Your orders are sent directly to our US-based fulfillment centers for immediate processing and we provide a tracking number via email for you to check on your order status at any time.
Order Process
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification of tracking information when your order has shipped.
Estimated Time Arrival
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays or e-commerce peak seasons. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.
Order Tracking
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to activate.
Your Shipment is Insured
With signature confirmation, your parcel is worry-free from unattended drop-off. In addition, insurance is included on all scooter orders for no extra charge, which covers up to $1000 worth of accidental loss or damage to your shipment while it is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Order Cancelation/Modification
You can cancel your order before the package is shipped free of charge. However, if the package has already been shipped out, you need to pay a $50 shipping fee for canceling your order. If your order has already been shipped and your shipping address needs to be edited for any reason, we will try our best to accommodate and a $30 redirecting fee will apply.
International Orders
All orders are dispatched from our US warehouses. Please be aware that local taxes and duties may apply to you (including import taxes, duty, customs, brokerage fees, etc). Order Confirmation:
- You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. This means that we have authorized your credit card for the purchase and are preparing your order for shipment.
- As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email.
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
- If your order is stock and your credit card is approved by our fraud guarantee department, the product ordered will usually ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order, unless it is a backorder or built-to-ship product.
- We will send you the tracking information as soon as it ships to the email address you provided when checking out.
- We ship daily via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, and various LTL Freight carriers to the lower 48 states.
- Shipping costs are included with any unit going ground to the lower 48 states. AK & HI ship by AIR at an additional cost.
- We do not offer Cash On Delivery.
- A phone number is required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made.
- Failure to provide a good phone number you can be easily reached at may cause a delay in delivery as freight items will not be delivered without an appointment.
- A delay in delivery may also cause additional storage fees to accrue that will need paid prior to delivery.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. We report the amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual purchase amount. It is the customers responsibility to know the legality of the products ordered in their country. - To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
- Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
- We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
- We will deduct all additional fees resulting from refused international shipments from your refund.
- If we are charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment or incur any penalty or lawsuit related to your order or shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card.
- If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will NOT issue you a refund since, obviously, local laws and regulations determine the fate of the package. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges and any other fees plus penalties incurred.
- We ship via UPS and Fedex for most products, USPS for small parts and accessories, and freight for large products.

Damages:
- Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive.
- If there are any products damaged upon arrival, you can file a warranty claim to get replacement parts for anything that's damaged.
- If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@electricbikeparadise.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- All orders canceled are subject to an administration fee equal to 15% of the total order amount, whether or not your order has shipped. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.
- If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we will hold your payment until the product ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and is processed for shipping, we will not charge a fee.
- If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Backorders:
- From time to time, a product may run out of stock at our warehouse and the website wasn't updated when you placed your order. In that case, we will send you an email right after you place your order notifying you of the backorder, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting a bike sooner.
- The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.
- If the arrival time changes on your order, you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute for a different product, or cancel the order altogether.
- Once back orders arrive, we will notify you by email with your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days.
This section will give you the essential information about what to expect with the delivery of your item. If you purchased one of our large and heavy items your item will ship freight LTL will be delivered via a lift gate truck.
Important Freight LTL Shipment
- When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.
- You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item.
- The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday thru Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery windows of 8 am - 12 pm or 12 pm - 4 pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time cannot be scheduled. Example 9:00 am. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame.
- Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.
- Don't screen your calls until your item has been delivered.
- The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your door or the closet area near your door. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door.
- Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.
How to Handle Damages, Exceptions or Discrepancies at time of Product Delivery (Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing):
- Carton damage requires visual inspection of contents of the unit.
- ElectricBikeParadise.com recommends IMMEDIATE inspection, with driver present, to verify damage. If contents are damaged, indicate damage on carrier’s paperwork and notify ElectricBikeParadise.com immediately.
- IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage.
- Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier
Carton packaging has excessive damage with the exposed product:
- Refuse shipment
- Sign carrier paperwork: “Carton damaged and refused”

