive service.

    The warranty covers the following Pushpak models, unless otherwise noted:

    Note: An increase in operating noise of the transaxle DOES NOT constitute a defect. With normal wear and tear, operating noise is expected to increase.

    One-Year Limited Warranty:

    For the period of one year from the Date of Purchase from an authorized Pushpak Motors dealer, in the event of defective materials or workmanship, Pushpak Motors will repair or replace at our option any of the following electronic assemblies found to be defective by an authorized Pushpak Motors representative:

    Note: While charging batteries, it is normal for the battery to heat up. Heat coming from the battery charger does not constitute a defect.

    For the period of one year from the Date of Purchase from an authorized Pushpak Motors dealer, in the event of defective materials or workmanship.

    Pushpak Motors will replace the batteries supplied by Pushpak Motors if found to be defective by an authorized Pushpak Motors representative.

    For the period of one year from the Date of Purchase from an authorized Pushpak Motors dealer, in the event of defective materials or workmanship, Pushpak Motors will repair or replace at our option any of the following parts found to be defective by an authorized Pushpak Motors representative:

     Bearings  Bushings  Plastic Components (excludes body)  Armrests  Seat Swivel Mechanism  Rubber Components (excludes tires)

    Items not listed are covered at the discretion of Pushpak Motors.

    Any accessories, standard or optional, supplied by Pushpak Motors, are covered for a period of one year from the Date of Purchase with the particular unit. Warranty Exclusions: Pushpak Motors does not provide warranty on any of the following items which may require replacement due to the normal wear and tear of day to day usage:

     Tires and Tubes

     Motor Brushes

     Brake Pads

     ABS Plastic Shrouds

     Bulbs/Fuses

     Upholstery

     Armrest Pads

    This warranty also excludes the following:

     Loss or theft of components (i.e. keys, baskets, etc.)

     Damage caused by:

     Battery fluid spillage or leakage

     Abuse, misuse, accident or negligence

     Improper operation, maintenance or storage

     Commercial use or use other than normal

     Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without the specific consent of Pushpak Motors

     Exceeding the specified weight capacity of the unit

     Accessories other than those supplied or approved by Pushpak Motors

     Failure to adhere to the product instructions

     Acts of Nature, such as lightning strikes, earthquakes, etc.

     Circumstances beyond the control of Pushpak Motors ANY PARTS ALTERED OR REPAIRED BY AN UNAUTHORIZED PERSON

    Warranty Service:

    Warranty Service must be performed by an authorized Pushpak Motors representative. Pushpak Motors reserves the right to replace warranted part(s) with refurbished or new part(s) at our discretion. All labor charges, service calls, transportation costs or any other charge(s) associated with the installation of any warranted part(s) are the responsibility of the consumer. Warranty is for the replacement of the parts only and does not include freight for the replacement parts. Consumers are not to return any item(s) to Pushpak Motors without prior written authorization. Any damages incurred while warranted part(s) are in transport are the sole responsibility of the consumer. There is no other express warranty. Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded. Liabilities for consequential damages are excluded. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

    STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY Coastal Cruisers warrants every new Coastal Cruisers electric bicycle to be free from manufacturer defects in material and/or workmanship provided that the product is used in a standard and controlled manner, and maintained according to its owner’s manual. This warranty is valid in the United States only and applies to the person or entity that originally purchased the product from Blank Bike or its authorized dealers in the United States (not transferable to a subsequent purchaser). The warranty period commences upon the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase from an authorized Coastal Cruisers dealer and photo/video evidence of the defect are required to receive the warranty support.

    WHAT IS COVERED BY MY WARANTY?

    Coastal Cruisers Bikes warrants every new Blank Bike product against defects in material and/or workmanship as follows:

    Limited ONE (1) Year Components Warranty

    Coastal Cruisers electric bicycle: frame, suspension fork, stem, handlebar, headset, LCD display, seat post, saddle, brake levers, cables, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, chain, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, calipers, shifter, brake discs/rotors, brake/shifter cables, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, kickstand, grips, head and tail lights, rear rack, fenders, reflectors, and hardware. 

    Warranty does not extend to any damage resulting in water related damage or any damage resulting from Purchaser exceeding the weight limit of 250lbs. The weight limit includes both rider and any gear. Warranty does not extend to any wear and tear. 

    Limited SIX (6) Month Lithium-Ion Battery

    Lithium-Ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a SIX (6) month period from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance, misuse, normal wear or water damage.

    Warranty does not extend to any damage resulting in water related damage or any damage resulting from Purchaser exceeding the weight limit of 250 lbs. The weight limit includes both rider and any gear. Warranty does not extend to any wear and tear. 

    Limited 30 Days Full Replacement Warranty

    If an Coastal Cruisers product is not working properly because of a major manufacturer defect within the first 30 days of original purchase, Coastal Cruisers Bike will repair or replace any defective product at its sole option and expense upon determining whether the damage, failure, or loss is due to a major manufacturer defect. Coastal Cruisers will first issue replacement parts for a reasonable number of tries (as determined by Coastal Cruisers). If the product does not function properly after the parts replacement attempts, Coastal Cruisers will send a full replacement bicycle or scooter upon receipt and inspection of the original product and replacement parts.