Unused, uninstalled, and resalable merchandise in new condition and in the original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise noted on the product page or below*.
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refused at the time of delivery.
- We will refund the product price minus any applicable fees and charges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations
Order processing starts within 12 hours of receipt of your payments, our fulfillment center begins to pack your order at this time. This means item handling costs are incurred for your order. We may not be able to cancel your order free of charge if the parcel has been packed for shipping. Please make sure your order is confirmed before you hit the submit button.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover handling costs. Cancellations made after 24 hours of purchase will be subject to a 20-30% cancellation fee as further fulfillment and time costs have been incurred. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund processed to your payment of choice in the event we have already processed payment for shipping.
Orders in the following situation cannot be canceled:
- In-transit items. The shipping carrier may take it from our fulfillment center while you cancel it, and we cannot recall the package en route.
- Bulk orders with customized speculations cannot be canceled if production has been initiated.
Before you place an order, please make sure everything works correctly.
Order Modifications
Order processing starts within 12 hours of receipt of your payments, however, you will not be charged any fees to add additional items to your order, change items anytime prior to the order processing state.
Orders in the following situation cannot be modified:
- customized product orders cannot be modified if customization has been initiated.
- In the event your order has already been in process, any changes or cancellations would be subject to our Return Policy.
Return
We do not offer refunds for any reason other than it’s a wrong item upon arrival.
Wrong itemsWhen you receive the scooter in the wrong color or the wrong model, just simply show us an unboxing video (with the item, packaging, shipping label, and the package box). We will report and check with our fulfillment center and shipping carrier, a new replacement will be arranged for you.
Damaged/defective items
Please file a warranty claim with the shipping carrier on receipt of your package for fast response if it is severely damaged. A new replacement will be arranged depends on the situation. For slight damage/defect, we will provide all the necessary replacement parts free of charge.
So please fully inspect the item before using it on receipt of the item. This is very important. If you have any complaints or dissatisfaction, please feel free to contact us within 24 hours. It is also important to include as many details as possible by including any images and videos, in such case please email us for further assistance.
If the item is damaged due to improper handling or misuse, you are not eligible for any return or exchange. Please follow the instruction and keep common sense in mind, take care of the item to avoid any unexpected damage to the product.
We appreciate any feedback from you to help us improve our production workmanship, fulfillment allocation, and logistic network, to continuously provide outstanding customer satisfaction and enjoyable products to you.
Refund
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. (A restocking fee may be deducted from your refund depending on the situation). If the return is rejected due to not meeting the terms of this policy, we will hold the product until you provide payment for the shipment of the product back to you. We will only hold rejected returns for 30 days from the date we receive the product back from you.

RETURN PROCEDURE

- If your return is approved you will receive an email from us with return instructions.
- Securely pack all the returned items in the original packaging and include any other paperwork requested in the return approval email.
- We recommend taking a picture of the package and/or the item before shipping.
- Ship the package. We will either provide you with a return shipping label or you will have to arrange the shipping yourself. You can use UPS or FedEx Ground if your order was delivered by one of these carriers. If your item is larger and was delivered with one of the LTL freight carriers you need to make sure the box is put on a pallet and schedule a pickup with an LTL freight carrier.
- Please provide us with the tracking number.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee covers our costs from our credit card processing company and our administrative costs of handling your cancellation. Whenever we refund an order, we are not refunded our merchant card processing fees and it takes our team time to deal with your cancellation, which costs us money.
Please be careful before you place your order that you fully understand that the product is right for you, and that if there is any lead time associated with the product, as there is with built-to-order products for instance, that you are aware and ok with it.
If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur.
If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies and more fees will apply like shipping costs and return shipping costs, and restocking fees if any. We do not charge restocking fees, we only pass them on from our supplier.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or your financing account that you used when placing your order. We do not issue checks or cash refunds.
The only time we will waive this fee is if you request your order to be cancelled due to out of stock or extended lead time. However, if you choose to change your order to another product that's in stock, we may reward you with either an additional discount of our choosing or an additional free gift.
PRE-ORDERS
We rely on just-in-time fulfillment from our suppliers to provide you with a vast array of products for sale at low factory-direct pricing. This allows us to cut the costs of overhead and middle-men and pass those savings onto you. Sometimes, products are so popular that they go out of stock before the next shipment arrives at our supplier's warehouse.
If the product you purchased is out of stock at the time you placed your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and give you the ETA as well as other options that are currently available.
If you can't or don't want to wait, you can choose an alternative product. At that point, we will either charge or refund you the difference, update your order, and ship out the alternative product.
If you don't want an alternative product, you can cancel your order without any cancellation fee.
If you choose to accept the ETA and wait for your product, your order will be placed on pre-order status. This means we will place the pre-order with our supplier so that the product is reserved upon arrival and will ship out to you as soon as it arrives.
If you choose to cancel your order after you have confirmed your pre-order, and it still hasn't shipped yet (like in the case that it gets delayed further) then you will be charged the 5% cancellation fee we must charge to recoup the losses we incur from our credit card processing company when we issue refunds.
If you choose to cancel your pre-order after the product has shipped, the normal return policy applies.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to the correct warehouse in new condition and in the original packaging. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number for the returning item(s) and purchase shipping insurance.
In the event that the product is received in a condition which we deem unacceptable, we reserve the right to deny your return. Upon receipt of the said item, we will either refuse it or contact you by email to notify you that the item was received damaged or used.
If we received the item damaged you may file a claim with your shipping company.
If we received the item used you may choose to have the item disposed of or have the item returned to you at your expense.
Damaged or used items will be retained in our warehouse for a maximum of 30 business days unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing prior to disposal. After 30 business days, the item will be disposed of or donated.

Meet The Founder
The owner, Trevor, is from Seattle, Washington and started selling bicycles, electric bikes, and electric scooters online in 2010 and eventually built Electric Bike Paradise to serve customers all over the USA.
In 2013, Trevor was introduced to Electric Bikes when he was in college. He was selling fixed gear bikes and road bikes, beach cruiser bikes, and tandem bikes on eBay and Amazon and went to buy a used fixie bike from a seller on craigslist to use as a personal commuter bike.
That seller happened to be Tim, the founder of BMEbikes. He met Tim and his brother who showed Trevor the electric bikes they were creating as a side-project in the back of their car turbocharging business in Northridge, California. Tim let Trevor test ride an electric bike and Trevor was blown away. It was like a cross between a motorcycle and a bicycle but all-electric and super quiet.
Trevor went online to start looking for suppliers of electric bicycles and he found his first supplier of electric bikes, Micargi Electric Bikes. Since then, Trevor and his team of dedicated customer service assistants have shipped over 100,000 electric bikes, electric scooters, electric skateboards, mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs and more to customers all around the world.
Up until this point, Trevor had no idea electric bikes even existed. This is the manufacturer’s limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the AnyHill product (“Product”). This Limited Warranty describes the service available to you in the event your Product requires warranty service. Here at AnyHill, our goal Is to provide outstanding customer service. We’re dedicated to overcoming any obstacles until every customer is satisfied.
All AnyHill e-scooter products come with the manufacturer’s limited warranty for the Product to be free of major defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser under normal use for up to 1 year. This sheet and the original purchase receipt for the purchase of your Product are the documents defining the Limited Warranty. Please retain this document and the original purchase receipt to preserve your warranty service.
1. Limited Warranty Period
This Limited Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship of the Product arising or occurring as a result of your normal and ordinary use of the Product. In the event a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, AnyHill will repair, send you the replacement parts or replace your Product following the terms of this Limited Warranty. The applicable period for the Limited Warranty begins from the original purchase date of the Product, and applies to the Product in the following ways:

2. Limited Warranty Service Process
AnyHill’s online help resources are available. If you discover what you believe is a defect in your Product, please contact us. AnyHill’s technical support personnel are available to assist you in diagnosing and fixing any problems you may encounter in the use of your Product.
In the event we cannot help you fix the problem, you may be entitled to warranty service under this Warranty. To submit your Product for warranty service under this Limited Warranty, you will be asked to provide AnyHill with:
- the proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
- Upon verification of your eligibility, you will need to provide your name, email address, mailing address, and contact telephone number to receive a return materials authorization (“RMA”) number.
AnyHill must receive your defective Product within thirty (30) days from AnyHill’s issuance of an RMA to you. AnyHill may direct you to a designated third party for warranty repairs.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the shipment of your Product to AnyHill, and you assume the risk of loss in the event your Product is lost or damaged during shipment from you to AnyHill.
You must include your defective Product within the original packaging. AnyHill is not responsible for any damages caused by your improper packaging or shipment of the Product to AnyHill. An authorized service provider will inspect your Product. If AnyHill determines that the problem is not covered under the Limited Warranty, AnyHill will notify you and inform you of service or replacement alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis, or AnyHill will return your Product to you unrepaired, and in such instance, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the shipment of your Product from AnyHill to you.
For eligible warranty claims, AnyHill will service defective Products with new or reconditioned parts of the same or similar style at no cost to you for the service. Parts replaced by AnyHill will be retained by, and become the property of AnyHill.
For eligible warranty claims, AnyHill will refund your shipping costs for sending the defective Product to AnyHill and will pay reasonable return shipping charges for the return of the Product to you.
3. Limited Warranty Eligibility
- Your service request must be received by AnyHill within the Limited Warranty Period as described in clause 1, and AnyHill must receive your Product following the Limited Warranty Service Process as described in clause 2.
- Your Product must be purchased from an authorized reseller of the Product.
- You must retain the original purchase receipt and your Limited Warranty, and provide this documentation to AnyHill to verify your warranty eligibility.
- This Limited Warranty describes the service available to you in the event your Product requires warranty service.
- Your Product must be unmodified.
4. Limited Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty describes the service available to you in the event your Product requires warranty service, and you may have additional protections under your local laws. This Limited Warranty does not cover and excludes damage to your Product:
- Caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or commercial use.
- Caused by improper charging, storage, or operation, including, without limitation, use contrary to the users’ materials, use exceeding specified height, weight, and age limits, use on stairs, walls and curbs, or any extreme sport or exhibition use.
- Caused by accident, collision, riding over obstacles, racing, fire, water submersion, high-pressure water spray, freezing, earthquake, dropping, severe oxidation, or chemical solvent corrosion.
- Caused by any repair that was unauthorized by AnyHill.
- Caused by improper packaging or mishandling during shipment to the warranty service provider.
- That is cosmetic, including, scratches, dents, and the removal of protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time unless such damage occurred due to a defect in materials.
- Caused by the use of the Product with, or any modification to the Product using, any third-party product, component, or accessory that is not sold by AnyHill.
- That does not arise from AnyHill’s product design, technology, manufacturing, or quality.
5. Liability Disclaimer and Limitation
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, AnyHill shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when AnHhill has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Your orders are sent directly to our US-based fulfillment centers for immediate processing and we provide a tracking number via email for you to check on your order status at any time.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification of tracking information when your order has shipped.
Estimated Time Arrival
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays or e-commerce peak seasons. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. Order Tracking
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. Your Shipment is Insured
With signature confirmation, your parcel is worry-free from unattended drop-off. In addition, insurance is included on all scooter orders for no extra charge, which covers up to $1000 worth of accidental loss or damage to your shipment while it is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Order Cancelation/Modification
You can cancel your order before the package is shipped free of charge. However, if the package has already been shipped out, you need to pay a $50 shipping fee for canceling your order. If your order has already been shipped and your shipping address needs to be edited for any reason, we will try our best to accommodate and a $30 redirecting fee will apply.
International Orders
All orders are dispatched from our US warehouses. Please be aware that local taxes and duties may apply to you (including import taxes, duty, customs, brokerage fees, etc). - We ship daily via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, and various LTL Freight carriers to the lower 48 states.
- Shipping costs are included with any unit going ground to the lower 48 states. AK & HI ship by AIR at an additional cost.
- We do not offer Cash On Delivery.
- A phone number is required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made.
- Failure to provide a good phone number you can be easily reached at may cause a delay in delivery as freight items will not be delivered without an appointment.
- A delay in delivery may also cause additional storage fees to accrue that will need paid prior to delivery.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. - If we are charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment or incur any penalty or lawsuit related to your order or shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card.
- If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will NOT issue you a refund since, obviously, local laws and regulations determine the fate of the package. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges and any other fees plus penalties incurred.
- We ship via UPS and Fedex for most products, USPS for small parts and accessories, and freight for large products.