    Coastal Cruisers reserves the right to charge 25% of the product price in case the original product is returned in a bad manner, with the insufficient protective material, not in accordance with the instructions provided by Coastal Cruisers, or shows signs of excessive use, neglect, dirt, dust. A full replacement product will be issued only after such fee is paid in full.

    Limited 7 DAYS Shipping Damages Coverage

    Coastal Cruisers will repair or replace the parts damaged during shipping at its sole option provided that such damage is documented on the bill of lading and reported to the dealer or Coastal Cruisers within the first 7 days after delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the box and the product at the time of delivery, take pictures of any damage and keep all packaging and paperwork until the damage claim process is complete.

    What is NOT covered by this warranty?

    • Coastal Cruisers product without presented proof of purchase from an authorized Blank Bike dealer AND photo/video evidence of the defect;
    • Coastal Cruisers product purchased from an unauthorized Blank Bike dealer;
    • Coastal Cruisers product with an expired warranty period;
    • Coastal Cruisers product transferred to a subsequent purchaser or owner;
    • Normal wear and tear (scrapes, scratches, etc.);
    • Consumables (components that are subject to a short life and periodic replacement due to their functions including, but not limited to tires, tubes, brake pads, spokes, alkaline batteries, saddle covering, paint, mineral oil, and other lubricants);
    • Assembly or tune-up fees;
    • Costs associated with inspection, labor, packaging material, shipping of warranted products;
    • Damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, improper assembly, use of incompatible and non-original parts, improper maintenance, storage, and transportation, alterations, modifications, acts of God, accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, water damage, operator’s error, commercial activities, extreme or excessive riding, and other types of non-standard use;
    • Damage or defects resulting from an attempted repair unless performed by an authorized Blank Bike Dealer with Blank Bike’s knowledge and approval;
    • Damage or defects caused by flood, lightning, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, brownouts or sags (damage due to low voltage disturbances).

    Warranty Information:

    Cycle Force Group dba NAC warrants its bicycles to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in material and in workmanship as outlined in the following:
    . Limited Lifetime warranty on bicycle frame, as long as the bicycle is owned by the
    original purchaser excluding the following models: -downhill, jumping, freestyle -suspension related equipment (bushings, bearings, pivot pins, pivot tubes and bolts) including complete forks except as warranted by the original equipment manufacturer.

    Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC warrants that all new  Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC  electric Bicycles and main components therein sold by an authorized Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC retailer are warranted to the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

    This warranty pertains to any of the essential electric bicycle components that are found defective, provided that the product was used in a standard and controlled manner, and that it was maintained according to the manufacturer’s instruction manual. Essential components include the bicycle frame, electric motor, battery, display console and controller.

    If a defective part is found during the warranty period and the customer notifies us immediately, the seller will repair or replace the part based on his sole discretion. This warranty will be void if any repair or change is performed or has been performed by any third party aside from an authorized dealer or service center.

    It is expressly agreed that this warranty applies only to the cost of repair or replacement of the product and its accessories and the seller is not liable for any financial loss and / or prevention of profit and / or any consequential loss that may be caused by non-standard usage of the product. We hereby inform the buyer that Green Bike – Electric Motion LLC is not responsible for any liability that may occur which could possibly apply to the product and / or its user due to the usage of the product and that the customer alone is solely responsible for third party insurance and / or other insurance as required by the nature of the particular product. The seller is not responsible for any possible damage including bodily harm and damage to property. The warranty does not apply if any part of the product is damaged as a result of negligence, an accident, or inadequate maintenance.

    As mentioned above this warranty does not apply to the tire, spokes, brakes, rims, and other mechanical components of the bicycle.

    NEW Stair Lift, Vertical Lift, Dumbwaiter, Elevator, or Incline Platform Lift

    AmeriGlide, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser (non-transferable) of a new Stair Lift, Vertical Lift, Dumbwaiter, Elevator, or Incline Platform Lift manufactured by or for AmeriGlide, Inc. to be free from defects in material or workmanship during the Warranty Period defined as follows:

    • 30 Days for batteries
    • 2 Years for component parts including the circuit boards
    • 5 years for the drive train (motor and gear box), gear rack, pinion gear

    The company shall repair/replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts; or replace with an entirely new Product at AmeriGlide, Inc.'s option, without charge to the original purchaser. Shipping costs to and from AmeriGlide, Inc. for returns pursuant to this Limited Warranty shall be paid by the purchaser.

    Original parts replaced by AmeriGlide, Inc. or an authorized dealer, become the property of AmeriGlide, Inc. Any after-market additions or modifications will not be warranted. The purchaser is responsible for the payment, at current rates, for any service or repair outside the scope of this Limited Warranty.

    AmeriGlide, Inc. makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this Product other than as set forth herein.

    AmeriGlide, Inc. makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to other manufacturer's product or documentation, quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.

    Except as provided below, AmeriGlide, Inc. is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the Product. Under no circumstances shall AmeriGlide, Inc. be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product.

    This Limited Warranty and remedies set forth herein are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this Limited Warranty.

    Labor costs are not covered by this Limited Warranty.

     

    Limited Warranty Conditions

    The above Limited Warranty is further subject to the following conditions: This Limited Warranty extends only to Products distributed and/or sold by AmeriGlide, Inc.. It is effective only if the Products are purchased and operated in the USA. (Within the USA including US 48 States, Alaska and Hawaii.)