Damages:
- Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive.
- If there are any products damaged upon arrival, you can file a warranty claim to get replacement parts for anything that's damaged.
- If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@electricbikeparadise.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- All orders canceled are subject to an administration fee equal to 15% of the total order amount, whether or not your order has shipped. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.
- If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we will hold your payment until the product ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and is processed for shipping, we will not charge a fee.
- If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Backorders:
- From time to time, a product may run out of stock at our warehouse and the website wasn't updated when you placed your order. In that case, we will send you an email right after you place your order notifying you of the backorder, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting a bike sooner.
- The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.
- If the arrival time changes on your order, you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute for a different product, or cancel the order altogether.
- Once back orders arrive, we will notify you by email with your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days.
This section will give you the essential information about what to expect with the delivery of your item. If you purchased one of our large and heavy items your item will ship freight LTL will be delivered via a lift gate truck.
Important Freight LTL Shipment
- When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.
- You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item.
- The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday thru Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery windows of 8 am - 12 pm or 12 pm - 4 pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time cannot be scheduled. Example 9:00 am. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame.
- Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.
- Don't screen your calls until your item has been delivered.
- The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your door or the closet area near your door. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door.
- Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.
How to Handle Damages, Exceptions or Discrepancies at time of Product Delivery (Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing):
- Carton damage requires visual inspection of contents of the unit.
- ElectricBikeParadise.com recommends IMMEDIATE inspection, with driver present, to verify damage. If contents are damaged, indicate damage on carrier’s paperwork and notify ElectricBikeParadise.com immediately.
- IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage.
- Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier
Carton packaging has excessive damage with the exposed product:

- Sign carrier paperwork: “Carton damaged and refused”

Unused, uninstalled, and resalable merchandise in new condition and in the original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise noted on the product page or below*.
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refused at the time of delivery.

Order Cancellations
Order processing starts within 12 hours of receipt of your payments, our fulfillment center begins to pack your order at this time. This means item handling costs are incurred for your order. We may not be able to cancel your order free of charge if the parcel has been packed for shipping. Please make sure your order is confirmed before you hit the submit button.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover handling costs. Cancellations made after 24 hours of purchase will be subject to a 20-30% cancellation fee as further fulfillment and time costs have been incurred. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund processed to your payment of choice in the event we have already processed payment for shipping.
Orders in the following situation cannot be canceled:
- In-transit items. The shipping carrier may take it from our fulfillment center while you cancel it, and we cannot recall the package en route.
- Bulk orders with customized speculations cannot be canceled if production has been initiated.

Order Modifications
Order processing starts within 12 hours of receipt of your payments, however, you will not be charged any fees to add additional items to your order, change items anytime prior to the order processing state.
Orders in the following situation cannot be modified:
- customized product orders cannot be modified if customization has been initiated.
- In the event your order has already been in process, any changes or cancellations would be subject to our Return Policy.
Return
We do not offer refunds for any reason other than it’s a wrong item upon arrival.
Wrong itemsWhen you receive the scooter in the wrong color or the wrong model, just simply show us an unboxing video (with the item, packaging, shipping label, and the package box). We will report and check with our fulfillment center and shipping carrier, a new replacement will be arranged for you.
Damaged/defective items
Please file a warranty claim with the shipping carrier on receipt of your package for fast response if it is severely damaged. A new replacement will be arranged depends on the situation. For slight damage/defect, we will provide all the necessary replacement parts free of charge.
So please fully inspect the item before using it on receipt of the item. This is very important. If you have any complaints or dissatisfaction, please feel free to contact us within 24 hours. It is also important to include as many details as possible by including any images and videos, in such case please email us for further assistance.
If the item is damaged due to improper handling or misuse, you are not eligible for any return or exchange. Please follow the instruction and keep common sense in mind, take care of the item to avoid any unexpected damage to the product.
We appreciate any feedback from you to help us improve our production workmanship, fulfillment allocation, and logistic network, to continuously provide outstanding customer satisfaction and enjoyable products to you.
Refund
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. (A restocking fee may be deducted from your refund depending on the situation). If the return is rejected due to not meeting the terms of this policy, we will hold the product until you provide payment for the shipment of the product back to you. We will only hold rejected returns for 30 days from the date we receive the product back from you.