    This Limited Warranty covers only "normal use" of the Product ("Normal Use" as used herein, is defined as "the use by a single individual who meets the maximum capacity designated by the unit data tag and operates the unit as defined by the guidelines and instructions presented in this document"). AmeriGlide, Inc. shall not be liable under this Limited Warranty for any damage or defect resulting from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping, storage, or operation; (ii) service or alteration by anyone other than the company; or (iii) damages incurred through irresponsible, non-intended, or any other use other than Normal Use.

    You must retain your bill of sale or other proof of purchase to receive Limited Warranty service. No Limited Warranty extension nor extension of the Warranty Period will be granted for any replacement part(s) nor any new Product furnished to the purchaser in fulfillment of this Limited Warranty.

    Please note, any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the serial number, located on the chassis of the lift. This number serves as your warranty number and must be retained. AmeriGlide, Inc. will offer no warranty service without this number.

    All warranty claims must be reported to the dealer from whom the lift was purchased as they have responsibility for handling your warranty claim. The dealer is to contact the Service Department of AmeriGlide, Inc. and provide the serial number of the lift along with a description of the events leading to the warranty claim. Dealers may charge for labor, service, travel, or other associated costs to make repairs, and such charges are not covered by this Limited Warranty. All parts used to replace defective materials must be genuine AmeriGlide, Inc. parts to be covered by this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you many have other rights which may vary from state to state.

    ==============  Other Products  =============

    Reconditioned Stair Lifts: AmeriGlide Reconditioned Stair Lifts (Electric or Battery Powered) are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a 3-year period on the drive train and a 1-year period on all component parts of the lift.

    Used Stair Lifts: AmeriGlide Used Stair Lifts (Electric or Battery Powered) are warranted to the original purchaser against part failure for 1 year. Some cosmetic imperfections are to be expected with Used Stair Lifts and these are not covered under any warranty.

    Bath Lifts: AmeriGlide Bath Lifts include a 1-year warranty.

    Lift Chairs:  AmeriGlide Lift Chairs come with 1 year in-home parts and service warranty.

    Mobility Scooters:  Most AmeriGlide Mobility Scooters come with a 1 year parts and in-home labor warranty that only covers the original purchaser.  Customers can also opt for extended warranty options that are available at affordable prices.

    Pool Lift: The AmeriGlide Pool Lift is warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for a period of (3) years with the exception of the battery pack, seat, spreader bars, sling, and powder coat finish, which each have a (1) year warranty. 

    Reconditioned Vertical Platform Lifts: come with a 1-year component parts warranty and a 3-year drive train warranty.  This warranty only covers the original purchaser and is non-transferable. 

    Walk In Tubs: AmeriGlide Sanctuary Walk In Tubs come with a lifetime door seal warranty, a 10-year tub unit warranty, a 5-year pump and motor warranty, and a 1-year faucet warranty.

    Wheelchair Lifts: AmeriGlide Wheelchair Lifts, except for the Econo Wheelchair & Scooter Lift, come with a 3-year transferable warranty. The Econo Wheelchair & Scooter Lift comes with a 1-year warranty that is non-transferable and only covers the original purchaser.

    Exceptions to all warranty's listed above:

    • Damage resulting from improper installation or operation.
    • Negligence, alterations, abuse or misuse of the equipment.
    • Fire, flood, acts of God.
    • Torn or dirty upholstery.
    • Shipping damage.
    • Parts used that are not supplied by AmeriGlide.
    • Labor fees for installation work or service calls.

    Details applying to all warranty's listed above:

    No warranty is extended, express or implied, whether of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, after expiration of 10 years from the date of original purchase of the unit. AmeriGlide and its dealers shall not be liable for any consequential, special or incidental damages arising out of the purchase or use of the unit or resulting from the breach of this Limited Warranty, or any implied warranty. The limit of liability of AmeriGlide and its dealers hereunder shall be the unit's purchase price. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or legal remedies, so these above limitations may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

    Making warranty claims:

    All warranty claims must be reported to the dealer from whom the lift was purchased as they have responsibility for handling your warranty claim. The dealer is to contact the Service Department of AmeriGlide and provide the serial number of the lift along with a description of the events leading to the warranty claim. Dealers may charge for labor, service, travel, or other associated costs to make repairs, and such charges are not covered by this Limited Warranty. It is permissible to have any repairs or replacement work done as a result of any defects in material and workmanship by someone other than the Dealer under this Limited Warranty. However, the Limited Warranty does not cover any charges or expenses assessed by any such other person or company performing such repairs or replacement work. All parts used to replace defective materials must be genuine AmeriGlide parts to be covered by this Limited Warranty.

    Six months warranty.

    Please refer to the warranty card attached to each product for more information on policies and procedures. All warranty repairs or replacements must have prior authorization from Karman with freight prepaid. Karman reserves the right to issue call tags for any warranty repairs which is situation dependent. Karman no longer requests that customers register their product online, with dealers, or complete a warranty registration card. Should a field action or recall occur Karman will identify the affected units and contact your Karman dealer with instructions for resolution. Warranty registration helps and are still advised to ensure records are quickly retrieved with corresponding customer and serial number for your medical equipment. Thank you for filling out.

    NEW Stair Lift, Vertical Lift, Dumbwaiter, Elevator, or Incline Platform Lift

    AmeriGlide, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser (non-transferable) of a new Stair Lift, Vertical Lift, Dumbwaiter, Elevator, or Incline Platform Lift manufactured by or for AmeriGlide, Inc. to be free from defects in material or workmanship during the Warranty Period defined as follows:

    • 30 Days for batteries
    • 2 Years for component parts including the circuit boards
    • 5 years for the drive train (motor and gear box), gear rack, pinion gear

    The company shall repair/replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts; or replace with an entirely new Product at AmeriGlide, Inc.'s option, without charge to the original purchaser. Shipping costs to and from AmeriGlide, Inc. for returns pursuant to this Limited Warranty shall be paid by the purchaser.

    Original parts replaced by AmeriGlide, Inc. or an authorized dealer, become the property of AmeriGlide, Inc. Any after-market additions or modifications will not be warranted. The purchaser is responsible for the payment, at current rates, for any service or repair outside the scope of this Limited Warranty.

    AmeriGlide, Inc. makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this Product other than as set forth herein.

    AmeriGlide, Inc. makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to other manufacturer's product or documentation, quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.

    Except as provided below, AmeriGlide, Inc. is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the Product. Under no circumstances shall AmeriGlide, Inc. be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product.

    This Limited Warranty and remedies set forth herein are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this Limited Warranty.

    Labor costs are not covered by this Limited Warranty.

     

    Limited Warranty Conditions

    The above Limited Warranty is further subject to the following conditions: This Limited Warranty extends only to Products distributed and/or sold by AmeriGlide, Inc.. It is effective only if the Products are purchased and operated in the USA. (Within the USA including US 48 States, Alaska and Hawaii.)

    This Limited Warranty covers only "normal use" of the Product ("Normal Use" as used herein, is defined as "the use by a single individual who meets the maximum capacity designated by the unit data tag and operates the unit as defined by the guidelines and instructions presented in this document"). AmeriGlide, Inc. shall not be liable under this Limited Warranty for any damage or defect resulting from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping, storage, or operation; (ii) service or alteration by anyone other than the company; or (iii) damages incurred through irresponsible, non-intended, or any other use other than Normal Use.

    You must retain your bill of sale or other proof of purchase to receive Limited Warranty service. No Limited Warranty extension nor extension of the Warranty Period will be granted for any replacement part(s) nor any new Product furnished to the purchaser in fulfillment of this Limited Warranty.

    Please note, any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the serial number, located on the chassis of the lift. This number serves as your warranty number and must be retained. AmeriGlide, Inc. will offer no warranty service without this number.

    ==============  Other Products  =============

    Reconditioned Stair Lifts: AmeriGlide Reconditioned Stair Lifts (Electric or Battery Powered) are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a 3-year period on the drive train and a 1-year period on all component parts of the lift.

    Used Stair Lifts: AmeriGlide Used Stair Lifts (Electric or Battery Powered) are warranted to the original purchaser against part failure for 1 year. Some cosmetic imperfections are to be expected with Used Stair Lifts and these are not covered under any warranty.

    Bath Lifts: AmeriGlide Bath Lifts include a 1-year warranty.

    Lift Chairs:  AmeriGlide Lift Chairs come with 1 year in-home parts and service warranty.

    Mobility Scooters:  Most AmeriGlide Mobility Scooters come with a 1 year parts and in-home labor warranty that only covers the original purchaser.  Customers can also opt for extended warranty options that are available at affordable prices.

    Pool Lift: The AmeriGlide Pool Lift is warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for a period of (3) years with the exception of the battery pack, seat, spreader bars, sling, and powder coat finish, which each have a (1) year warranty. 

    Reconditioned Vertical Platform Lifts: come with a 1-year component parts warranty and a 3-year drive train warranty.  This warranty only covers the original purchaser and is non-transferable. 

    Walk In Tubs: AmeriGlide Sanctuary Walk In Tubs come with a lifetime door seal warranty, a 10-year tub unit warranty, a 5-year pump and motor warranty, and a 1-year faucet warranty.

    Wheelchair Lifts: AmeriGlide Wheelchair Lifts, except for the Econo Wheelchair & Scooter Lift, come with a 3-year transferable warranty. The Econo Wheelchair & Scooter Lift comes with a 1-year warranty that is non-transferable and only covers the original purchaser.

    Exceptions to all warranty's listed above:

    • Damage resulting from improper installation or operation.
    • Negligence, alterations, abuse or misuse of the equipment.
    • Fire, flood, acts of God.
    • Torn or dirty upholstery.
    • Shipping damage.
    • Parts used that are not supplied by AmeriGlide.
    • Labor fees for installation work or service calls.

    Details applying to all warranty's listed above:

    No warranty is extended, express or implied, whether of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, after expiration of 10 years from the date of original purchase of the unit. AmeriGlide and its dealers shall not be liable for any consequential, special or incidental damages arising out of the purchase or use of the unit or resulting from the breach of this Limited Warranty, or any implied warranty. The limit of liability of AmeriGlide and its dealers hereunder shall be the unit's purchase price. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or legal remedies, so these above limitations may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

    Making warranty claims:

    Warranty and Guarantee

    The warranty period for a bicycle is as follows. If the customer finds non-human damage within the warranty period, we will send the replacement parts free of charge. 

    After the warranty period, the customer has to pay replacement parts and shipping fees. The bike which we sell are factory new regular products, all parts are the same as the original parts.