RETURN PROCEDURE

- We recommend taking a picture of the package and/or the item before shipping.
- Ship the package. We will either provide you with a return shipping label or you will have to arrange the shipping yourself. You can use UPS or FedEx Ground if your order was delivered by one of these carriers. If your item is larger and was delivered with one of the LTL freight carriers you need to make sure the box is put on a pallet and schedule a pickup with an LTL freight carrier.
- Please provide us with the tracking number.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee covers our costs from our credit card processing company and our administrative costs of handling your cancellation. Whenever we refund an order, we are not refunded our merchant card processing fees and it takes our team time to deal with your cancellation, which costs us money.
Please be careful before you place your order that you fully understand that the product is right for you, and that if there is any lead time associated with the product, as there is with built-to-order products for instance, that you are aware and ok with it.
If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur.
If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies and more fees will apply like shipping costs and return shipping costs, and restocking fees if any. We do not charge restocking fees, we only pass them on from our supplier.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or your financing account that you used when placing your order. We do not issue checks or cash refunds.
The only time we will waive this fee is if you request your order to be cancelled due to out of stock or extended lead time. However, if you choose to change your order to another product that's in stock, we may reward you with either an additional discount of our choosing or an additional free gift.
PRE-ORDERS
We rely on just-in-time fulfillment from our suppliers to provide you with a vast array of products for sale at low factory-direct pricing. This allows us to cut the costs of overhead and middle-men and pass those savings onto you. Sometimes, products are so popular that they go out of stock before the next shipment arrives at our supplier's warehouse.
If the product you purchased is out of stock at the time you placed your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and give you the ETA as well as other options that are currently available.
If you can't or don't want to wait, you can choose an alternative product. At that point, we will either charge or refund you the difference, update your order, and ship out the alternative product.
If you don't want an alternative product, you can cancel your order without any cancellation fee.
If you choose to accept the ETA and wait for your product, your order will be placed on pre-order status. This means we will place the pre-order with our supplier so that the product is reserved upon arrival and will ship out to you as soon as it arrives.
If you choose to cancel your order after you have confirmed your pre-order, and it still hasn't shipped yet (like in the case that it gets delayed further) then you will be charged the 5% cancellation fee we must charge to recoup the losses we incur from our credit card processing company when we issue refunds.
If you choose to cancel your pre-order after the product has shipped, the normal return policy applies.

Meet The Founder
The owner, Trevor, is from Seattle, Washington and started selling bicycles, electric bikes, and electric scooters online in 2010 and eventually built Electric Bike Paradise to serve customers all over the USA.
In 2013, Trevor was introduced to Electric Bikes when he was in college. He was selling fixed gear bikes and road bikes, beach cruiser bikes, and tandem bikes on eBay and Amazon and went to buy a used fixie bike from a seller on craigslist to use as a personal commuter bike.
That seller happened to be Tim, the founder of BMEbikes. He met Tim and his brother who showed Trevor the electric bikes they were creating as a side-project in the back of their car turbocharging business in Northridge, California. Tim let Trevor test ride an electric bike and Trevor was blown away. It was like a cross between a motorcycle and a bicycle but all-electric and super quiet.
Trevor went online to start looking for suppliers of electric bicycles and he found his first supplier of electric bikes, Micargi Electric Bikes. If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
This is the manufacturer’s limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the AnyHill product (“Product”). This Limited Warranty describes the service available to you in the event your Product requires warranty service. Here at AnyHill, our goal Is to provide outstanding customer service. We’re dedicated to overcoming any obstacles until every customer is satisfied.
All AnyHill e-scooter products come with the manufacturer’s limited warranty for the Product to be free of major defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser under normal use for up to 1 year. This sheet and the original purchase receipt for the purchase of your Product are the documents defining the Limited Warranty. Please retain this document and the original purchase receipt to preserve your warranty service.
1. Limited Warranty Period
This Limited Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship of the Product arising or occurring as a result of your normal and ordinary use of the Product. In the event a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, AnyHill will repair, send you the replacement parts or replace your Product following the terms of this Limited Warranty. The applicable period for the Limited Warranty begins from the original purchase date of the Product, and applies to the Product in the following ways:

2. Limited Warranty Service Process
AnyHill’s online help resources are available. If you discover what you believe is a defect in your Product, please contact us. AnyHill’s technical support personnel are available to assist you in diagnosing and fixing any problems you may encounter in the use of your Product.
In the event we cannot help you fix the problem, you may be entitled to warranty service under this Warranty. To submit your Product for warranty service under this Limited Warranty, you will be asked to provide AnyHill with:
- the proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
- Upon verification of your eligibility, you will need to provide your name, email address, mailing address, and contact telephone number to receive a return materials authorization (“RMA”) number.
AnyHill must receive your defective Product within thirty (30) days from AnyHill’s issuance of an RMA to you. AnyHill may direct you to a designated third party for warranty repairs.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the shipment of your Product to AnyHill, and you assume the risk of loss in the event your Product is lost or damaged during shipment from you to AnyHill.
You must include your defective Product within the original packaging. AnyHill is not responsible for any damages caused by your improper packaging or shipment of the Product to AnyHill. An authorized service provider will inspect your Product. If AnyHill determines that the problem is not covered under the Limited Warranty, AnyHill will notify you and inform you of service or replacement alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis, or AnyHill will return your Product to you unrepaired, and in such instance, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the shipment of your Product from AnyHill to you.
For eligible warranty claims, AnyHill will service defective Products with new or reconditioned parts of the same or similar style at no cost to you for the service. Parts replaced by AnyHill will be retained by, and become the property of AnyHill.
For eligible warranty claims, AnyHill will refund your shipping costs for sending the defective Product to AnyHill and will pay reasonable return shipping charges for the return of the Product to you.
3. Limited Warranty Eligibility
- Your service request must be received by AnyHill within the Limited Warranty Period as described in clause 1, and AnyHill must receive your Product following the Limited Warranty Service Process as described in clause 2.
- Your Product must be purchased from an authorized reseller of the Product.
- You must retain the original purchase receipt and your Limited Warranty, and provide this documentation to AnyHill to verify your warranty eligibility.
- This Limited Warranty describes the service available to you in the event your Product requires warranty service.
- Your Product must be unmodified.
4. Limited Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty describes the service available to you in the event your Product requires warranty service, and you may have additional protections under your local laws. This Limited Warranty does not cover and excludes damage to your Product:
- Caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or commercial use.
- Caused by improper charging, storage, or operation, including, without limitation, use contrary to the users’ materials, use exceeding specified height, weight, and age limits, use on stairs, walls and curbs, or any extreme sport or exhibition use.
- Caused by accident, collision, riding over obstacles, racing, fire, water submersion, high-pressure water spray, freezing, earthquake, dropping, severe oxidation, or chemical solvent corrosion.
- Caused by any repair that was unauthorized by AnyHill.
- Caused by improper packaging or mishandling during shipment to the warranty service provider.
- That is cosmetic, including, scratches, dents, and the removal of protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time unless such damage occurred due to a defect in materials.
- Caused by the use of the Product with, or any modification to the Product using, any third-party product, component, or accessory that is not sold by AnyHill.
- That does not arise from AnyHill’s product design, technology, manufacturing, or quality.
5. Liability Disclaimer and Limitation
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, AnyHill shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when AnHhill has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
I will normally use my bicycle for groceries and locations near my home. It has been two weeks still 70% battery capacity, and believe me I’ve been just looking for excuses to take a ride and enjoy myself riding!
This is a great scooter for the price and I can see many people using it for college or local commute.
My daughter is small so she found it too heavy to carry to her dorm but it is still a nice scooter.
My 6year old daughter quickly learned to use it. It is very easy to operate. You only need to press the thumb throttle to move forward. It also has a brake function. She loves this Christmas gift.