    One of the Following Conditions does NOT Qualify for Warranty;

    1. Failure caused by the user's failure to use, maintain and adjust according to the "Instruction Manual".
    2. Users disassemble, repair, and modify themselves, and failures caused by non-compliance with the rules of use.
    3. Failure caused by improper use or storage by the user, or accident.
    4. No warranty card, or warranty card inconsistent with the bicycle.
    5. Vulnerable parts and consumables do not enjoy guarantees for repair, replacement, or compensation of fault products, including brake seat bags, plastic parts, spokes, rims, brake cables, surface scratches, etc.
    6. The cost of repairing in other repair shops without the consent of the special maintenance organization.
    7. Slight scratches or damage to the outer shell caused by the logistics transportation of the accessories are not warranted.
    8. Scratched or broken lead fittings are not warranted.

    2 YEARS OPTIONAL WARRANTY
    – EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW!

    Be rest assured, Magicycle e-bikes also come with a 2-year warranty on electrical and mechanical components such as the battery, frame. Gift items are excluded from the warranty.
     
    Warranty Period

    Our optional manufacturer’s warranty is limited to 2 years for electrical and mechanical components from the date of purchase of the e-bike. It is limited to the first purchaser and subject to the prior registration of your Magicycle e-bike. The warranty starts once the first purchaser has received their order.

    To be eligible for a warranty transfer, the transferee must have the original owners name, initial order number and the warranty period must not be expired.
     
    Warranty Covers

    Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover wear and tear or any type of abuse. If the product has been used in a way that it was not designed then the product can fail and this damage will not be covered. The warranty covers damage incurred during shipment.

    1. Frame
     
    Magicycle E-bike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 2 years.
    This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized mechanic.
     
    Magicycle reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of Magicycle.
     
    Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
    Corrosion, paint fade, scratches, impact marks, impact damage, non-reversible modification (drilling/welding), and chain guard mount to the frame if applicable
     
    2. Batteries
     
    Magicycle batteries are covered by a 2 year prorated warranty.
     
    During 2 years of service, we will replace the batteries free of charge if there is a manufacturing defect. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.
     
    After the first 2 years of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery. Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new 2-year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date.
     
    NOTE: No cash reimbursement will be made. We have the right to determine what damage is due to defective materials and what is due to product abuse or misuse.
     
    3. Parts & Components
     
    Original Magicycle parts & components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty Warranty excludes the shipping cost of replacement parts.
     
    This Limited Warranty does not cover:

    Ordinary wear and tear is not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by Magicycle. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:

    Brakes, brake pads, cassette, chains, chainrings, controller, crankset, derailleur, forks, freewheel, handlebar, hardware seat post, kickstand lights, LCD pedals, motor, reflectors, rims saddle, shifter, spokes, tires/tubes, throttle, wiring harness, wheel hub kickstand. Warranty within one week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days need to be charged.
     
    Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
     
    Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
     
    Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
     
    Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
     
    Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Magicycle.
     
    The product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
     
    Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Magicycle with the Products.
     
    Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
     
    Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
     
    4. Warranty does not cover:

    Damaged Plastic parts and wear and tear on brake pads, tires, or damage to any part of the product due to abuse or misuse.

    Labor that occurs outside of our facility.

    Parts damaged by accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse.

    Damage caused by a non-covered part or by any part not purchased from our facility.

    Products that have NOT been regularly checked and serviced as highlighted in conditions.

    FAULTS: Faults must be reported as soon as possible by email to us. We will assess the issue and try to fix it without the need for you to send the product back to us to help save time. We will send out a replacement part, if possible, to be fitted by yourselves with guidance from us.

    CONDITIONS: Upon receipt of your order, you must thoroughly check to ensure that there are no loose nuts or bolts that may have dropped out in shipment. This same check should be carried out before each ride of the product, to ensure long-term durability. We advise that you are riding your e-bike with adequate safety clothing ie; helmets etc. Products must be ridden responsibly and must not be abused for the warranty to be valid. These are on-road vehicles and should be ridden with due care and attention for your safety and that of the public.

    DISCLAIMER STATEMENT: We will take no liability for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed and for losses that were not caused by any breach on our part. We will take no liability for any use of a product that does not comply with current legislation relating to that product in your region or jurisdiction. By purchasing our products you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions set out Nothing in these terms will reduce your statutory rights relating to cancellation, faulty, or misdescribed goods.
     
    Claims Process

    1. Warranty Claims
     
    All claims made must be sent to us. You will need to have proof of purchase, photos, or videos of the defect for a warranty request. Before submitting your warranty claim, we strongly advise that you contact us as we may be able to find an easy fix to your issue. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Magicycle within 2 years of the first purchase.
     
    Magicycle will not replace any part without first seeing photos or videos of the damaged product. Please attach the necessary evidence by email. 

    2. Shipping Damage Claims
     
    On a rare occasion, the product received may be damaged during shipping. If this applies to you, please contact us along with your photographic evidence of the damage.
     
    All gifts will not be included will not be compensated or replaced if damaged during shipping.
     
    IMPORTANT: We will not accept shipping damage claims later than 7 days after receiving the order.
     
    Repair Service

    For offline bicycle store repair services like Velotooler, Magicycle will only provide free replacement parts. We do not compensate any labor charge incurred in the repair service.

    Bixpy warrants its hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship as follows:

    • Bixpy J-1 & J-2 Motor - 1 year 
    • Bixpy Outboard batteries (PP-333) - 1 year
    • Bixpy Power Bank (PP-166) - 2 years
    • All Bixpy Adapters and accessories - 1 year
    • Bixpy lifestyle products - 90 days
    • Bixpy third party items - please contact manufacturers for warranty claims

    All warranty periods start from the date of original purchase, provided the purchase was made from an authorized Bixpy Dealer or directly from Bixpy or the Bixpy website. Bixpy warranty does not include damage from accidents and is void if the equipment is opened, altered, misused, mishandled, maladjusted, suffers excessive wear or is serviced by any parties not authorized by Bixpy LLC. Bixpy Jets are made for recreational consumer use and are not warrantied for commercial or rental use. 

    The warranty does not include transportation costs incurred because of the need for service. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this Bixpy products is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Bixpy assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product whether as a result of a defect or not and whether such defect is covered under warranty or not. In no event shall Bixpy be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. 

    As part of warranty servicing, Bixpy reserves the right to make changes in design and improve upon its products without obligation to install these improvements in any of its products previously manufactured and sold. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.

    BEFORE you send us anything back, please contact our customer service to discuss your issue and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). There are limitations on shipping lithium-ion batteries and we will not accept service returns without prior arrangements. Please contact us for details on how to deal with defective products.

    We are not equipped to handle walk-in traffic at our headquarters in San Diego, so even if you are local, please do not bring your product to our offices unless you have made prior arrangements.

    Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty

    This is the manufacturer’s limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the AnyHill product (“Product”). This Limited Warranty describes the service available to you in the event your Product requires warranty service. Here at AnyHill, our goal Is to provide outstanding customer service. We’re dedicated to overcoming any obstacles until every customer is satisfied.

    All AnyHill e-scooter products come with the manufacturer’s limited warranty for the Product to be free of major defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser under normal use for up to 1 year. This sheet and the original purchase receipt for the purchase of your Product are the documents defining the Limited Warranty. Please retain this document and the original purchase receipt to preserve your warranty service.

    1. Limited Warranty Period

    This Limited Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship of the Product arising or occurring as a result of your normal and ordinary use of the Product. In the event a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, AnyHill will repair, send you the replacement parts or replace your Product following the terms of this Limited Warranty.     2. Limited Warranty Service Process

    AnyHill’s online help resources are available. If you discover what you believe is a defect in your Product, please contact us. AnyHill’s technical support personnel are available to assist you in diagnosing and fixing any problems you may encounter in the use of your Product.

    In the event we cannot help you fix the problem, you may be entitled to warranty service under this Warranty. To submit your Product for warranty service under this Limited Warranty, you will be asked to provide AnyHill with:

    • the proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
    • Upon verification of your eligibility, you will need to provide your name, email address, mailing address, and contact telephone number to receive a return materials authorization (“RMA”) number.

    AnyHill must receive your defective Product within thirty (30) days from AnyHill’s issuance of an RMA to you. AnyHill may direct you to a designated third party for warranty repairs.

    You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the shipment of your Product to AnyHill, and you assume the risk of loss in the event your Product is lost or damaged during shipment from you to AnyHill.

    You must include your defective Product within the original packaging. AnyHill is not responsible for any damages caused by your improper packaging or shipment of the Product to AnyHill. An authorized service provider will inspect your Product. If AnyHill determines that the problem is not covered under the Limited Warranty, AnyHill will notify you and inform you of service or replacement alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis, or AnyHill will return your Product to you unrepaired, and in such instance, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the shipment of your Product from AnyHill to you.

    For eligible warranty claims, AnyHill will service defective Products with new or reconditioned parts of the same or similar style at no cost to you for the service. Parts replaced by AnyHill will be retained by, and become the property of AnyHill.

    For eligible warranty claims, AnyHill will refund your shipping costs for sending the defective Product to AnyHill and will pay reasonable return shipping charges for the return of the Product to you.

    3. Limited Warranty Eligibility

    • Your service request must be received by AnyHill within the Limited Warranty Period as described in clause 1, and AnyHill must receive your Product following the Limited Warranty Service Process as described in clause 2.
    • Your Product must be purchased from an authorized reseller of the Product.
    • You must retain the original purchase receipt and your Limited Warranty, and provide this documentation to AnyHill to verify your warranty eligibility.
    • This Limited Warranty describes the service available to you in the event your Product requires warranty service.
    • Your Product must be unmodified.

    4. Limited Warranty Exclusions

    This Limited Warranty describes the service available to you in the event your Product requires warranty service, and you may have additional protections under your local laws. This Limited Warranty does not cover and excludes damage to your Product:

    • Caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or commercial use.
    • Caused by improper charging, storage, or operation, including, without limitation, use contrary to the users’ materials, use exceeding specified height, weight, and age limits, use on stairs, walls and curbs, or any extreme sport or exhibition use.
    • Caused by accident, collision, riding over obstacles, racing, fire, water submersion, high-pressure water spray, freezing, earthquake, dropping, severe oxidation, or chemical solvent corrosion.
    • Caused by any repair that was unauthorized by AnyHill.
    • Caused by improper packaging or mishandling during shipment to the warranty service provider.
    • That is cosmetic, including, scratches, dents, and the removal of protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time unless such damage occurred due to a defect in materials.
    • Caused by the use of the Product with, or any modification to the Product using, any third-party product, component, or accessory that is not sold by AnyHill.
    • That does not arise from AnyHill’s product design, technology, manufacturing, or quality.

    5. Liability Disclaimer and Limitation

    Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, AnyHill shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when AnHhill has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

    We have one-year spare parts warranty.

    Warranty Coverage

    The warranty starts on the date that the board is received and is valid for 6 months for X1 Pro Hub/Riot, Wave Hub/Riot, and 12 months for Flex.Customer must provide valid proof of purchase for warranty coverage. Replacement parts are available for sale after the warranty period is over.

    Warranty service will be provided for the parts as:

    √ The deck / Trucks / Motors / ESC

    √ Remote

    Warranty service will not be provided for the parts as:

     × Wheels, Bearings, Bushings, Belts, Grip Tape are considered wearable and tear items and will not be covered.

    × Damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance, or improper storage.

    × Any damage outside of normal wear and tear.

    × Damage caused by unauthorized repairs of the product.

    Warranty

    HJM bike aim is to provide products with high quality and durability and we believe you will feel good with it. Also, you can apply for our product warranty service if there is a performance failure during the effective warranty period.The rights and claims arising from this warranty are in addition to your statutory rights. As a matter of principle, we grant a limited warranty of 2-year or 1500 miles after receiving the order. Our e-bikes are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship as details stated below:

    Warranty period

    2 years or 1500 miles after receiving the order.

    This warranty is only apply to the original owner and can’t be transferred to any subsequent owner or user. The original owner refers to the buyer on HJM website.

    Covered products

    This warranty applies only to products, parts & components that have been manufactured, assembled, or sold in new condition by HJM .

    The limited warranty applies only to replacement and/or repair of a lithium ion battery, frame, forks, stem, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand and reflectors in case of manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship, and subject to any and all exclusions, limitations, and procedures explained below.

    Warranty exclusion

    The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other misuse, normal wear or water damage. Accidents or other circumstances beyond the control of the manufacturer. Damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual. Repairs by third parties or repairs in a workshop not authorized by the manufacturer Natural wearand tearparts, including without limitation tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain and spokes. The serial number of e-bike frame has been changed, removed or made illegible. The warranty claimedby anyone other than the original buyer. Other conditions not listed here but not covered by warranty.

    Warranty Claims Process

    Keep the original package just in case you need to ship the item for warranty. Proof of purchase must be shown upon any warranty request .
    Don’t attempt to repair or replace it by yourself before contacting us, or you may invalidate your warranty and cause additional damage.
    Take photos or video of the damaged part clearly so that we can provide appropriate suggestions and make further plan to solve the problem.
    The freight for shipping to the customerswill be borne by HJM, and the customer is responsible for the freight of shipping back to HJM warehouse if any.
    Our customer support team will process your warranty request in 1-2 busniess days.

    Shipping Damage Claims

    IMMEDIATELY inspect your product for damage. Shipping damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We only accept shipping damage claims within 3 days after receiving the product. Take pictures of any damage that is found and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. Please contact us.

    Warranty

    1. This warranty covers only the bikes that have been registered us and was purchased directly from the Company or an authorized reseller of the Company. The Buyer must register the Delfast bike 14 days from the delivery date.

    2. The warranty period for the Delfast bike is twenty four months from the date of purchase by the original owner. Warranty excludes tires, tubes, rims, spokes, brake pads, brake discs, drive belt, grips, keychain batteries, mirrors, kickstand, saddle and pedals. The warranty period for the Battery Pack is twenty four 24 months. Like any rechargeable battery, the battery pack will experience a decrease in capacity over time as it is subjected to charge and discharge cycles. The Company warranties that your battery pack will maintain 70% or higher capacity for at least 500 charge cycles or two years, whichever comes first. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, water damage, improper maintenance, or such other misuse or normal wear.

    3. Warranty only covers defective materials and manufacturing defects.

    4. Warranty excludes wear and tear on elements of bike and excludes paint fading caused by the effects of ultraviolet light (UV), damage from power surges, water damage, improper or such other misuse or normal wear, damage caused by a fall of the bike.

    5. Warranty excludes External influences, mainly falling rocks, collision, accident, and other external events with an immediate external effect due to mechanical powers.

    6. Warranty excludes Purposeful and/or malevolent acts, theft, and robbery as well as natural hazard events and/or acts of mischief.

    Terms and Conditions of Warranty:

    1. The warranty becomes effective from the date of the delivery and expires at the end of the applicable warranty period.

    2. In the case of a warranty claim, the Company undertakes to either repair faulty system components and/or to replace such components, at the discretion of the Company. The Company at its own expense will provide the Buyer with the spare parts and will reimburse all reasonable repair and labour costs.

    3. The warranty is only effective with valid proof of purchase consisting of order confirmation and receipt indicating the date of purchase. The Company reserves the right to reject the coverage of this warranty if the accompanying to the warranty claim documentation is not accurate or complete.

    4. Photo and /or video will be required for warranty inspection by the Company’s customer support representative. After that inspection the Company will send the Buyer the replacement parts as well as the instructions for their installation.

    5. If the Buyer purchases a product in one country but transfers it to another country or outlying island territories, the replacement parts will only be sent to the closest country where the Company has its dealers or representative office nominated by the Company or to the country to which the product was originally sent.

    Limitations

    1. Warranty does not cover defective product as a result of any circumstances not involved in the manufacturing or faulty parts.

    2. Warranty does not cover shipping damage, damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, water damage, improper maintenance, abuse, neglect, other misuse or normal wear.

    3. This warranty is void in case of non-observance of Delfast Operating Instructions (which are provided with the sale or posted on the Company’s web-site), and any amendments thereto. In particular, neglect of technical condition check, maintenance from an unauthorized dealer/distributor, irregular maintenance and selection of consumables/parts not approved by the Company, refusal to replace parts or perform necessary services voids the Companies warranty.

    4. This warranty is void if the electric bike is used for other than normal activities. This warranty does not apply to rental or commercial use of the product, stunt riding or competitive events or training for such activities or events, riding with more than one person.

    5. This warranty exclusively covers systems and components provided by the Company. It is strictly prohibited to make any alterations, modifications, attempts of reparation, and use the spare parts from unknown sources, for example, self-made replacement parts or parts from third parties. The Buyer is not eligible for the warranty in case the aforementioned has occurred.

    Shipping Damage Claims

    IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are very time-sensitive. The Company will not accept shipping damage claims later than 10 days from receipt of the product. Note any damage to your product(s) on the Bill of Lading before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete.

    The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. There is a ten year "No Leak" warranty, which does not cover leaks due to freezing. To have a leaking panel repaired or replaced, within the 10 year leak warranty, the panel needs to be sent back to the manufacturer to be inspected (cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility). If the panel is freeze damaged, a $50 repair fee or replacement fee will be charged. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.

    WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

    This warranty does not include:

     Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as freezing damage or use in rental or contract trade or commercial use.

     Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care

     Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage

     Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse

To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside the United States, the Company disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states or countries, some exclusions or limitations of this limited warranty may not apply to the Purchaser. For consumer transaction, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this Product to the Purchaser.     CLAIM PROCEDURES:

     Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from invoice date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 60 calendar days after the merchandise is received

     Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging. Return shipping and handling fees are to be paid by the customer

    How long does the coverage last?

    The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Jakiper Battery is 10  Years from the date of purchase.

    Battery : 10 Years Warranty.

    A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1 Years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

    What Do You Have To Do?

    To obtain warranty service, you must obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return a product by contacting us.

    Deliver the Physical Goods, in either its original packaging, including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address specified by Jakiper Battery.

    All of our electric bicycles and scooters come with a 12 month limited warranty. 

    Modifications of any sort, water damage, consumables (tires, brake pads, grip tape, etc), wear & tear, collision and product abuse are not covered under warranty. The warranty period begins the day of confirmed delivery.

    Warranty claims made within 5 business days of delivery will be eligible for replacement parts and shipping of replacement parts.

    Claims made after 5 business days of delivery will be eligible for replacement parts and the customer will be asked to pay for shipping of parts.

    We offer technical advice and tutorials free of charge. Labor is not covered under our warranty.

    G-FORCE LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY AND POLICY ON REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    All G-force bikes are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service).

    WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS

    The warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is under the INITIAL PURCHASER and the 1-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it.

    All products do not accept transferable warranties, such as those purchased from the second-hand market.

    COVERED PRODUCTS

    G-force will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:

    Frame

    G-force ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 1 year.

    This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized G-force.

    G-force reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of G-force.

    Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:

    Corrosion

    • Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
    • Impact damage
    • Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
    • Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable

    Batteries

    G-force batteries are covered by a 1 year prorated warranty.

    During 1 year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.

    After the first 1 year of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery. Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new 1-year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date.

    No cash reimbursement will be made.

    Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by G-force only.

    This Limited Warranty does not cover:

    Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;

    Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by G-force;

    Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;

    Ordinary wear and tear;

    Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by G-force with the Products;

    Defects or damage caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual;

    Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source;

    In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage:

    Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger;

    Where any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;

    Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified;

    Original G-force parts & components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, The warranty period of some parts is 3 months or 6 months, refer to the manual for details. (When all the spare parts for warranty are sent to the customer, the customer needs to bear the freight).

    This Limited Warranty does not cover:

    Ordinary wear and tear not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by G-force. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:

    • Brake Pads
    • Rotors
    • spokes
    • Tires/Tubes
    • Chains
    • Chain Rings
    • Cassettes
    • Crankset
    • Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).

    Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.

    frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware. Warranty within one week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days need to be charged.

    Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.

    Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.

    Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by G-force.

    The product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.

    Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by G-force with the Products.

    Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.

    Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.

     

     

    This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state (or by country or province). other than as permitted by law, BLUETTI does not exclude, limit or suspend other rights you may have, including those that may arise from the nonconformity of a sales contract. for a full understanding of your rights, you should consult the laws of your country, province, or state.

    Other distributors, suppliers, or resellers may provide their own warranties to you. If you don’t purchase from BLUETTI directly, please contact them for further information.

    BLUETTI’s warranty does not apply to:

    • Misused/abused/damaged by accident/damaged due to acts of nature. (For example lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, and such)
    • Unauthorized modification/repair/dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
    • Non-quality related issues
    • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
    • Used for special applications other than normal consumer use
    • Lost /stolen/free/refunded product
    • Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids, or other external causes.
    • Not able to provide valid proof of purchase
